Vous pourrez prendre vos repas et vous divertir dans le salon de taille généreuse comprenant un grand canapé-salon, une télévision à écran plat et un coin repas pouvant accueillir 5 personnes. Les portes coulissantes en verre vous mèneront sur le balcon où vous pourrez apprécier la vue magnifique sur la ville. La cuisine contemporaine avec tous les outils nécessaires inspirera le chef en vous.
Vous pouvez profiter d'un appartement entièrement meublé où vous pourrez vous sentir chez vous. Sortie directe vers Collins Avenue, une salle de sport entièrement équipée et à seulement 20 minutes du centre commercial Aventura.
Veuillez noter que les frais non inclus dans le prix de la réservation: Frais de service de 25 $ par jour, frais d'inscription de 100 $ par séjour, frais de gestion de 15 $ par jour, frais de stationnement de 20 $ par jour. Les clients devront payer ces frais à leur arrivée.

Je reconnais que j'ai loué une unité de condo et que le propriétaire ou l'agent immobilier est celui pour qui j'ai besoin de demander quoi que ce soit. Les employés ou autres propriétaires de l'association ne sont pas responsables de mon contrat de location de l'unité. Je comprends que le bâtiment est un immeuble en copropriété et qu’il doit donc être utilisé comme une maison avec des voisins qui s’attendent à un niveau de calme absolu avant 8 heures et après 22 heures. J'ai assez de breloques pour tout mon parti et si, pour une raison quelconque, je ne les ai pas avec moi ou pas du tout, je me connecterai au valet et leur montrerai ma pièce d'identité. Je vais jeter toutes les ordures dans les sacs dans la goulotte à linge et nulle part ailleurs. Les déchets qui ne rentrent pas dans la goulotte, je les déposerai et les placerai dans la benne à ordures à l'extérieur du garage inférieur. En aucun cas je ne mettrai mes ordures ailleurs. Je suivrai les règles de la maison et empêcherai tout type de fumée / feu dans l'appartement. Je reconnais que le déclenchement de l'alarme incendie entraînera les secours en cas d'incendie et entraînera une charge de 1 010 $. 00. Je ne laisserai jamais d'articles dans le couloir, notamment des chaussures, des chaises de plage, des parapluies et des provisions. Je ne vais pas jouer de la musique (sauf avec un casque branché) dans les espaces communs, y compris la cour arrière de la piscine.

Family Vacation
Truly the easiest stay we’ve had in a long time!! Check in and out was easy, the house was immaculate and they kept in contact the entire time to update us on weather conditions. They also left us s’mores supplies. We will most definitely be back!

Very adequate accommodations and close to beach
The stay was nice. No problems except the unit above ours has a small dog that barked nonstop. We reported it to the front desk and it would stop in the evening and night but early the next morning it would be barking all day long. That was kind of really annoying but otherwise great time.

The nightmare host
When trying to call the host you get a voicemail and the message box is always full so you cannot leave a message.
The host increased the fee by $1100 the week before our arrival. I felt compelled to pay in order to have a place to stay. Not a very customer friendly approach.
When they finally contacted us we arranged on the first day to come fix the TV’s and they never showed up. On the 2 nd day an 11 am appointment was made and they showed up at 1:30 pm and did not have the right equipment to fix the TV’s. On the 3rd attempt they again arrived 2 1/2 hours late but managed to fix the TV
The toilets did not flush properly but that was fixed on the 2nd visit.
After departure the host claimed we had 4/5 people staying with us. That is a lie and I assumed someone with building management they are paying to spy on the customers. Probably some sort of kickback going on there motivating these type of false claims.
Our son and grandson stayed for 3 nights and the host was advised of this and it was accepted and agreed it would be without charge.
Now the host is trying to claim the showers were damaged. Any damage was the result of the building air conditioner condenser that broke and caused water to leak from the ceiling. The building management was well aware of this problem and when it happened they promptly fixed it, not Miami Pro.
There are continuous renovations going on in this building with lots of noise all day, including elevators, air conditioning, etc. Which was never mentioned in the listing.
When we mentioned to the building management that we had Miami Pro reservations the manager laughed and said he already knew this company was horrible.
Why VRBO would continue to allow Miami pro reservations to list anything on your website is beyond my comprehension. They are just bringing you a bad reputation and hurting your brand.

Good morning,
The truth is that one always tries to serve, help and be a professional with our guests.
Unfortunately there are people who only think that by paying a rent they will have the right to mistreat, insult or do with the apartment what they want and that is not the case.
It is our duty to take care of both the guest and the property.
Our listing says what is included and what is not included is not mentioned anywhere and we cannot be held responsible if the guest wants or wanted something specific that is not mentioned as included in the apartment.
We do not force any guest to book with us, we simply help those who let us help them to have an excellent experience.
In this specific case, the guest wanted netflix on all the tv's which was not included because only the living room tv is a smart tv, however all the tv's have HDMI connections and regular cable to watch TV.
The guest called us over 16 times and we went to the apartment over 8 times to help her with her questions.
Security was reported to us more than 3 times that the guest turned off the air and left the door open so we explained to the guest at check in that this could not be done.
The guest made his reservation for one person taking the economy rate but upon arrival were two people and in several days came to put in the apartment up to 4 or 5 people.
We explained to him at check in that as a courtesy we would let him have a second person but if any additional guests came to the apartment he should inform us. He never informed us.
Leaving the windows open causes the AC's to dondense and that causes the air vents to sweat and damage the paint.
At check out we found damaged closet doors, damaged shower, marks on the walls and other details that were mentioned to the guest at check out.
Sincerely we would not rent again to Mrs. Ida because she was not honest with us and on several occasions she treated us in a very bad way.
The guest thought he had rented at the Fpur Seasson and asked for things that were not included.
Our recommendation to the guest is that before booking he should research or read the description or pay double to go to a luxury hotel with all his requirements included.
We did our best to help and never disrespected the guest.

HEALTH HAZARD AND NOT CLEAN
- BLACK MOLD over front door inside/outside and in kitchen over door
- Hair and soap remnants in master shower
- Hairs and trash on floors in general
- Area rug and floors filthy and not vacuumed. Mgr response to report of the filth: “The place was professionally cleaned and disinfected.” The next day, someone came to bleach the mold(FYI-BLEACH DOES NOT GET RID OF THE MOLD SPORES)and shampoo the area rug. They did not clean the bathroom shower area, mop/vacuum nor leave any paper goods/cleaning supplies. We had to go buy our own cleaning supplies.
- No hand soap or any soap product in master bath. Mgr declined to supply and stated all supplies that we would get were already given on the first night and we would have to get our own.
- For a weeks stay with another couple, only toilet paper roll in condo was one in each bathroom. Mgr declined to give anymore though advertised that it is supplied.
- No paper towels were ever available
- The thermostat was nonresponsive to regulate temp and kept the condo freezing cold.
- Lobby had water leaking from ceiling and pieces of the ceiling plaster falling to the floor
- VRBO Did not get us moved until the day before we left for home and not until we informed them that our water had been shut off to add insult to injury. Was too difficult to get through to a supervisor with them. Spent at least 10 hours of my vacay on the phone to get to a supervisor. SEVERAL DROPPED CALLS AND EXTREME HOLD TIMES
- VRBO did 3-way recorded call with mgr/owner Camilo who began to yell and called us liars re: the lack of paper supplies, etc. VRBO only offered us $15 for our troubles. For 2 couples 60+ each that have traveled near and far, this was hands down the worst travel experience for us EVER! We’ve stayed in humble venues and luxury ones, but filth and risk to our health is usually not an issue. This condo is a health hazard AND managed poorly. THE PERFECT VACAY STORM. Still waiting to hear from VRBO.

We had the unit checked more than 4 times and none of what the guess says is true.
The guest thought the apartment was a resort and from the beginning they asked for daily cleaning, when we informed them that the daily cleaning was an extra fee, they started to say all these things.
In the end, the cleaning was sent almost 3 times to make the guest happy.
Unfortunately nothing we say will be enough when people want to take advantage.
We did everything the guest asked us to do and we proved to be professional.
At no time did we see any of the molds or anything that the guest described.
We invested almost $450 in the guest in cleaning and household supplies.

Such a disappointing and unprofessional experience
We checked into this condo on 12/22 and immediately saw how tired it looked, not like the photos. Axel checked us in. When he left we wanted to take a shower and meet our friends. No shampoo, conditioner or soap even though it was stated they would be provided. I sat on the couch and immediately noticed the dirt underneath. On 12/24, I was cooking for Xmas Eve dinner. The oven was terrible. It took 3 hours to cook our potatoes vs. one hour. The door would not shut entirely and heat was escaping. This was disastrous because we had our Xmas Eve meal at our friends 2 hours late. The final straw was when we came back to the condo and it was 58 degrees and we could not get the heater to work as it was releasing cold air. We froze all night. The next morning I called Axel because he told us to call him if we needed ANYTHING. I texted him and told him about the issue. He answered he would call the owner and get back to me. He did and said we had to turn the heater off and back on again. I explained we had already done that and it didn't work. We tried again when we returned home and same problem. I texted Axel 8 times and called him 3 times. No response. We froze the second night. I texted Axel again on Monday. He answered he will get back to me. He didn't. I went on line and contacted Miami reservations for help. I was chastised via text that I should not have called Axel and should have called them. I explained that Axel, told us to call HIM if there were ANY issues. The person blamed us and said there were heaters in the closets. Axel did not tell us about the heaters and we did not see them. One was hidden behind a baby mattress. I explained again we were cold. We located the heaters and we turned them on. They were old and very noisy. After 2 hours they still didn't provide any heat. They finally sent another one. The 3 turned on together blew the fuse. We fixed that. The fuse board in itself is a fire hazard. They blamed me for waiting 4 days to contact them. This was not true bc everything started happening 2 days after we arrived and we immediately called Axel. I asked them to come see the heater and oven fix both. They wouldn't and said no-one ever complained about the oven before. I saved all the texts and have photos of the dirt and fuse box and thermostat and the hidden heater and am happy to share those as proof how we were treated. Never again. People be aware. Be aware of the management and service fees. We got no service! Never again.

The guest before she enter to the apartament was complaining about think for no reason, after 3 days complain about shampoo and thinks that she already use in the apartament.
The guest burn three towels we the heaters and broke one of the heaters.
She was so aggressive and insult our staff more than 3 times over the phone.
We di everything we can to help and be there at all the time but the guest was doing everything on purpose to try to get a discount. She is a nightmare… never, never again… looks like she is doing this all the time.
This guest after stay and use the facility put a chargeback. Our legal department is working to take legal action again the guest.
DO NOT RENT YOUR PROPERTY TO THIS LADY….

Read the fine print.
Pros: Great place to stay, location, security, friendly staff, amazing property manager. Direct access to the beach.This apartment has everything.
Cons: there is an extra fee in the fine print of the listing that adds up to almost a third of what you are going to pay. I'm very upset about that since is not calculated in the price by default of this app.
The pool at this moment (04-2022) is not available since they are fixing it, but you can use the hotel next door pool.
The hallway was under construction, so if you stay at the apartment during the day for work on your computer you will have a lot of noise outside.

Excellent location, nice building, courteous attendants, spacious and comfortable apartment with nice view of bay/Collins. Microwave did not work and was reported, but never heard back from management. Shower towels and bed sheets kind of worn out.

My Vacation Rental
My stay at this vacation rental was good. We had direct access to the beach behind the property. The beach was never crowded. Each vacation rental comes with two lounge chairs on the beach and beach chairs inside of your rental for your use. Our balcony faced Collins Ave which had a great view. Public transportation runs all day down Collins Ave which takes you to Southbeach. Downtown and the Airport. Overall we had a great time with no compliants.

The guest should contact us 24 hrs before arrival to confirm time of meeting. Also same day, should reconfirm 45 minutes before arriving to the building for the check in. Guest can be subjected to extra charges for early check in/late check out.
