Terrific condo at the Hilton Bentley

We’ve stayed at the Hilton Bentley for the past several years and this is definitely one of the best units. Kamran was a great communicator and resolved our one small bedding issue quickly. Look forward to coming back.

Perfect Location In SoBe

We love this hotel and have stayed there many times. This is the first time weve stayed at Kamran's condo and its exactly as described. This is a great location with several great restaurants nearby - we ate at Prime One Twelve, Prime Fish, Prime Italian, Santorini's and Smith & Wollenskys and all were great. We will def return again to Kamran's property.

Pics not accurate. Unit is a little rough inside. Good location.

Furniture and property lobby are not the same as the photos. You will be treated second class because you are not a hotel guest. Check-in was complicated. The bed was comfortable. The AC was cold but makes a loud bang every time it comes on. Great location. Overall it's decent. But it's rough and ready. You'll see if you rent it.

Location is great!

There are a few small things that make a vacation even better like: Have all of the beds made up, put a duvee on down comforter, get rid of decorative pillows they don’t get washed, make everything washable, change your housekeeper - we founds garbage under pull out sofa, add a kitchen towel, make sure there is Kleenex, put a pump hand soap its better hand washing. Bar soaps get mucked up, there were wet rags sitting in bucket under sink where the garbages were, terrible WiFi, no ac in bedroom, need a broom or swiffer to keep tidy while here. Have extra towels in the closet. We were there a week and needed a few extra. A better run down of where to get things while staying here.

Perfect relaxing gracious place

This is my third time in 12 years staying here. The room is lovely with a great view of South Point pier - so fun to see the gigantic cruise ships pulling out in the channel by the pier from our living room window! Location is everything in Miami - and this vrbo is on one of the most beautiful beaches in Miami and in a wonderful neighborhood (SoFi). Lots of great restaurants within walking distance - you absolutely don’t need a car here. The entertainment area of Ocean Blvd is just a few blocks aways, and you can walk for miles (literally) on the newly-paved ocean-side boardwalk. The bathroom here is as beautiful as it looks in the photos, the bed is comfortable, the staff is gracious and friendly. Our only small complaint: the AC works great but the AC fan is really loud. Maybe needs to be serviced? Finally, Kamran, the manager, is helpful and responsive. We needed a new coffeemaker during our stay, and Kamran delivered one within hours.

Great location!

This was our first experience with renting a property via VRBO. Loved that we could get into a property we liked for a fraction of the cost that the hotel would charge for a similar unit. This 1BR unit was a great size for our family of 3. Having the kitchen was nice, as it allowed us to eat breakfast and lunch at "home" rather than going out. I'm guessing they can't put a real oven in the kitchen, so that was the only thing we missed (had pizza that we would have liked to warm up that way). Location was perfect at the south end of Miami Beach, away from a lot of the noisy/rowdy crowds, and within walking distance of many restaurants and other attractions. View from the windows was great--we could see the beach and the pier at South Point. Got to watch the ships go in and out, and caught part of the airshow (Memorial weekend) from our room. Apartment was furnished better than the online pictures indicated. Our son slept on the couch; we just put some sheets on the couch itself and never pulled out the hideaway bed. Will definitely look to go back in the future. Great value and perfect location.

Not as advertised

The photos (other than the photo of the view) are stock photos from the hotel, and not an accurate representation of the furnishings in the unit. It is clear that the unit is not maintained regularly/well. No comforter provided for the bed, just sheets and a light fleece blanket. the air conditioning makes awful buzzing sounds. TV in bedroom didn't work, TV in living room was hard to navigate between 4 different remotes provided (one for turning on, one for volume, one for changing channels, not sure what the rest were for). Instructions given for wifi and check in weren't accurate. Location and the hotel in general are great, but would not recommend this specific unit. Most issues could be avoided with attention to detail/ simple organization.

très bel emplacement, réception impeccable, Grélyne parle français ; c'est pratique !

La vue sur la plage est jolie tandis qu'elle s'oriente sur les gratte-ciel vers la gauche ; magnifique ! L'accès à l'appartement est chic, l'appartement bien décoré avec du marbre. Salle de bain avec une grande douche et une baignoire. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Le salon-salle à manger est confortable. le tout avec la climatisation. L appartement est calme par rapport au autres hôtels type "art-déco" d'Ocean drive situés à 800 mètres.

This is our second stay at this unit with our 2 kids. This unit has a great view and plenty of space. We love the Bentley, it's an older, smaller property but the location is elite.

Magnificent view

Although the windows don't open for safety reasons, the view of the ocean, beach, and even cruise ships leaving port, are magnificent.If you want quiet and far from the crowds, the property is located at the tail end of South Beach. However, the outdoor restaurants you frequently see advertised are above 5th Street.The kitchen is quite small with little space for food preparation. There is no oven, but the microwave should handle most needs.The unit is spacious and will quite easily accommodate several people. Your host is attentive to all your needs and concerns, and will respond quickly to any inquiry.

Great location

Overall this is an excellent place to stay and the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Everything we needed was within walking distance and the beach was beautiful and not overcrowded. The reason for the 4 star would be because upon entering the room there would be an off putting odor. Possibly from another unit cooking something but not sure. The parking is expensive at $40 and there is public parking next door however you can not park in the public parking area overnight or you will be towed. At least that is what we were told by the hotel staff. There are also some private units that come with complimentary parking.

War between Hotel and Condo

with you in the middle. No beach towels, no sheets. Kitchen missing many needed items - e.g. just 2 spoons, no pots, coffee filters, etc.. No fresh air - ever - is possible, because the noisy AC just recirculates. Tepid spa/exercise room is the only hotel amenity included, this is useful because you can get beach towels there. Unfriendly staff - they know you're not a guest. Unfriendly valet, ditto. Only ~$100 cheaper than the hotel room and you get parking plus lots of extras.

Nice Condo in South Beach

Apartment is in an excellent location within the Hilton Bentley Hotel in the quiet part of South Beach. Property is ideal for a couple. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants including a Starbucks (one block away). You can see the cruise ships from the apartment as they leave port. Check-in process was a little cumbersome because the hotel clerk asked the name of the property owner and that was not provided in the reservation email. Other than that, everything else was fine. You have access to all hotel amenities. I liked the fact that there were two beach chairs in the apartment so you could take that to the beach and avoid paying rental fees.

I decided it, this is it,I found heaven, the weather is so beautiful,the ocean is so relaxing and refreshing and the clean sandy beaches is just magnificent in south beach.The area of SOFI is the Mecca of Miami Beach.

The reason I choose this location was been right in the hart of south beach close to almost anything walk distance plus surround by multi million dollars condo's and residents and also being the most desirable and hot spot in south beach calls 'SOFI' that stand for south of fifth.

You literally come out of the complex and you are on the beach and walk distance to the most famous restaurant and night clubs and all designer stores in south beach.
