Great Family Vacation

Pier Watch Villa 1 was everything as advertised. The large condo on the beach handled our group of 14. Management was great to work with and answered all questions. Would stay again.

Great place for the whole extended family.

We had 15 total in our group from 4yrs old to 82. All had plenty room and were able to hang out in main area for meals and family time. Will be back next year!

Our stay at Pier Watch 101 could not have been any better, from the time we booked until the day we left. Communications with the property managers were quick, personable, and very helpful. We had a minor maintenance issue when we arrived on a Sunday evening. We texted, and the issue was handled the next day even though it was a holiday. Our family only ate one meal out during the week, so two refrigerators were one of the best parts of the condo. Every one of the six bedrooms has either a balcony or a window view of the ocean. All bedrooms have plenty of room and the living areas can seat a large group easily. You are just steps from the beach making trips back and forth during the day super convenient. Our family will definitely be back!

Condo had adequate space for all 15 of us. Gorgeous view of the ocean. Beach rentals available close to property.. Pool was nice -younger children loved it. Easy in and out of the property . Would recommended this property for family vacations

A wonderful reunion in a beautiful place!

There were 16 of us in my party. Adults and kids - everyone, including the kids loved this place! It was very clean and spacious and accommodated our party nicely. We had big family breakfast and dinner in. Everything in the kitchen was what we needed. This place is great and when we go back - we will look for this property!!

Loved our stay at Cherry Grove!

Loved it, just wish the washer and dryer were bigger and that local.folks or folks from other condos couldn't park in the garage and take up spaces meant for us. Teresa was great to work with. She responded to my questions for over 2 years in a timely manner and was always kind and helpful. Would love to go back and stay again!!!!!

The ceiling collapsed upstairs and we had to be moved into a much smaller property. We lost our ocean front view, short walk to beach and a safe and healthy living environment. Will never book through VRBO again.

Perfect beachfront property for a large group!

This condo was amazingly big! Suited all 5 of the families on vacation together - total of 10 adults and 8 toddlers - and there was plenty of room for everyone. Kids loved the extra living area/playroom upstairs. View from the 2 bedrooms facing the ocean is awesome. Parents loved that the beach was right there with no streets to cross with 8 toddlers. Some minor repairs needed (leaky sink and fridge) and a thorough kitchen cleaning. We also came during what apparently was Bike Week (hundreds of motorcycles riding up and down the street reving engines and peeling out all day and night) but to our surprise the noise didn’t keep any of the kids awake at night and it was pretty neat to watch all the fancy suped-up cycles parading around. Mrs. Teresa is a wonderful homeowner to work with and we look forward to next years multi-family trip to NMB!

EVERYTHING was wonderful!

We did a last minute get away weekend and stayed at this wonderful condo! Had everything we needed and more and Very clean! Not they typical Rental condo .....The furniture was nice, beds were comforatable, had all the amenities you could need and more . We had some rainy weather while there but we're never bored. Kids played with all the toys they found in the closet, teens loved the Xbox/games, air hockey and their own space upstairs in the game room while the adults enjoyed the movie collection downstairs. You are literally just steps away from the beach and the views of the ocean from the balconies were unbelievable !! You can watch the sunrise and the sunset! We are now looking to book a week this summer and can't wait to come back!!! Teresa (the owner) was wonderful to work with. Made everything very easy. Missing the beach already.

June in Cherry Grove

We had a really nice stay at this location! It was newly renovated and was right on the beach. Pool was perfect and not too busy which we were a little worried about. We were right next to the pier which was great but it would have been nice if we were notified that the pier was under construction. I think we were all looking forward to walking it while on our trip! One of our concerns was that our door lock was busted and it was not easy to lock because of that. They did mention it was in the works of needing repaired. Another area that could also be improved was the first bedroom on the main floor (right when you walk in). It was full of misc stuff (pictures, boxes from the remodel) and there was no closet space. Also none of the rooms had hangers which would be a good thing to include on the website, if not able to be provided. Despite those things, the management was very accommodating and helpful at any hour. We didnt have a vaccuum and they brought us one right away. We would stay here again!!

Family vacay - 2024

This was the first time we have all gone to Cherry Grove together. We had a blast and everyone enjoyed the location and condo. With 5 families, having two refrigerators was a godsend. The beds only had a light comforter so extra blankets would have been great. There is not a complete set of measuring spoons but otherwise the unit is well appointed.

Will stay here again !

My experience with Rental Leaf and this condo was outstanding. We were able to get another parking spot which greatly helped the senior citizens in our party. We had 4 senior couples and a single adult. It was a perfect setup. . The condo was spotless, very clean. Furniture was nice and comfortable ( except for the mattresses. I prefer a firm mattress and it was too soft ). Kitchen had every cooking appliance you could need. The walk to the beach was flat and easy to walk. The pool was nice, clean and more than adequate for our needs. The washer and dryer broke down while we were there and water spilled out from the ceiling in the kitchen, but the maintenance personnel was quick to respond and mopped it up. We were able to use a washer/dryer in another empty condo in the same building, so it was really no inconvenience. We did see a couple of bugs, but it was no big deal. Not enough to keep me from booking this place again. I’m a super clean person and this place exceeded my expectations! I wouldn’t change anything about it. Thank you for a great vacation !! ( if you could’ve done something about the stormy weather we experienced the last 3 days, it would’ve been even more awesome !!!!!!)

Very Nice Condo!

I highly recommend this condo. Spacious! Two balconies, large kitchen, right on beach. My family of 15 really enjoyed it and look forward to staying again. Only issue we had was with dryer but the staff was super responsive and help make it right.

Lovely accomodations

We had a wonderful stay...the condo was clean and VRBO responded right away to any concerns. My only recommendation would be that the facility's pool be restricted to fondo guests only. As no key card or bracelet ( identifying us as condo guests) was needed to access the pool, it was often monopolized by a larger group who were most certainly smoking marijuana. Not the environment we wanted for ourselves or our children. However, a quick text to VRBO and management took care of the problem.

The condo was great. Enough space for all. The location was fantastic. Pool in addition to ocean front a bonus. Even when rain was predicted it cleared and every day spectacular !!! High noon is hot. Plan anything earlyor late afternoon. The rest of the day relax Again property was exceptional

Wonderful view

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Fantastic view for fireworks. Had some problems but maintenance was on it. I would recommend that they get a new dryer. Most frustrating using that Dryer daily. With two babies and two small children we needed a better dryer. Took clothes two cycles to dry. Dryer door kept popping open. Last day couldn’t use it because of constantly opening.
