This was the perfect property for our large family vacation. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the large table in the dining area was perfect to gather for meals.

We just stayed here 5 nights and had a great time. The pool area is so beautiful and we enjoyed that daily!The location to the beach and things to do around town was amazing. The size and accommodation of the property was perfect for our party of 15 of all different ages. The kitchen table size was amazing and the kitchen was also large! The amount of bathrooms was perfect as well and all kept well. Where the property lacked was the washer and dryer. As I said the property accommodated to a large party but the washer & dryer needs replaced. It’s advertising to have one to use but when you get the property details after booking they give you an address to the local laundry mat. When I’m trying to enjoy a beach vacation the last thing I want to do is travel to a laundry mat. The washer doesn’t spin clothes dry right & the washer takes 3x the amount it should. This was very disappointing. A few other updates for the price point would be a new couch as the 2 on property were clearly aged and dingy looking. We rarely sat on them. The bedrooms are extremely basic which we don’t spend a lot of time in but we struggled with the covers and luckily had some of our own. They don’t cover the bed well enough and they are thin. A couple people had issues with the TVs also which has already been complained about because again in the information you get after booking goes over troubleshooting TVs. Overall we had a good vacation.

Great spot close to the beach

This place worked great for our family of 8 adults and 3 children. The close proximity to the beach couldn’t be beat. It was also great to have four parking spots available for our group.

July 4th Family Vacation

Great location and villa. Plenty of space for a large family. My grandkids had a ball in the laxy river and the beach. The only issue was not having a hammock like described. Everything else was great. We would definately stay here again.

Great Condo in great location

Stayed here for family vacation and it was perfect for our group of 9. Very spacious and plenty of bathrooms. The 2 refrigerators and ginormous table were very helpful with a bigger group. Location was close to everything and just short walk to beach. Plus the pool/lazy river was a hit with all the young kiddos. Would definitely stay again!

Guys Golf Trip

The house was spacious and located in walking distance to many restaurants and convenience stores. The surrounding neighborhood was a little sketchy with homeless and other people, and we also think we heard a few gunshots. This is to no fault of the unit owner. The house was mostly clean. The towels need to be upgraded to a higher quality, and the water pressure needs to be worked on in most of the showers. There were stains on the couches and the Biden e of many “half assed” repairs in the unit. It’s a rental so I understand not providing top quality, but there’s much more that can be done to make the stay more enjoyable.

The unit was excellent in many ways. Lacking was small items ie salt sugar mustard ketchup items that we shouldn't have to necessarily have to buy. We would go back .

Plenty of space & convenient location

We enjoyed gathering as family (8 adults & 2 kids) at this condo in late December 2024. It’s located a block from the beach with decent-sized bedrooms and lots of room for everyone to spread out. Having both a living room and game room, and lots of bathrooms, was nice. Guests are asked to strip beds at check-out.Positives are the large dining room table, having four parking passes, 2 fridges, clear instructions (check-in & out & pool info), and the host’s quick responses to questions.Negatives are that it was hard to get a couple of the TVs in bedrooms to work even with the directions given. The dishwasher needs replacement (it works but precarious top rack), the fridges are worn (cracked shelves, only one ice maker works), and a shower door needs attention. The unit is rather dated, but we found that the convenient location in Myrtle Beach more than made up for this. If you need to house a larger group and want to be in a central location this is a good option. We would stay in this condo again!

Great week of relaxing and sun!! So convenient to the beach and nice to have the lazy river and hot tubs there at the villas. Had one issue with a bath room door that the knob and lock needed replacing and maintenance responded very quick to fix the issue. Kitchen is well stocked!!

Happy with the stay, but a few issues.

For the most part our stay was great. The only problems we had was no code for the pool and it took almost 2 days to get that. One of the toilets didnt flush and again, took almost 2 days to get it fixed but we had 3 other bathrooms, so not really a big issue.

Spacious and very close to beach but not worth the extra money! And not relaxing.

When you first walk in you are blown away by the size of the condo, but then you start doing your walk through and notice that its very worn and damaged. Writing on the walls from previous renters with the pool cues, the covers on the two couches are raggedy and ours had throw up on it, one of the doors on the island in the kitchen is falling off, first bathroom in the hall smells of mildew and one pool cue broken. Then the first night happens. The beds a thin and horribly uncomfortable, if you stay in a lower-level condo, which we did, you get to hear the upstairs neighbors moving furniture and kids running up and down the hallways till 2am or 3am, the signs and verbiage in the contract or rules states pool closes at 11pm but canyou go in as long as you are respectful to your fellow renters HA! they will be in the pool screaming well past 12am. I don't care how late they swim but the respectful part is definitely ignored and no one there is enforce it and if it was just like one night they'd have a late night and it got a little loud, I could understand that too, but this was every night in the pool and stomping from the condo right above us when trying to sleep until 3am, is ridiculous. And since we had to be accepted to even make our reservation I am a little surprised. It would also be nice that when asking the host if golf cart rental are close and available, when providing the info asked maybe also let the person know they are not allowed at their location would be nice

Family vacay

We had a group of 14 staying at the villa for our family vacay, 8 kids and 6 adults. The space, game room area, having 2 fridges, amount of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our families. We loved the location of our villa with a super quick walk to the beach, a couple blocks to the amusement park and the ice cream shop right next door! Yum! The pool was also a great plus which we all enjoyed every day and almost every evening having a family night swim! We really did enjoy our time as a family and would definitely rent again! My few small negatives are had a hard time getting TVs to work
even when following the directions they give you. Also don’t think the floors were mopped for a while cause everyone had dirty feet within an hour of arriving. Kitchen was lacking large griddle/frying pans to accommodate larger families. I hate to complain cause we really did enjoy our stay but maybe these can be addressed. I did give it a 5 star overall with a 3 for cleanliness.

Bike week

Condo is very big lots of space lots of bedrooms for people to sleep in along with bathrooms to accommodate each bedroom. Location was perfect block away from the beach and a 15 minute ride to any thing to participate in bike week.
