Luxe 4 Chambres / 3 Bath Villa + Piscine surdimensionné avec la vie privée dans Disney Area

Cette belle maison offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances parfaites! Il dispose de 4 chambres, 3 salles de bains, et une grande piscine blindé. Il y a 2 suites Master (une avec un lit King et l'autre avec un lit Queen) avec deux salles de bains et menant à la véranda et piscine / spa. Chacune des 2 chambres supplémentaires a ses propres 2 lits jumeaux et une salle de bains familiale de luxe partagée. La villa est entièrement équipée et meublée avec air conditionné, lave-linge, sèche-linge, réfrigérateur, télévision à écran LCD (dont un 42 pouces dans la salle familiale), Internet haut débit, téléphone, table de billard, air hockey, les ustensiles, les services publics de bébé (crèche, chaise haute et poussette), et bien d'autres. L'aménagement fantastique de cette villa permet à la majorité des chambres, l'ouverture sur le pont piscine entièrement blindé qui a une clôture de protection de l'enfant autour de la piscine chauffée éventuellement. A l'extérieur une terrasse de la piscine très spacieuse et une véranda couverte avec table et chaises et chaises longues.


Notre villa a été récemment rénové par un décorateur d'intérieur professionnel. Tous les appareils ménagers, meubles, ensembles de chambre, d'une télévision, et de nombreux autres équipements sont neufs, ce qui rend votre séjour vraiment 'sans soucis.

La communauté Orange Tree propose un court de tennis, terrain de basket, un grand terrain de football, et 2 terrains de jeux pour enfants. Commerces, restaurants et supermarchés sont à seulement quelques minutes en voiture.

So relaxing. The hot tub is amazing and the bed in the master is so comfortable (that is the only one I slept in). Communication with home owner is awesome. Would definitely stay again.

Thank you for your review. Glad that you had great stay. Our management company hires a professional cleaning service to clean our villa and prepare for the guest’s arrival. The professional cleaners provide one roll of toilet paper and a small piece of soap for each bathroom and one roll of paper towel and 2 dish washing tablets in our villa for your immediate needs upon arrival. They typically remove any "leftovers" from previous guests out of concern for food and health products safety. Guests are advised to bring or buy what they need as it is advertised as self-catering. Walmart (open 24 hours) is just about 5 minutes’ drive. Thanks again for choosing our villa.

Was a 3 generation trip to Disney and other attractions in the area. The house gave us room to spread out after a busy day. The kids loved the pool table and the pool with the toys. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for preparing our meals, was happy to have an airfryer. Connie was very responsive to any questions we had couldn’t ask for a better host

Excellent Stay

Very clean, well kept and comfortable. Pool and hot tub are great. The location was fantastic, close to what you need, yet a very peaceful neighborhood. Property owner Connie was responsive and a pleasure to deal with, and her property manager David was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to others.

The villa was ideally located for Disney, Universal, and Kennedy. Pool/spa was great. When in USA, we feel like a villa is like coming home each day. This villa was excellent and Connie kept in touch and seems to genuinely care. Thank you Connie.

My autustic son (28yrs) and my friend stayed at the villa for our holiday. The villa was clean and well presented. Beds very comfy. Kitchen came with all you could need. Pool an absolute godsend. Easy process to enter on arrival. Lovely clean neighbourhood. All in all I would definitely recommend.

Well lived in rental, needs some updates. Pool and spa were ok but chairs and longers not so great,kids bed not so good but the king and queen were great . Comforter was stained rugs in master bath old and yucky, AC system needs updated weak . The photos of pool table and air hockey old ..the air hockey was usable but pool table not so much ...and pictures show inside house but they are actually in the garage with no ventilation or AC. With that said listing shows garage to park in but can't ..2 trash bags for a 3 day stay is crazy. It's says starter supply but it's the bare minimum. All in all for the price and location it was a great stay and we fully enjoyed it. Just wanted to put the above out there .

Very comfortable

The house had a very home like feeling. Plenty of utensils and cooking equipment for our stay. Easy drive to theme parks. Pool was a great size for the 5 of us with plenty of room to spare. Hot tub was perfect with the chilly weather. The firmness of the bed was perfect and i slept better there than in my own home. The property owner is fantastic and was very accomidating to our travel times. Would definetly stay at this property again on our next visit.

Wonderful Home away from Home

Great private home. Quiet neighborhood away from tourist areas but close enough if that's what you choose to do. Home was well kept, clean and convenient to shopping and restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked with all you would need to cook if you choose to do that. Connie the owner was very attentive and always responded very timely with any questions. Pool was very nice. We would come back anytime. My wife and myself had a great time. I can't say enough good things about this property.

Very well taken care of

Looks just like the pictures. All the basics are there. If you are staying for an extended period of time, you need to purchase your own toiletries, it was a very nice home away from home. Also the owner responds almost immediately to all emails and management company was available on call with wverything we needed. We will definitely be booking this home again at our next visit. Thanks so much for your review and suggestion. I am glad you and your family enjoyed staying at our house. One roll of toilet paper and a small piece of soap will be provided by our cleaning company for each bath room. But these may NOT be enough if you are staying for an extended period of time. Guests can always buy them when they get there after settle down. CVS Store, Walgreen and Walmart (open 24 hours) are just 5 minutes’ drive from our house. Thanks again for choosing our villa. We had a great time at the property. Owner is very friendly and attentive to any needs or questions. There is not a single complain I can think of this property. The entire home is great. Amenities are appropriate - and pool and view... beautiful and peaceful. My wife and I come to Florida every year for long stays in November to visit with family and this beautiful home provided us with exactly what we needed. Thank you! Great house, needs some deep cleaning

We rented this house for four adults and five kids. The house layout was perfect for what we needed. The pool area was great. Our only real complaint was at the house was really dirty and needed a deep clean. There were also lots of flies that flew into the pool screen, because there were tears in the screen. It would also be nice if there were ceiling fans in each room. They did provide other fans, but the ceiling fans would’ve been nice to help circulate the air. Overall, we had a great time at the house but the house needs a really good cleaning.

Just what we needed

This was a good location, about 20 minutes to the Disney parks. The house is very spacious. Upon arrival we noticed there was only one partial roll of toilet paper, no paper towels and no extra trash bags in the house. I let the owner know, and she offered to reimburse me if we had to come out of pocket for anything. Luckily we brought some items with us from home. We stayed at the parks as long as we could each night so were a little disappointed that the pool and hot tub heat does not work after 10pm and we could not enjoy that. One night we were home in time to use the heat for 30 minutes, and it was heavenly. The owner was very responsive to my questions before and during my stay. The check in was super easy. We would definitely stay here again.

No Hurricane policy, that's just wrong!

Found a few bugs in kitchen and bathroom, one bathroom sink leaked under sink into floor the entire stay. Very upset about having to leave 4 days early due to the hurricane and there is no hurricane policy so I didn't get any money back on the days that we didn't stay there. Every time ive had to come back home to TN due to a hurricane I have gotten a partial refund but not this time so I will not be staying here again. So don't rent this house during hurricane season, you will lose your money!

I am sorry that you decided to leave early due to the storm, but when you asked me about the refund policy before you arrived, I told you we are not responsible for weather conditions, so I assumed that you understood our policies. I did also offer you a free stay in the future to try and make up for it. And to clarify, it was a tropical storm and not a hurricane in our area. Our house is located in the middle of Florida and not near the ocean, so it is often just tropical storms every time the weather forecasts a hurricane. To address your other issues, we have a pest control company that is very responsive and takes care of our house regularly, and our management company is very reliable and fixes things very quickly, but you never reported anything during your stay. Our management noticed the sink right after the checkout inspection and they fixed it immediately. Again, I am very sorry about the unfortunate circumstances of your stay and I hope you can understand that I tried my best to make accommodations based on our policies.

Great Vacation Home

We stayed at this property for 4 days and my kids LOVED IT. The house was very spacious, clean and it had a nice layout. My kids had enough room to run around freely without having to worry about them getting hurt. The master bedroom had an awesome bathroom (great tub for a bubble bath) and walk in shower. It had enough towels and sheets for the whole family. The rooms were spread out throughout the house so no one was crowded. The only downside was that the noise echoed into the master bedroom and the hockey table was in the dinning/living area no one could really play with it if the adults were sleeping. I would suggest putting it in the garage with pool table. The pool table was a little un-even (we LOVE to play pool) but overall we made good use of it. It was too cold for the pool during our trip, but it was very nice and it was gated which was great since we had a 1 & 3 year old. There was signs throughout the house to remind of us rules and to guide us with any questions we had. Owner was available to answer any questions we had . Walmart and Publix right down the street , and a playground for the little ones as well. I would definitely rent here again for my next trip.

First of all, thank you very much for a highly positive review of your stay at our house; I am very pleased to learn that you and your family loved our house. In your review you suggested to move the hockey table into the garage. I’d like to explain why we keep the hockey table in the living room. We have been renting our house on Homeaway and VRBO since 2010, and our experience has been that guests prefer having the hockey in the living room as that allows them to keep an eye on kids playing hockey while they’re themselves doing other things in the house. Also, playing hockey in the garage comes with the disadvantage-- especially during summer—that the garage area provides no air-conditioning. When the hockey is turned off, there is no noise that gets into the master bedroom. Our house is in a nice, quiet, and peaceful neighborhood. Based on your feedback, I will make it a point to talk to our management company to ensure that the pool table is even. It’s a pity that the unexpectedly cold weather did not allow you to enjoy our beautiful pool and SPA for the most part of your stay, but I hope that you will be able to do so during your next visit. In general, guests are advised to order pool heat during the months of October through April. Great house! Responsive property managers, convenient location, and very comfortable!

I stayed here with my 4 kids for 1 week, and we loved it! I think the kids miss the house more than Disney World! It was spacious and clean, with a great location and a quiet neighborhood. The property managers were responsive. The owner refunded the security deposit very quickly, and was polite and professional. The drives to/from all of the various Disney properties were never more than 20 minutes. It was close to Target and Walmart and Publix, and anything else you might need. I LOVED the giant tub in the master bath, and took advantage of it every single day. At first, the hot tub wouldn't get "hot", but the property managers fixed it for us, and then it worked great. The "heated pool" fee was worth it. It was too cool for long swims, and too cool for me, but warm enough in 50 degree weather for the kids to enjoy quick winter dips! The pool area was beautiful, too. It was sparkling clean, spacious and inviting. A+ for this feature! They have nice plates and glasses and stuff, but if you come with as many people as the house sleeps, you'll be doing a lot of dishes. We brought paper plates and plastic silverware and cups, so it was fine. If you are going to need any specific pots/pans for the food you plan to make, bring them. They have some, but it's not a comprehensive selection (for example, there's no cookie/baking sheet). There was a colander, a wine opener, a crock pot, a kettle and a coffee maker, so it did have some extras. There were also plenty of towels, which was great. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars only because of the master bedding & DVD player. The master bed mattress was GREAT, but fresher and cozier bedding would have been much appreciated. It had a stiff, lightly stained bed spread with flat pillows and pilling sheets. I would have loved a more inviting, hotel-like bed to come home to. Also, the DVD player worked at first, and then started skipping and eventually stopped (with multiple DVDs that work fine in other players). Upgrading to a Blu-ray player would be a nice perk for families. There was a little ant problem in the kids' bathroom, too (probably because it opens out to the pool area). In fairness to the owner, I didn't have time to deal with/notify them about the DVD player and ants, but I'm sure they'd have come and taken care of it, as they were so responsive to the hot tub issue. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends. It was a great experience, overall! Thank so much for a GREAT vacation!

I am glad you and your family enjoyed staying at our house and had great vacation. Thanks so much for your nice comments and recommendations. We have a few recently purchased high quality sheet sets which are kept in the closet. The one you mentioned must be the backup sheet. I just bought the 500 thread count cotton King sheet sets and shipped to our house. Our management company will replace the sheet you mentioned. I also bought 4 firm pillows which will also arrive in our house shortly. I have asked our management company to replace the DVD player. The pest control company inspects our house regularly. The little ant problem is gone. Thanks again for sharing your positive experiences and your recommendations. Hope you come back to our house soon.
