Welcome to our waterfront house located close to Disney! Our beautiful house offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms in the beautiful subdivision of Bridgewater Crossing (Champions Gate and Reunion area) . You will be only 10 miles from Disney World (16-20 min drive) and 21 miles from Universal Studios. If you like to play golf, Reunion and Champions Gate golf courses are only 2-5 min drive. This location provides easy access to popular attractions but also to supermarkets (2 Publix stores near the house), dining options, world-class golf courses, and community amenities.
The villa features a spacious and inviting layout that comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. It includes a spacious king bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom (beautiful lake and pool view - Cable TV and apps), a cozy queen bedroom (with Smart TV and a beautiful pool and lake view), and two additional twin bedrooms with a total of four twin beds, ideal for families or groups. ** Pool and SPA heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us to get a quote. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
** This property is self-catering. A small starter kit is provided for your arrival, including 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 1 new sponge, 1 kitchen paper towel, 1 starter soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.
What to Expect Before Check-in
Just like when you check in at a hotel, Florida law (Florida Statutes, Chapter 509.101(2)) requires a quick guest registration before your stay. Weâve made this process fully digital so itâs simple and secure, while also protecting both you and us from the scams that unfortunately occur in the Orlando area.
Hereâs how it works:
After booking, youâll receive a short online form to complete.
Youâll be asked to upload a photo of your ID and a selfie holding the ID to confirm your reservation.
For added security, weâll also request a photo of the card used for the booking and a selfie holding the cardâsimilar to how hotels verify your ID and credit card at check-in.
Once everything is verified, weâll provide your digital door code so you can go straight to your vacation home.
Please note: at least one guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay.
Important: If registration is not fully completed as described above, guests will not be granted access to the property and no refund will be issued. In such cases, the reservation is considered a no-show.
Important House Rules
No smoking and no pets are permitted inside any of our properties.
Homes are for vacation use only and may not be used as a permanent residence.
Maintenance or pest control visits may be scheduled during your stay; our team reserves the right to access the property if needed.
Security Deposit
$500 for stays up to 28 nights.
$1,000 for stays of 29 nights or more.
The security deposit is charged to your credit card and refunded after check-out once our cleaning and inspection team confirms there are no issues. Please allow 7â14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Pool Heating (Optional)
Available upon request for $35 + tax per day (7-day minimum).
For same-week requests, a $50 service activation fee applies.
Heating runs daily from 8 AM to 8 PM, with temperatures subject to weather conditions.
Cancellation Policy
By booking this property, you agree to the cancellation policy listed on the booking site.
A 5% processing fee applies to all cancellations (deducted from the amount already paid).
Please note: Failure to complete the registration process (as outlined in the check-in requirements) will result in denial of access to the property and no refund will be issued. This will be considered a no-show.
