Cette belle maison offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances parfaites! Il dispose de 4 chambres, 3 salles de bains, et une grande piscine blindé. Il y a 2 suites Master (une avec un lit King et l'autre avec un lit Queen) avec deux salles de bains et menant à la véranda et piscine / spa. Chacune des 2 chambres supplémentaires a ses propres 2 lits jumeaux et une salle de bains familiale de luxe partagée. La villa est entièrement équipée et meublée avec air conditionné, lave-linge, sèche-linge, réfrigérateur, télévision à écran LCD (dont un 42 pouces dans la salle familiale), Internet haut débit, téléphone, table de billard, air hockey, les ustensiles, les services publics de bébé (crèche, chaise haute et poussette), et bien d'autres. L'aménagement fantastique de cette villa permet à la majorité des chambres, l'ouverture sur le pont piscine entièrement blindé qui a une clôture de protection de l'enfant autour de la piscine chauffée éventuellement. A l'extérieur une terrasse de la piscine très spacieuse et une véranda couverte avec table et chaises et chaises longues.

Notre villa a été récemment rénové par un décorateur d'intérieur professionnel. Tous les appareils ménagers, meubles, ensembles de chambre, d'une télévision, et de nombreux autres équipements sont neufs, ce qui rend votre séjour vraiment 'sans soucis.

La communauté Orange Tree propose un court de tennis, terrain de basket, un grand terrain de football, et 2 terrains de jeux pour enfants. Commerces, restaurants et supermarchés sont à seulement quelques minutes en voiture.

Amazing!

So relaxing. The hot tub is amazing and the bed in the master is so comfortable (that is the only one I slept in). Communication with home owner is awesome. Would definitely stay again.

Family trip

Was a 3 generation trip to Disney and other attractions in the area. The house gave us room to spread out after a busy day. The kids loved the pool table and the pool with the toys. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for preparing our meals, was happy to have an airfryer. Connie was very responsive to any questions we had couldn’t ask for a better host

Villa in Clermont

My autustic son (28yrs) and my friend stayed at the villa for our holiday. The villa was clean and well presented. Beds very comfy. Kitchen came with all you could need. Pool an absolute godsend. Easy process to enter on arrival. Lovely clean neighbourhood. All in all I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic place

Definitely recommended! The house is beautiful, nice location in a nice neighborhood, the house is clean and spacious, large swimming pool, the owner is very friendly. The contact is good. We had a very good holiday. Close to the well-known parks and other facilities. We would like to come back again!

Great villa

It was a second time we’ve stayed at this villa. We loved the oversized pool and the layout of the house. It’s perfect for a large family. Connie was very helpful and the process of checking in and out was very easy! There is everything you might need to cook etc. Overall great property!

This home felt like home away from home for us. Our kids absolutely adored the pool and the themed bedrooms! Nice and clean when we checked in and Connie even accommodated us to check in early. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Very comfortable

The house had a very home like feeling. Plenty of utensils and cooking equipment for our stay. Easy drive to theme parks. Pool was a great size for the 5 of us with plenty of room to spare. Hot tub was perfect with the chilly weather. The firmness of the bed was perfect and i slept better there than in my own home. The property owner is fantastic and was very accomidating to our travel times. Would definetly stay at this property again on our next visit.

Fantastic!

We had a great time at the property. Owner is very friendly and attentive to any needs or questions. There is not a single complain I can think of this property. The entire home is great. Amenities are appropriate - and pool and view... beautiful and peaceful. My wife and I come to Florida every year for long stays in November to visit with family and this beautiful home provided us with exactly what we needed. Thank you! We have already booked November 2024.

Fantastic Villa to Stay

We had a fantastic time at the villa and in the local community. The villa was clean, spacious, and conveniently close to Disney, restaurants, and shops in a lovely neighborhood. Great villa

The villa was ideally located for Disney, Universal, and Kennedy. Pool/spa was great. When in USA, we feel like a villa is like coming home each day. This villa was excellent and Connie kept in touch and seems to genuinely care. Thank you Connie.

Great house, needs some deep cleaning

We rented this house for four adults and five kids. The house layout was perfect for what we needed. The pool area was great. Our only real complaint was at the house was really dirty and needed a deep clean. There were also lots of flies that flew into the pool screen, because there were tears in the screen. It would also be nice if there were ceiling fans in each room. They did provide other fans, but the ceiling fans would’ve been nice to help circulate the air. Overall, we had a great time at the house but the house needs a really good cleaning.

Great spacious and clean place. Very nice neighborhood and close to all amenities. All Disney parks and International Drive are 20-30 mins away. We highly recommend this villa.

Lovely villa

Amazing location, quiet neighbourhood lovely at Halloween for trick or treating. Easy to contact management agency for help if issues arise. We loved it that much we’ve booked another stay! Thanks Connie we look forward to returning in two years for our honey moon! :)

A perfect family villa

We stayed in August 2022 and had a really good time. The villa is perfectly located to all the main Orlando attractions and close to local amenities which was really convenient. The villa itself was very well presented with good sized bedrooms, living area and outdoor space. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were also plenty of towels, bed linen and pool toys for us. The pool itself was wonderful, my 3 children never wanted to get out and it was great to have the gate in place for my 2 year old. The only thing worth considering is that although the villa is for up to 8 people, there weren’t enough chairs outside for us a family of 5 to eat together. It would be nice to have more chairs but that’s a really minor point. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely look to rebook if we were travelling to Orlando in the future.

Excellent Stay

Very clean, well kept and comfortable. Pool and hot tub are great. The location was fantastic, close to what you need, yet a very peaceful neighborhood. Property owner Connie was responsive and a pleasure to deal with, and her property manager David was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to others.

No Hurricane policy, that's just wrong!

Found a few bugs in kitchen and bathroom, one bathroom sink leaked under sink into floor the entire stay. Very upset about having to leave 4 days early due to the hurricane and there is no hurricane policy so I didn't get any money back on the days that we didn't stay there. Every time ive had to come back home to TN due to a hurricane I have gotten a partial refund but not this time so I will not be staying here again. So don't rent this house during hurricane season, you will lose your money!

Good spot to stay!

Overall a good spot to stay when in Orlando., On average about 25-45 min to parks depending on traffic and was close to Walmart, grocery store and restaurants. Property was clean, beds were comfortable and owner was quick to respond if any issue did arise.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful villa

Following numerous cancellations due to restrictions we managed to get back to Florida for our Disney adventure. This is our first time using VRBO and found Orange Tree. From the moment we placed the reservation, Connie was fantastic in getting everything ready and communicated with us the whole time. The villa is in a beautiful, quiet location and around 30-40 mins away from the parks. It was very clean and tidy with the relevant information needed to ensure a fantastic visit. During our time Connie did reach out if we had any issues and to contact her if we did. Absolutely fantastic service and we are already planning to stay at Orange Tree again for our next holiday.

Pretty house

The house was lovely, lots of room for everyone. The only negative I have is the pool needs to be repainted and cleaned. Otherwise we had a lovely stay and really enjoyed Clermont.

Great Villa

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. House was clean and well stocked with all the things we needed. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. The owners and management company were very responsive to questions during our stay as well. Will definitely be looking for this property for our next vacation.

Perfect!

We had two families of four stay here and it was perfect! Pool was warm and fun, spacious layout, and a table big enough for all 8 of us. The only thing was the queen room does not have their own bathroom, it is shared with another room. Otherwise this place met all expectations and was very comfortable.

Great communication with owner and property manager, house could use some TLC

Overall, a good stay after a few issues were addressed. The property itself is older and several things need updating - the pool needs to be resurfaced - large pool, but old. The house could use a deep clean and definitely updates to towels, linens, etc. The owner and property manager were AMAZING and addressed all issues PROMPTLY!!!
