Magnifiquement meublée, 4 chambres, 3 salles de bains avec sa propre piscine et spa privés orientés sud-ouest. La villa est située dans une communauté fermée haut de gamme située à seulement 6 miles de Walt Disney World.

La villa de plain-pied comprend 2 suites principales et 2 autres chambres lits jumeaux qui partagent une salle de bains attenante «Jack et Jill». Cette villa est parfaite pour une ou deux familles, ce qui en fait une maison de location de vacances idéale.

Les deux suites parentales ont un accÚs direct à la piscine et au patio. Pour plus de commodité, chaque chambre dispose de sa propre télévision par cùble.

Le salon ouvert est entiĂšrement meublĂ© avec une suite complĂšte, donnant un accĂšs direct par les portes-fenĂȘtres alarmĂ©es Ă  la piscine. La villa est Ă©quipĂ©e d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision cĂąblĂ©e HD, d'un DVD, d'une connexion Wi-Fi haut dĂ©bit et d'un tĂ©lĂ©phone pour passer des appels gratuits aux États-Unis, au Canada et Ă  Porto Rico ainsi qu'une console Wii et des jeux pour occuper les plus jeunes.

Une belle cuisine entiÚrement équipée, avec table à manger et bar à petit déjeuner, comprenant tous les appareils de laveuse, sécheuse, micro-ondes, machine à café, grille-pain, élimination des déchets, réfrigérateur-congélateur, et couverts et ustensiles de cuisine. La salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes et il y a 2 tabourets de bar.

La piscine extĂ©rieure est extrĂȘmement spacieuse avec une grande piscine et un spa qui peut ĂȘtre chauffĂ© moyennant un supplĂ©ment. Le patio est pavĂ© de briques, avec une vĂ©randa couverte et un coin repas avec des siĂšges Ă  l'extĂ©rieur.

La villa dispose Ă©galement d'une salle de jeux comprenant une table de hockey sur air, une table de billard, une machine de football miini et une table de ping-pong pour divertir petits et grands.

Il y a aussi une boßte de sécurité / coffre-fort verrouillable pour garder tout votre précieux en sécurité.

Cette belle maison est située dans une communauté fermée bien entretenue de High Grove située à l'intersection de l'autoroute 192 et de l'autoroute 27. Le club-house communautaire dispose de deux piscines, d'un jacuzzi, d'un centre de remise en forme, d'une grande salle de jeux avec table de billard pleine taille, d'un accÚs à Internet, d'une imprimante et d'un fax et d'une grande bibliothÚque de livres à emprunter et d'un personnel de conciergerie serviable qui est disponible pour vous aider et vous donner conseils locaux.

Il y a aussi une petite aire de jeux et un nouveau mini-golf de 9 trous récemment ajouté.

Juste à l'extérieur de la communauté se trouve un pub irlandais, des restaurants et Walmart. C'est l'endroit parfait, idéalement situé offrant un endroit calme et relaxant pour rester tout en étant proche de nombreuses attractions.

Nice property

The owner, house, and neighborhood were all very nice. The only negatives were getting in and out of the community because of location and even though everywhere else around the area was mask free for some reason the clubhouse required masks (and we did not have any) to enter which caused us not to be able to use the mini golf or fitness equipment. They were also kind of rude at the clubhouse.

Wonderful stay at Four Corners!

The property was as advertised, very enjoyable. The pool and the hot tub were very clean and enjoyable, a highlight after sore feet and legs from walking Disney during the day. We didn't use the gameroom but looks great if your are bringing kids along. Ushma, the property owner who I believe is out of the country over in Great Britain, did answer all my concerns and was easy to communicate with. The only small letdown was that some area's of the house could use a little extra cleaning, such as under the coaches, lamp shades, those little extra's that would put it over the top. I don't blame Ushma, hard to control that when you can't be at the property to supervise the cleaning service yourself. But overall, still an excellent place to stay and I would do so again, you shouldn't hesitate to stay either. Thank you Ushma!

A Fantastic holiday Villa

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your villa. The villa is in the wonderful high grove community which is very clean friendly and safe. The villa was great with everything needed for a fantastic time in Florida, the villa is like a home away from home and we settled in immediately it is clean the beds are comfortable the kitchen is well equipped and the pool is beautiful day and at night. The location of the villa is perfect with easy access to walmart 2mins away and plenty of other supermarkets and restaurants. Disney is only 10-15mins away and universal about 30mins. The owner of the villa is very helpful and provided all the information we needed and responded very quickly to any questions we had. We all had a great holiday and would love to stay again. Thank you Luke

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay would definitely book again. Ushma responded to all questions quickly. The villa is well maintained the pool was a godsend. There is a pub outside the gates shops and restaurants within walking distance and its easy to ger to the parks. Would highly recommend this villa and look forward to returning.

Wonderful Stay

On entering the villa there was a lovely fresh smell & it felt like home from the minute we stepped through the front door.This villa was clean & well kept with plentiful towels,kitchen equipment,even egg cups.We have stayed in numerous villas in Orlando & this was certainly one of the best.We would definately book again & our son & family have booked to stay for 25 days next year.The swimming pool & spa was beautifully clean & got the sun all day.The lady that cleaned & checked the pool came twice in the 2 weeks that we were there.She was very thorough.There is a games room in the garage which is great.The location of the property is excellent.The villa is only a few houses away from the clubhouse ,which has a large swimming pool & spa,fitness centre etc.Devaneys Irish Pub is just outside the gated community of High Grove, & a 2min walk from the villa.Meals are available there as well as having quiz night, music etc.The 2 for 1 Fish & Chips on a Friday is excellent.Walmart & Cagans Crossing is a 2min drive away from villa & the Disney Parks are in close proximity by car.If the villa had been available in October this year we would have booked it again ,but unfortunately we have had to book an alternative villa still in High Grove, though as location is so good.We would definately recommend this villa to family & friends.Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your lovely villa.We will be back.Thanks from Gordon & Julie,Scotland

Great location

Really enjoyed our stay in the villa. It was clean and comfortable, and a great location. It was very quiet, but there was a good Irish pub outside the gates. There was plenty of good restaurants 10 minutes walk away and a huge Wal-Mart just down the road. It was easy to get to the parks from the villa with Disney about 20 minutes away. The owner Ushma kept us informed and answered any questions promptly, which made the booking procedure very easy. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Truly Magic!

My family (4 adults and 4 teens,16,15,14,13) stayed in this stunning property from the 15th to the 29th of June 2018. The villa is in the gated community of High Grove on highway 27 and is well situated for Orlando international airport and commuting to all theme parks. It is perfect for families. I loved the decor as with the hardwood floors in the living area,we could feel at home without worrying about the kids spilling drinks. All the bedrooms had a lovely feel to them,I slept like a log in the master bedroom, the bed was so comfy. I loved the fact that there was small Disney touches in the kids rooms without it feeling too childish for teens. All bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers which was fab as with 4 long haired ladies,it saved packing hairdryers. A roll of toilet paper in each loo was also provided so no worries if you can’t get to the supermarket and need to drop your bags off first. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery and it was fab to have such a huge capacity washer and dryer to keep on top of our washing. Ushma also provides lots of towels for showering and pool towels which was great as saved space in our suitcases and we were able to use them when visiting Volcano Bay and save on the cost of hiring . We loved having our own pool. The kids all enjoyed being able to get up and go for a dip first thing or spend a few hours splashing around after a hot day in the parks. The adults spent plenty of time in the spa- perfect to cool down and relax with book in hand. The pool looks amazing at night with the lights on and it’s great to have it all to yourselves and not have to share. High Grove is a real haven. The villa backs on to a conservation area so felt private as we weren’t overlooked from behind . We visited the community pool on a couple of occasions for a change of scenery. There is an Irish pub just out-with the gates and Dunkin Donuts,McDonaldsBurger King and other fast food places in very close proximity,ideal with teens as someimes they preferred stay in the villa for dinner so we didn’t have to go too far out of the way to pick them up food before going out ourselves. There are loads of restaurants an easy drive away on the 192. I would like to thank Ushma and Uday for allowing us to stay at their lovely home. The whole process was a pleasure from our first contact and I was able to contact Ushma at any time with queries and she would respond very quickly.

The place is as described and we really enjoyed it. I would book again.... Would be nice to see eventually a remodel with some updates but I understand the need to balance the expenses with the price. Maybe reconsider leaving a few extra rolls of toilette paper, charge $5.00 more a week if need be. THANKS AGAIN

Another Great Vacation in this Florida Villa!

This was our 2nd time staying at this Florida Villa and we booked it again for another stay. Great location for all the parks, stores, restaurants, is a well maintained house and owner is easy to work with. We feel like we're at home and on vacation at the same time. Clean, Tidy and Spacious.

The Villa is excellent in every way. Nice size, brilliant facilities and the pool was a god send. The location was great too. Only 10/15 minutes drive to any of the Disney parks. Walmart over the road, Pub on the corner. What more could you ask? The gated community made a massive different to other villas I have stayed at in Orlando. Considering the community is next to a main road, you dont hear the road noise. We will deffinatly use this villa again!

great property fantastic location

we stayed here for 24 nights and my family had a great time pool heating temp was the best yet with older family members using the pool this was great , location was very good Wal-Mart 2 mins drive away and restaurants right on your door step , travel to disney 20 mins and universal 30 would recommend this villia to familys if u want relaxing stay or a busy one

Nice villa but needs updating you get what you pay for

Great little villa but there are a few things that need looking at .We had wildlife in the master bedroom shower " FROG " NO idea how it got there , the mattresses on the beds soft gave us sore backs but maybe that because we are use to firmer mattresses most of the plates and cup where miss matched and need replaced sort all that out and it's would be ok .but thanks to Ushma for letting stay

Nice, clean property - good location, great deal for the price

Home is nice. Close to Disney. We could get to Animal Kingdom in 15 minutes. Plenty of food close by. Publix is open to 10 PM and Walmart until late. Nice pool in the backyard, clean home, gated community. 4 bedrooms and 3 baths were nice. Would highly recommend and will stay there again next time we are in Orlando.

Superb villa in excellent location

This stunning villa is situated in Clermont. The main focus of our holiday was to visit the Universal Studios theme parks. The villa is very well situated, being only 25 minutes drive to the parks, and even closer to Disney. There are several very good supermarkets on the doorstep and an emergency drop in centre very close by which came in handy for us. The villa and pool management teams were friendly and prompt. I would highly recommend this villa.

Excellent!!

What a lovely villa this is. Ideally situated just off the 192. We had a great time here, it's very homely and the pool area is lovely. There is everything you would need for your stay. After so many memorable holidays, we decided to purchase Magic on Magnolia so we could enjoy it ourselves and share it with other families looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay.

We are hands-on owners and take great pride in maintaining the villa to a high standard. Because we stay here ourselves, we pay close attention to the details that matter — comfort, cleanliness, and having everything you need for a stress-free holiday.

We enjoy hosting because we know how important it is to have a home you can relax in after busy days at the parks. Our goal is to make sure every guest feels welcome, well looked after, and confident they’ve chosen a villa they’ll be happy to return to at the end of each day.

After visiting Orlando for over 12 years, we decided it was time to buy our own Florida vacation home. This charming Spanish-style villa immediately captured our attention with its beautiful white-washed walls and warm terracotta-coloured tiled roof, giving it a welcoming and authentic feel from the moment we arrived.

Unlike many multi-storey vacation homes, this is a single-storey villa, making it especially convenient for families with young children, older guests, or anyone who prefers step-free living. The villa features two master suites, both with direct access to the private pool and patio, offering comfort and privacy rarely found together.

The southwest-facing private pool and spa provide sunshine throughout the day, while the conservation view behind the home ensures added privacy with no rear neighbours. Guests can relax knowing they are staying in a safe, gated community, yet still just minutes from Disney, shopping, and restaurants.

Inside, the villa is fully equipped for families, with TVs in every bedroom, a dedicated games room, high-speed Wi-Fi, and thoughtful extras that make longer stays easy and comfortable. Combined with access to High Grove’s clubhouse, pool, gym, mini golf, and playground, the property offers far more than a typical vacation rental.

Most importantly, this is a personally owned and cared-for home, not a high-turnover investment property. We stay here ourselves and continually improve it to ensure guests enjoy a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable Florida vacation.
