Hi, Roy! Thank you for the great review. Can't wait to have you back. See you!

Wow, your feedback has us grinning from ear to ear! Thank you so much! Your suggestions are like little gems for us to work with – fly screens for the bedroom, a bathroom/toilet extractor fan? Brilliant ideas! We're all about making your next stay even more fantastic. And let's talk about the location! Being within a leisurely stroll of Stirling's cozy cafes and the local hotel is a treat, right? Plus, having the stunning Mt Lofty/Crafers ranges close by adds that extra dash of magic to your stay. Your feedback is the secret sauce that keeps us improving, so thank you for sharing. We can't wait to welcome you back for more unforgettable Adelaide Hills adventures! Cheers to more awesome stays in the future!

Hi Sue! Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We genuinely appreciate your input and are sorry to hear that your stay fell short of your expectations, particularly in regards to the kitchen amenities. Rest assured, we have taken immediate steps to update the description to reflect the actual amenities provided to avoid confusion on future travelers. We also apologize for the lack of hot water in the kitchen sink and bathroom basin. This is not indicative of the high standards we strive to maintain, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Our team will investigate and address the issue promptly to ensure it does not recur. However, we would like to assure you the past travelers didn't experience the same. Our property consistently garners 5-star ratings from previous guests, making it quite uncommon to receive negative feedback. We also understand the request of compensation preceding the raised issues, and after carefully reviewing your request for a refund, we found that our policy does not allow for refunds in this particular case. We understand your disappointment, but we would like to clarify the circumstances that led to our decision. We genuinely appreciate your patronage and regret that we were unable to meet your expectations this time. We value your feedback as it helps us identify areas for improvement. Rest assured, we will be reviewing our processes to ensure a better experience for our guests in the future. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
