Tucked away in the peaceful surrounds of the Adelaide Hills, Koala Lodge is a private Aldgate retreat offering space, serenity and a true connection to nature. Set on a generous, tree-filled block, the home is elevated for privacy and immersed in lush surrounds, creating a secluded escape just moments from the Hills’ most loved villages.

Designed for relaxed living, the home features two separate living areas plus a games room—perfect for families or groups wanting both connection and space. Large windows frame beautiful garden views, filling the interiors with natural light and a calming, leafy outlook.

Comfortably sleeping guests across three bedrooms, the home includes a king master, a queen bedroom, and a flexible third room with a double bed and bunk above—ideal for kids or extra guests. Two bathrooms add ease for longer stays or larger groups, with one featuring a large spa bath for added relaxation. There is also a sofa bed if needed.

For entertainment, enjoy the dedicated games zone with a pool table, or unwind in one of the cosy living spaces—one designed for gathering, the other a quiet hideaway for more peaceful moments. Outdoors, multiple areas invite you to slow down, from a charming garden fire pit setting to a covered alfresco area with BBQ, perfect for long lunches and evenings under the lights. You’ll even find a hidden sauna tucked away in the back garden.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet neighborhood, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise & no parties. Quiet Hours are between: 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there is any disturbances.

NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside.

PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.
