THE SPACE:


Walk through the front door to find ultimate benevolence within Harmony at Henley beach. You will wonder what took you so long to arrive at this destination; finally feeling that sudden sense of belonging but also an eagerness to explore the area; with so much to see and do here, it won`t be long until you make those inspired moves!

The first room welcomes you with open planned living; you will see the lounge, dining and kitchen aspects from the first step. Feel free to drop your bags and get a good glimpse that Harmony has to offer you. The lounge is 3 seater with a chase for you to stretch out your legs after a long day at the beach or shopping up a storm at Adelaide’s CBD in Rundle Mall. If you feel you need to switch off; you can also switch on the LCD TV. We’ve also provided puzzles and cards if you want to make the most of the peace here.

If you plan on eating in; we have you covered with the 6 seater dining suite; a great showstopper if you plan on hosting a meal for loved ones during your time here. We are sure you will feel inspired by the fully functioning kitchen that is stocked with appliances and amenities to provide for the family. Don’t forget to start the day by the breakfast bar with a shot of complimentary Nespresso to get the heart started!

Around the corner of the kitchen, you will find a laundry nook upon your way through to the outdoor area; which is great in the afternoon sun to soak up good conversation and a moment for yourself here in the sun! The 6 seater bench setting will have you decide if you would like to dine in or make it alfresco!

When the days are done and dusted, you will feel excited to retreat to the main bedroom, playing host to a large king-sized bed! It’s so inviting that you will wonder what took you so long to take a load off and lye amongst the luxury linens with great pillows to hold you up whilst you drift off to sleep.

The kids will be excited to head to bed too - A king single sized bunk bed has been set up in the second room with some soft toys to feel like they never left home. We hope that you get some well-deserved rest here with Harmony.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
