Plage emplacement avant pour ce chalet de style australien. Directement en face de la "meilleure section" de la plage de Quindalup orienté E / W profiter au large des côtes brises jour et nuit.

Inverser Cycle Air conditionné ou le feu ouvert pour créer une ambiance merveilleuse.

Cuisine entièrement équipée avec rien à désirer, y compris machine à café Nespresso.

Massive 4mt tableau Jarrah de la dalle pour profiter à manger tout à fait.

Zone de lavage extérieur, douche de plage chaude / froide pour profiter sous les arbres peppy.

BBQ dans la nuit sous l'arbre de menthe poivrée géante et «repérer les opossums".

Notre famille 4x2 sympathique maison de vacances avec de grandes vérandas tout météorologiques, salle à manger ouverte plan, un salon et une cuisine entièrement équipée assurera de bons souvenirs. Dîner ensemble sur la table de la dalle 4mt de Jarrah à côté de la fonction granit cheminée ou sur la grande table ronde en plein air sous la véranda, canapés en cuir de luxe à l'intérieur, canapés en plein air près de la table de ping-pong. Décoré avec art génial, vous êtes à seulement 45 secondes de marche de la plage en face sur le chemin de nature privée. Complet avec machine à café Nespresso, Cuisinière ou café plongeur décideurs.

Draps fournis, cheminée et bois barbecue (bois fourni). Tous les vérandas météorologiques des deux côtés, au réglage de la porte et le salon, le lavage et le repassage facitities, Free to Air grande télévision à écran plat, avec Bose CD stéréo / DVD avec connexion iPod. Gazonné entoure vos mètres de la plage avec un amarrage (jusqu'à bateau 6mt).

Arbres fruitiers, jouets de plage pour enfants, landau poussette hors route sur demande, réservoir d'eau de pluie tout inclus. Veuillez noter que la propriété n'est pas entièrement clôturée.

Visite des caves, des grottes, la icecreamery de Simmo, golf, galeries, spa de jour, cafés ', restaurants, équitation, surf à Yallingup tous à 10 minutes en voiture.

Randonnée de la réserve naturelle Meelup ou sections du Cape to Cape, réservez-vous sur le observation des baleines, des chartes de pêche ou de plonger le HMAS Swan ou peut-être un bon coucher de soleil croisière. Busseltons "long mile" jetée avec l'eau observatoire se trouve à 15 minutes en voiture. Jouer dans la fosse de sable blanc géant en face appelé la plage ou plonger pendant des heures dans la baie du Géographe protégé.

Fabulous beachside getaway

The perfect place to both have fun and relax. Plenty of grass/trees/shade and outdoor living space for chilling out and fun at home (table tennis is there, we took board games and books, badminton and Kubb). Directly opposite the beach and bike path into town - great for walking, running, rollerblading and cycling along the beachfront. Beautiful calm beach. Soooo peaceful. Well appointed house. Have been here before, and will definitely come again.

Lovely country sea side location

The ambience of this property was restful and quiet, not luxurious but quaint and comfortable The beach directly opposite was calm and great for little kids.The only downside was the presence of stingers at certain times unfortunately, otherwise it was a perfect location

Lovely cottage opposite the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the ambience of the wood fire and the spacious yard for the kids to play in. The place was very clean and equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable holiday. Thanks Jeff for all your attention to detail.

the house is well set out and provided a number of social living areas both inside and out for our group of 10. Premises are well maintained and have quirky touches in the artwork and the furnishing. We thoroughly enjoyed the ambience of the house.

Close to beach

We initially thought we'd been scammed. On the arrival day, the owner was not answering any text messages, his phone was turned off and he failed to respond to emails. We arrived at the property without access details. It was after check in time we had no way of checking in. With numerous frantic calls and messages being unanswered we started looking for alternate accommodation. Our experience with Airbnb had us assuming that we should get access details the day before or the morning of arrival (certainly not after check in time). Low and behold we got access details and a sorry. The owner was overseas and forgot we were checking in that day as he was in a different time zone. We were extremely relieved to finally gain access to the property. Unfortunately his small oversight was a major stress for us. We genuinely thought we'd been scammed and even sort legal advice. On the up side, the property suited our needs as it was very close to the beach and fit all 8 of us. The veranda was lovely and the fireplace was fantastic. We acknowledge that the owner in no way intentionally avoided contact with us so we still recommend this property. We assume he has learned from his mistake. Please note: At the time of our stay (July 2016) there were no safety rails on the top bunks so we had to put some mattresses on the floor.

Great feed back thank you and apologies once again for the stress at arrival, details are now edited to avoid this happening again on the arrival instructions even if we are away. All other arrival instructions including pictures etc were sent after your booking enquiry, as I always do to avoid last minute confusion. Have bunk bed rails in the garage we could have fitted by our resident house manager had you emailed. I have updated our arrival instructions asking if bunk rails are required upon your feed back. Excellent family property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach cottage. It was so cosy, bright and colourful. Easy to clean and maintain. Location was excellent just out of town which was nice and quiet. The beach across the road plus cycleway made our stay easy with children and dogs. The owner has thought of everything.

wonderful family property

We chose this property to house my family for my 60 th birthday. We wanted an easy carefree place where everyone would be relaxed. The cottage offered everything we wanted plus more and was very easy to maintain. Relaxing around the Cosy fire and beautiful table with the children playing games, drawing, puzzles plus wonderful conversation was so memorable. The grand children spent every waking moment outside playing with their cousins and dogs. The adults were able to relax both inside and out with view of the children. Jeff was kind enough to allow our families dogs which also worked for us. With the beach just across the road we were able to take them for runs early mornings and throughout the day. They slept outside. A must if you take your dog. The cottage was very easy to maintain and everything worked perfectly for a family of 10. We loved being together having a relaxed stress less holiday and would recommend Jeff's cottage for this occasion to any family. The cottage will be on our list to return to again. Thanks Jeff for sharing your wonderful property.

We loved the property highly recommend it . Our 2 dogs had a wonderful holiday as well but please abide by Jeffs rules and keep pets off the leather couches and out of the bedrooms.We loved the big open fire place and stone wall. We will be back:)

Absolutely Brilliant

Such a beautiful & tranquil cottage & as soon as you walk in you will feel right at home, plenty of room for two families but cosy enough for a couple, spacious living area with comfortable quality furniture & an awesome open fire, very comfortable beds that will have you sleeping like a baby, beautiful artwork decorates many walls & adds a wonderful warmth to the cottage, fantastic outdoor space with plenty of room for the kids to run & play. The beach is just across the road & all the local attractions are just a short drive away, This is a great place to base yourself to explore this beautiful part of WA. The owner is lovely & so helpful, I highly recommend this property. We cant wait to return because its absolutely brilliant!!

Perfect location away from the hustle and bustle

We had a perfect holiday, This house is ideally located so close to the beach, Great set up with the right amount of beds. We ate all our meals outside around the big round table. The kids had the best water fights out on the front lawn. The children loved the trampoline and swings out the back. Just what we needed. We stayed January 2016 for a week.

The cottage had everything a family needs, and the fireplace is magical during the chilly nights and mornings. The furnishings are quirky and interesting, it is very homely. The kids enjoyed the swings and the trampoline. A very quiet getaway in a beautiful part of the world.

Fantastic Beach Cottage

We had a fabulous time at the Quindalup Beach Cottage. The location was fantastic and our teenagers really enjoyed fishing and crabbing off the beach. A relaxed holiday vibe with great outdoor living. We didn't want to leave and would love to return.

Agnes and Jeff live an active beach life between our Perth home and Agnes' French family home.
Jeff is active volunteer coaching nippers at his local surf club in Mullaloo and Biarritz, still surfing, diving, sailing, riding and competing at surf carnivals around the globe.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Cottage has a genuine holiday feeling, child friendly and the beach opposite is pristine. Beach orientation is east/west, rare on the W.A coast, prevailing winds SW-SE are offshore directly opposite the cottage 95% of the time.
World class surfing just 15 minutes away on the Yallingup side, world class wineries start just 10 minutes away. W.A's number one restaurant Will's Domain just 10 minutes away. Dunsborough town site just 5 minutes away. Everything so close but the Quindalup nature strip the cottage is located on is quite.
