Located right near the beach, SUNSETS BY THE BAY will provide you with a comfortable base to enjoy your family holiday or weekend break-away.

The beach is only a short stroll across the road where you can easily take everything down to spend endless hours or bring your bikes to explore Busselton using our expansive bicycle pathways, located right at the doorstep of this well positioned home.

NO LEAVERS ACCEPTED

Ideally set-up for 2 families with two bedrooms downstairs plus living room, TV, meals area, kitchenette (small fridge, sink, kettle & toaster), bathroom, laundry room & separate toilet.
Upstairs also has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, living area with TV, dining & kitchen. The main kitchen includes dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge plus all the other essentials you will need to cook & prepare meals.

WIFI is available or keep the kids entertained with the provided games.

Upstairs has reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area. There are small wall fans in all 4 bedrooms.

There is a large balcony upstairs to sit & enjoy meals outside whilst looking out to the beautiful bay. Or if you prefer a quiet coffee in the sunshine, sit down at the outside lounge area on the downstairs deck whilst the kids play in the secure yard. Downstairs outside there is also a gas BBQ.

With plenty of parking over two driveways, there is room for everyone and two boat ramps nearby. Wash off the sun & sand from the day in the outdoor shower.

Just a few blocks away there is a small IGA store, along with Fish & Chips, Thai take-away, BWS Liquor, fuel station. Otherwise the CBD & Jetty are only 5 minutes drive down the road.

Please note:

-The SERVICE FEE CHARGE incurred in the pricing section is for supply of :

* Full Bath Linens included for the advertised amount of occupants

* Bedding & bed linen for the advertised amount of occupants

* Tea towels

* The property to be cleaned after your departure (we still ask that the home is left tidy so not to require extraordinary cleaning time)

* Our 'Basic Starter' package (see note below for Starter Essentials information)

- Beach towels are NOT included

- We also supply STARTER essentials like tea, coffee, sugar sachets, salt, pepper, spray oil, basic cleaning products, soap bar, bin bag, sponge, washing powder, toilet roll to make your arrival care-free whilst you get time to hit the shops. These are STARTER BASICS only & are not replenished during your stay

- Blankets are made available at the home during colder months

-You can hire porta-cots (Kmart Travel Porta-cot) & high chairs from us for $10 per item. Please let us know upon your booking request if you require. Porta-cots do not come with a foam mattress insert or linen/bedding.

- Maximum number of occupants advertised cannot be exceeded at any time.

- Noise must be kept to a minimum with no disturbance to neighbors. No noise is permitted after 10pm
