Situated beside the idyllic Geographe Bay this 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home features modern furnishings and a spacious living area with a well equipped kitchen. The main living area contains a large flat screen TV, a DVD player and stereo system. A second family room contains a flat screen TV and DVD player; providing a place to relax or convert it to a fifth bedroom using the comfortable sofa bed (at a small additional cost).

A covered and paved BBQ area combined with the grassed area at the rear ensures there is space to enjoy a barbecue in your private outdoor entertaining area. It's also fully enclosed so it's great for children.

With the beach less than 150 meters from your door, with no roads to cross, you'll be on the white sandy beach of the tranquil Geographe Bay in no time. On your return wash the sand off in the hot outdoor shower or treat yourself to a relaxing bath. A ten minute stroll will see you in the heart of Dunsborough amidst the local shops and cafes.

With its proximity to WA's top beaches, wineries, restaurants and other attractions, this truly is Paradise.

These are STARTER BASICS only & are not replenished during your stay.
