Tranquil Waters propose une maison spacieuse idéale pour toute la famille qui souhaite passer des vacances dans le sud, juste à côté des eaux cristallines de la plage de Quindalup. Avec le centre-ville de Dunsborough à seulement 5 minutes en voiture, vous pourrez passer des soirées paisibles en écoutant les vagues déferler sur le rivage à quelques mètres, tout en dégustant un verre ou un barbecue sur le balcon supérieur.

Profitez au maximum de l’eau libre, avec la rampe de mise à l'eau Quindalup située à seulement 750 mètres. Tous les jours, montez à bord de votre bateau ou de votre jet-ski et profitez des activités de pêche et de sports nautiques de la région. Les grandes allées et l'accès facile à la cour arrière rendent la propriété idéale pour le stockage des bateaux et des remorques pendant votre séjour.

Tranquil Waters comprend 3 chambres au rez-de-chaussée et une chambre principale au deuxième étage. 2 chambres en bas ont des lits superposés et des lits simples, avec la 3ème chambre ayant un lit queen. Un salon est disponible entre les 3 chambres mineures en bas et il y a une salle de bain / buanderie combinée. La chambre principale à l'étage a un lit queen, la climatisation à cycle inversé et une salle de bain privée.

L’étage supérieur comprend une cuisine / salle à manger / salon ouverte comprenant une climatisation à cycle inversé et un feu de bois. La cuisine comprend une cafetière, une table de cuisson à gaz, un four électrique et un lave-vaisselle. Les portes coulissantes mènent au balcon avant avec vue sur la plage de Quindalup. Il y a un décor extérieur et un barbecue disponible pour profiter des nuits d'été en profitant de la brise de l'océan.

Les animaux de compagnie extérieurs sont considérés dans cet établissement et il est entièrement clôturé.

Great winter get away.

The family and I had a great time. The home was well setup for our visit and in a beautiful location. We visited over winter and fireplace was a treat! I can see this home also being in a great spot during the summer.

Away from the crowd

The house is situated in Quindalup - away from the busier end of Dunsborough. We were right opposite the beach, the front gardens are lovely, with a huge back yard, which was well secured for our tiny dog. We enjoyed the sunset from the big upstairs balcony, as we watched the local wildlife and birds. The house was well laid out with plenty of space, rooms and towels for everyone. A very enjoyable stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found this to be an excellent, well maintained holiday home in a quiet location next to the beach of Geographe Bay. Less than a 10 minute drive from the wide range of shops and food outlets in Dunsborough. On arrival, there was no electricity to about a third of the house, but quickly resolved by opening the meter box and flicking the necessary switch. The bottle of red wine greeting our arrival was very much appreciated, thank you.

Fabulous Holiday Home

Very comfy beds and furniture, a fireplace that worked well plus air-conditioning, lovely big enclosed backyard for our dog and located right on the dog beach and walk trail. Its a quiet area but close to town. We appreciated the nespresso machine and the complimentary bottle of local wine. The property managers are very professional and great to deal with, highly recommend.

A wonderful location for a family holiday. A very peaceful place. There were no additional blankets for the cold nights, luckily I brought extra. Previous holiday makers did not pooper scoop after their pets. Otherwise we had a great vacation.

Brilliant Location

Great family stay, with our dog! Walked accross to the beach every day...very relaxing. Lovely sitting outside on the balcony enjoying the trees and birds life. We'll definitely be back.

Winter break

House and it’s proximity to the beach was awesome, wood fire heater and TV to watch the footy was sweet. Only problem with this house after some rain, out the back and little bits of the front has black dirt where the grass has died and trying to keep the toddlers from running black dirt through the house was an epic struggle. Had to sacrifice a number of towels to wipe your feet on as there was no Door matts insight. Please build a deck out the back or just pave over the dead grass area. Would definitely come back but only in summer. Cheers Adam
