We are genuinely disappointed to hear that the cleanliness did not meet your expectations. Agrestic has proudly maintained a perfect 5-star guest rating, including for cleanliness, over the past 10 years, so this feedback is particularly disappointing to us. Unfortunately, our regular cleaner was suddenly unwell and unavailable for approximately 10 days, and a replacement cleaner was arranged during this period. We sincerely regret that the cleaning standard fell short of what we and our guests have come to expect. We will be following up as we are very disappointed. We do wish you had contacted us during your stay, as we would have been more than happy to address any concerns and arrange for them to be rectified. Thank you again for your feedback.
