Maison nouvellement construite (Juillet 2016) avec 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains offre 1850 sq / ft de l'espace de vie avec des vues imprenables sur le vignoble de chaque pièce. finitions et mobilier luxueux offrent une atmosphère tranquille que vous ne voudrez pas quitter! Profitez de l'environnement tout à fait de la vigne et ranch entre les excursions de dégustation de vins dans la vallée de Edna. Un grand patio avec construit dans le foyer au gaz et barbecue fournit amplement l'occasion de se détendre tout en profitant de la vue imprenable.

Tous les lits sont de taille européenne Roi avec literie suprême. Toutes les chambres ont 40 "TV écran plat LCD est avec DirecTV. Les salles de bain bel espace de répit avec toutes les commodités. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec grande salle dont la salle à manger.

The Green Ranch is beautiful...we did multiple walks with our dogs and family. the view from the vineyard cottage is breathtaking. the house is clean modern and the furniture is high quality. I love this place.

Gorgeous Property

Immaculate, roomy, scenic house located among wine vineyards and a working farm. 3 families stayed comfortably. TVs in every room, beautifully stocked kitchen, gorgeous patio. We can’t wait to come back!!!!

Perfection!

The Vineyard Cottage was a perfect retreat for our holiday getaway. The house is beautifully appointed, very private, with views across the vineyards and California hills that soothe the soul. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our holiday feast, but you will have to bring seasonings, oils, and other condiments as needed. We knew this in advance so we were prepared. The property offers much to enjoy and I’d highly recommend it for your future trip to the central coast.

Paradise!

This property is even better than described! The setting is sublime and everything is cared for immaculately. While our group didn’t use it- the common area pool and bbq is inviting and looks like it should be in a magazine!

Gorgeous property

We stayed in the Vineyard Cottage and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The house is very clean and well decorated with comfy linens. The views from the house are stunning and we were all blown away by the sunsets. The pool area was deluxe. Loved playing bocce and swimming/ hot tubbing. Highly recommend!

Excellent accommodations!

3 couples stayed together in this lovely cottage and really enjoyed ourselves. The property is beautiful and very clean. We are just sorry we didn't spend more time there to enjoy the pool area which looked wonderful. I worked with Marjan and she was extremely responsive to all my questions concerning the property before we got there and very helpful when we were there. I highly recommend this rental. I want to go back with my siblings. Thanks again. We loved it.

#1 Friendcation Location

My group of friends have been throwing almost yearly group outtings for over 20 years. Our group now includes kids and numbers around 35. We’ve stayed at a few different ranch style properties over the years and Green Gate is hands down the best property I’ve experienced. The whole weekend everyone in the group talked about how great it was and a repeat visit would be great. The location is excellent- one feels so secluded but the market is only 15min away and a 11pm Mexican food delivery is not a problem. 10/10 - would recommend

Nancy Meyers would be Jealous!

This is an impeccably decorated property hidden in a peaceful Oasis of San Luis Obispo. My only disappointment is that I only stayed for two nights. I won’t make that mistake again. This property served as the perfect anchor to a fabulous weekend with friends. I felt straight out of a Nancy Meyers film. All pictures are accurately represented and even more gorgeous in person. Being able to come back up the quiet hill and hide away from everyone at the end of the day was a treat. I look forward to visiting the property in the future! If you want to stay here, act quick, their calendars are always booked and for good reason! Highly recommend!

Absolutely gorgeous

We had a wonderful time staying at this property and can't wait to go back. My only suggestions would be to add a house user manual (either a hard copy in the house or on the VRBO app) with details like wifi password, how to start the fire pit, etc) and to replenish the pool towels each day. On the whole though, this property was spectacular. Staff was so gracious and responsive. Location was perfect for exploring SLO wineries and restaurants. Beds were ridiculously comfortable. Ranch has horses, ducks, a ranch dog (who we played quite a bit of fetch with) and chickens. My kids (and me and my wife) were in heaven. To sit on that back patio with the fire pit on, drinking wine while looking out at the vineyard was total perfection. It really made for the perfect weekend trip. Thanks Marjan for everything (including the wine)!

Absolutely gorgeous home inside and out.

This was almost the perfect home and deserves 5 stars. I stay at many Vrbo rentals and this is in the top 3. My only recommendation to the property owner is to provide a bit more necessary items that would have made this stay perfect. The knives were so dull we had to carve a beautiful and expensive piece of tritip steak with a bread knife. It would have been nice to have a few more basic items like salt & pepper, spices and tin foil/saran wrap that is common in all rentals I have experienced. I had to run to the store multiple times to pick things up I would of expected to be included. I realize many choose to go out to eat on vacation, but I love to cook and although the dishes, glassware, etc. were beautiful, basics such as rubber spatulas and a knife sharpener were unavailable. Otherwise, it is the perfect relaxing escape in the Edna Valley region. I will definitely return, we loved it.

Fantastic ranch stay in beautiful surroundings

We love greengate so much it has come an annual tradition for the family. The house is fantastic, well-stocked and super comfortable. The grounds are in great shape and we enjoy the pool and hot tub so much. It really feels like we are tucked away in a little corner of heaven. It is close enough to downtown that it is serviced by both Instacart and Doordash. If you plan to cook, bring your own condiments.

Gorgeous setting for a getaway

We wanted somewhere we could go and not have to leave. This was our second trip to Greengate. We brought all of our food and cooked in. Fantastic 3 bed 3 bath house with an open floor plan and full kitchen. Great outdoor seating area with couches and chairs and a fire pit. Relaxation at its best. You can walk the grounds and see the grapes in the spring and summer. There are animals on the farm too who are fun to visit. Big pool and really nice jacuzzi too. Can’t wait to return again!

Amazing property

Beautiful home, views and property. Jenna, the property manager, was very helpful in making local recommendations. Our kids loved running around the property and checking out the horses, dogs and chickens. The pool area was very comfortable and well maintained. Decor in the home was very well done. We look forward to staying here again!

Beautiful house with great views!

We enjoyed our stay at the Vineyard cottage and had a great time. The property is absolutely amazing and the views of the vineyard from the house are to die for. The beds are very comfortable and the fire place patio area is amazing to hang out with your group.

Amazing Getaway

This was our second stay at this property. We stayed in the Carriage House the first time and the Vineyard Cottage this time. I love this property!! It is so beautiful and nicely maintained. The outdoor firepit at the Vineyard Cottage was amazing and we spent most of our time outside. The location is great - just a quick drive into SLO.

Perfect Party!

I booked the Vineyard Cottage at Greengate for my daughter's graduation from Cal Poly. This was my first VRBO booking, so I was a little nervous about the process, but Greengate and Marjan made the entire experience so easy. Also, every vendor I spoke with (caterers, party rentals, etc.) all knew Greengate and only spoke positive about working with them. It made it easy as I never had to supply an address or give details about a delivery as they had all been there before. First off, the property is gorgeous and the views from the Vineyard Cottage are spectacular. The lay out of the interior and exterior were perfect for sleeping 6 people at night and hosting a family celebration one day. Access is easy for deliveries. Although I brought most of my needed items for entertaining and light cooking, the kitchen appeared to be well stocked and would serve the guests of the house well. The BBQ is a nice addition and the gas fire feature outside was very relaxing after long days. When we arrived, I was dreading having to go through an hour long orientation of every detail of the house. It was not be be! Marjan just told us the house was open and go have fun. My only disappointment with the experience is that I was so busy entertaining others, I never got to chill and enjoy the relaxation of the house and property. This means I must return! In the madness of booking early for Cal Poly graduation, I feel like I won the lottery by stumbling upon this property early on. If you are lucky enough to snag it yourself for a grad, wedding or vacation, you will not be disappointed. I could not have asked for a more perfect venue.

Stunning property in beautiful location

Vineyard cottage is a beautiful, modern property that is likely the best we have rented out of 20+ higher end vacation properties over the years. Very nice design, great furnishings and above all a tranquil location in the heart of San Luis Obispo wine country. Highly recommend!
