The living room opens up to a stunning deck with a spectacular view of Madonna Mountain, complete with a BBQ and dining table so you can soak up the incredible Central Coast weather.
The Space:
Experience the ultimate comfort in this NEW two-story 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom home that accommodates four guests with ease. The lower level boasts 2 cozy bedrooms with 2 king-sized beds and a full bathroom. The upper level features a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living room with a 70" smart TV, leading to an upper deck with an awe-inspiring view of Madonna Mountain. Enjoy a delightful meal on the patio's outdoor dining set and fire up the grill for a BBQ. Located in a serene residential area, this house is a short 15-20 minute walk or a quick drive to the historic Railroad District in downtown San Luis Obispo, where you can indulge in some scrumptious meals and drinks at the local restaurants and delis. The Terrace Hill is a short hike behind the house with a stunning view of SLO, perfect for savoring a sunset with drinks and snacks.
If you are an adventure seeker, travel North towards the scenic Los Osos, Morro Bay, Cayucos, Cambria, San Simeon, and the breathtaking Big Sur.
