Not the worst, not the best. Apartment wasn't as clean as I would have expected. Internet didn't reach all areas of apartment. One room did not have an air conditioning unit.
Beds were comfortable, including the couch that turned into a bed. Plenty of towels for bath and beach.
We did appreciate the food and drinks in the fridge for our use. We also enjoyed fresh baguettes that host left on door one morning.
I am a Brazilian Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) who loves real estate rehab. I purchased this beautiful building in need of lots of tlc and little by little I have been bringing it back to life. Most of the work is completed but I still have some work to do. It is a wonderful feeling to see this gem come back to its glory days!
In addition to the rich cultural environment surrounding us, with a number of landmarks about the Cuban revolution and being the largest city in the world in number of Cuban exiles, a guest will also find a vibrant night life. There are a number of historical restaurants, pubs, cigar stores just a short walk to our place. The building is centrally located, just west of Brickell Avenue, downtown Miami, and it is also close to Miami Beach.
