Welcome to your modern Miami villa, a perfect blend of style and convenience in the vibrant core of the city. This meticulously designed home offers two comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms, ensuring ample space and privacy for all guests.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed with soft linens for restful nights, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower adds a touch of luxury. The second bedroom, ideal for families or friends, includes a cozy full size bunk bed with an additional pullout twin trundle and ample storage! There is space for one more bed with the living room sofa that transitions to a bed, too!

Your culinary adventures await in the sleek, stainless steel kitchen, equipped with an electric stove top, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and an array of essentials like a coffee machine, air fryer, toaster, and blender. The open-plan family and dining room provide a perfect setting for relaxation and gatherings, with a smart TV for entertainment and a dining table for six.

For added convenience, the villa includes a private laundry area with a washer and dryer, and gated parking ensures secure and easy access.

Step outside to the shared backyard, a tranquil retreat with lounge furniture and barbecue facilities, perfect for enjoying Miami’s warm evenings.

Located in a vibrant Miami neighborhood, you're just minutes from the lively Calle Ocho, Little Havana, Wynwood Arts District, Brickell district, and the cruise line Miami Ports. South Beach, with its iconic nightlife and stunning shoreline, is only a short drive away, about 15 minutes.
