Antonio was very welcoming and very helpful. The premise was spacious and very clean. It is nicely positioned in front of the ocean with a great view and the accompanying sound of the waves.

We had an amazing stay. The location is perfect and the views are spectacular. Steps to the ocean and wonderful restaurant with the kindest people. The bus stop is within walking distance to explore the island. The location of the apartment is it's own paradise.

May 2026 Antonio and his family are charming and gracious hosts. The listing describes this location perfectly. Check in was easy. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Situated right on the beach and the restaurant is about 10 steps away. We enjoyed two evening dinners there. Sadly the weather was stormy, rain and wind the entire week we were there and as such we could not get down to the beach. The sunsets were amazing. It seemed that by mid afternoon, the skies cleared and we were able to get out and explore the area. The village Of Forio is about a 25 minute walk away. It is easy enough to get around by local bus, once you get the hang of it. Recommend visiting the Poseidon Thermal Pools.

Ischia is such a special place. We were engaged in 2018 there and wanted to come back. We loved our little villa apartment. You can hear the waves from the room, that close! It’s easy to park with some guidance Antonio, a super host. His restaurant is right there, every dish we had was delish. There are other nearby walkable restaurants and a market. We’d stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed the A.C., and TV. The internet was sometimes challenging but that’s Italy. Total value, great location and we’d go back.

Les points forts : Emplacement
Les points faibles : Arrivée, communication, exactitude de l’annonce
There is no doubt the location and view beside the beach is the highlight. However we had no communication in advance of two days arrival as promised for check in arrangements - it was a case of arriving and hoping for the best which wasn't ideal arriving after 9pm and doing our own research on how to get there. The apt is basic & felt tired. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Sadly there were no basic provisions, no toilet paper, tea-towel & kitchen roll. Two old shower towels provided for a weekstay - we were not offered replacements or fresh sheets. There were two blunt knives for food prep. Everything felt scarce No fresh air at night, its tricky as you are on pavement with bedroom velux had no pole- if your used to using AC its ok. The biggest disappointment was what we felt a mis-advertisement in header- alluding you to thinking beach chairs and parasol are complimentary- they are not and when we asked it was brushed off (very small print at bottom of page). - it's misleading during off peak season to offer comp nd not ideal. For someone working in hospitality with a restaurant, it had no basics condiments. Sadly this does impact overall stay & no soaps & basics. There no genuine care to improve the situation eg when asked about a cleaning cloth for kitchen ( and old dirty one provided). The stark contrast of moving to a property in Procida after with plenty of soft towels, extra bed linen, surplus condiments & even snacks felt like 'how a welcome' should be.

Location....Location...…Location

We stayed here on the beach from San Francesco for 3 weeks in September / October. Perfect weather, warm water and not too many tourists. The one bedroom apartment is right on the beach promenade and is adequate for 2 people! The kitchen could use a few more cooking utensils. The host and his family are very welcoming /helpful and the restaurant that they own is the best on the beach. From the apartment it is a 30 minute stroll to the town of Forio which is a beautiful small Italian town built around the harbour. If you are looking for the perfect beach vacation with beautiful sunsets in restaurants directly on the Mediterranean sea then this is the place for you! Thank you Antonio and family can't wait for next year😍 Barbara and HP

Sea Sand Sun and Food delight

We spent a few weeks at Antonio's apartment. The 1 bedroom apartment we were in was very clean with lovely starched white sheets which were changed every week along with the bath towels. The kitchen could have benefited from a few more utensils but as there are 4 restaurants to choose from extremely close by with a delicious chose of dishes, we didn't go hungry! There is a small grocery store about 200mt from the property and has most everything. There is also a larger one about 800mt away. We found it to be very conveniently placed to the beach and there were deck chairs and umbrella reserved for us. It is a short drive or bus ride to the lovely city and port of Forio with many enticing shops. If you prefer a quieter period to holiday then September rather than August would be better suited. It was nice to watch the beautiful sunsets every evening. It is to be mentioned that Antonio is a lovely person who will always try to accommodate your every need. I would definitely recommend this property.

Italian Holiday

This was a simple apartment right on the beach, not fancy, but it is all you need if you like to swim and relax . The place is run by an Italian family. The beach is filled with families on holidays. It is very festive and lively during the day. The area has many good restaurants and Meridiana is one of them. Ischia is amazingly beautiful and if you like gardens this place is very close to a lovely one. We had a very nice relaxing time .
