This house has been for many years a fisherman family home which has recently been transformed into a modern Beach House yet retaining its charm and features. Located in a prime position with spectacular views of the Aragonese Castle and the surrounding islands in the bay of Naples, here you will wake up to breathtaking sunrises, fall asleep to the soothing sound of waves, and unwind on the sandy beach. Nestled in a former fishing village, just a short walk from the vibrant hubs of Ischia Ponte and Ischia Porto, this property offers an authentic island life experience.
Accessible directly from the beachfront pathway, this residence exudes authentic coastal character. Inside, an open-plan design features a mezzanine floor dedicated to the bedroom and bathroom/shower area. The bright living room with a sea view and a dining area seating up to 6 people blends practicality with comfort, while the sofa bed and TV area invite relaxation. This property has been my family home for several decades and whilst I now live mostly in London I do return often to Ischia. My brother Francesco who lives locally helps me with co-hosting and in welcoming our guests. Our goal is to provide support and assistance to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
