The area was a good starting point to leave from and easy to find. The pools have weird hours and random ones are often cloaed for maintenance. The vrbo itself was nice.
Very easy to book and good communication with property manager. Clean and comfortable living area. Enjoyed the pool, pickleball courts and jacuzzi. Plenty of things to do and sights to see.
The building was very nice, and weâll keep. It provided all we needed. Parking was no problem. The varieties of pools were great for our grandkids. Itâs close to just about everything. We will stay there again in the future
The space was clean and comfortable. There were a few things that werenât working right but that didnât bother our stay at all. It was very roomy and comfortable! We love staying at Las Palmas and had a great time! Thank you for letting us stay!
We have long loved St. George and this property really enhanced our stay. With great amenities and a very well maintained condo, we really felt great here. There was a small hiccup in our check in but that was my mistake and misunderstanding. The property manager took care of us and after that it was a more than fabulous experience.
Stayed for teenâs softball tournament. Plenty for the girls to do. The bed was a bit saggy, small appliances could be updatedâŠ. But overall very satisfied.
Never received check-in instructions, communication, or refund
On the day of check-in I attempted to contact the host for instructions letting them know I never received them, never heard back, VRBO support tried contacting them and got no response either so I had to make other last minute arrangements for the week. Finally got an email at 11:17pm that night saying I will receive a text message for instructions, searched for a text message to find out that it was blocked by my phone as a potentially dangerous message. Since the host doesn't send instructions via email or through the VRBO app, nor do they seem to be available after work hours (seems to be a property management company vs.an actual owner) we had no way of accessing the property. Even though the host was informed of the situation that happened they refused to refund the expense. So not only did I pay for the VRBO that I didn't get to use, but also had the additional expense of having to book other arrangements for the week. This was a very expensive experience to ultimately learn that this host doesn't care whatsoever about the end customer that books, they consider the owner of the property their customer. Please beware if you have any issues, it's unlikely you'll be able to contact the host immediately for any emergencies, they only send check-in instructions via text message, and VRBO support is helpless in this situation because the host gets the ultimate say in how to handle the situation, which ends up being in the best interest of the property owners wallet.
We were quite disappointed with our stay.
The smell in the condo was moldy.
There were only 2 clean towels in the condo for 4 people and no pool towels as indicated in listing. The drain in the guest bathtub was backed up & didnât drain. The decor in the condo was very outdated & the furniture was very old & the couches were lumpy. The mattresses on the beds were not at all comfortable.
Rating is for room alone. The facilities were not 5star of course but definitely had little to no complaints. The room on the other hand had some major issues: TV system was completely reliant on WIFI internet that was completely absent (couldn't connect the entertainment sys, personal call or laptop). Couches had zero support while sitting, individuals in way better shape than me still needed to be helped out of them and they squeaked whenever you took a breathe. Dishes were not cleaned and they had a weird white build on on some of the items. last but not least, the balcony is condemned. not an over exaggeration, after my daughter damn near completely fell through it onto the concrete below, they informed us we could not go use it for any reason (duhh).
