Manueloha 101 est un étage inférieur, une unité d'extrémité située dans le centre-ville de Poipu Kai Resorton, juste au-dessus du célèbre parc Poipu Beach et de la plage de Brennecke. L'emplacement de première position fait une courte promenade aux activités de plage, au tennis, à la restauration et au Kauai Hyatt. Capacité d'accueil jusqu'à 5 personnes.

Manueloha offre une magnifique vue sur l'océan d'eau vive et des couchers de soleil enchantés et une belle piscine balnéaire et des courts de tennis. L'unité de deux étages a deux lanai couverts, la véranda au rez-de-chaussée s'ouvre sur une zone herbeuse avec un sentier pédestre vers la plage. Il y a un parking privé gratuit. Il existe de superbes installations de plongée, de surf et de parc, ainsi que la plage adjacente de Brennecke, la plage de bord de corps de Poipu, à quelques pas seulement.

Great location, but needs major updates

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location can’t be beat! We walked to see the turtles and monk seals every day/night at Poipu Beach. It’s a very short walk to Puka Dog and Brennecke Beach where you can boogie board. The pool is right around the corner and has a great view and is super relaxing. With that being said, the place needs a major overhaul. The main bedroom had a strong mold/mildew smell. The carpet is old and stained. The shower is barely big enough to turn around (impossible to shave my legs). In the main living space, there is no comfortable place to sit. We couldn’t use the a/c unit in there because the plastic hose was cracked off. The dishwasher is absolutely disgusting on the inside and the plates/pots/skillets are soooo old/chipped. The loft had plenty of fans, but again the carpet was old and stained. I tried to open a window and a wood slat literally crumbled in my hand. We tried to spend as least amount of time as possible inside as it just wasn’t a nice place to hang out or relax. The host was very accommodating with a very early check in time which was appreciated.

Gorgeous Home Away from Home

We adored staying at this beautiful property while traveling for a friend's wedding nearby. This location far exceeded our expectations, and we adored how close it was to everything in Poipu!

Poipu is awesome

Awesome location for a great condo stay. Next to the pool and very short walk to the beach. Some updates are needed, but when you’re in Hawaii, these things matter very little. We would stay here again. PS: Buy some puzzles, games and videos. It rained for our first three days.

Very nice condo in great location!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view of the ocean and beautiful surroundings from the lanai exceeded our expectations. The short walk to the Poipu area beaches was super convenient. We also enjoyed the condo unit itself. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Great time with the family

The condo was in a great location. Right next to the pool, easy parking, short walk to the beach. I wish it would have had central air, especially for the kids upstairs. It could benefit from a little updating but overall, it was great and had what we needed for our vacation.

Manualoha never disappoints!

Best location on Kauai, in my opinion! While this is an older complex, the character and location make up for these dated condos. The proximity to the beach, pool, and Kalapaki Joes is the best!

Best spot in Poipu Kai

Really is the best spot in Poipu Kai with regards to the beach and the pool and the views. With all the air conditioning and fans going and windows open out was a comfortable temperature --the din created by all these appliances could serve as a sound machine.

Amazing location and pool

Manualoha 101 is a great condo with amazing views from the unit and the pool. The unit fit our family of five perfectly and the A/C units were really nice to have. We loved being able to walk out to the beach for the gorgeous sunsets. Mahalo nui!

Stayed two months

This unit may be the best location on the property with an amazing view and close to the pool. Vicki is the most awesome host/property manager we have ever encountered. If I owned a property she would be the kind of person I would want to represent me.

Wonderful stay at Poipu

The facility boasts an amazing location and is very close to the beach (1 minute walk). The unit was well stocked with necessities, although we didn't cook in at this unit due to our short stay duration. The unit IS very warm, but there are many fans available and with the right setup everyone was comfortable in the evenings. Great unit for families and we would recommend.

Fantastic

The property is in a perfect location in Poipu Beech for our needs. Snorkels, chairs, boogie boards and even the wagon add to the fun! Highly recommend. Another AC unit for the loft would go a long way although throughout the night the temperature is more than manageable.

Perfect place to stay and enjoy the view, the walk-to-ocean; and amenities of the pools, snorkel gear, boogie boards, and beach umbrellas. Spacious living area for families, convenient trash cans nearby (be mindful of little geckos walking on the path), and kind property management. We didn't want to leave! Mahalo.

Perfect Spot

All the amenities one needs for a great Poipu stay. Nice, quiet master and cute, simple loft with twins. We had a teen use sleeper sofa in loft, which worked well. Kitchen has all needs covered. Chairs and boogie boards to use. Simple parking and nice pool. All just very easy peasy. And super clean and comfy. Great communication, too. Terrific location. Easy walk to Brenneck’s and Poipu Beach. Poipu has excellent snorkeling, and at this time, we saw basking Green Turtles and Monk Seals. Walk to several restaurants.

2 weeks in Poipu!

Kind of a tired property…needs some updates (charging a premium price…it should look great). Burnt out light bulbs and a better cleaning would go a long way.

Great views and best Manualoha location!

Would definitely go back! This is the best location in the whole Manualoha complex. Beautiful lanai with tons of privacy… even though there was another family living right next door we couldn’t see them from the lanai which is set back. Being on the ground floor is great, we would just walk out the back door and down to the beach…. Be aware that there is no central AC and the loft upstairs bedroom gets hot even with all the fans running. Our teenage kids stayed up there and aren’t as picky but I don’t think I could have handled it. The master bedroom downstairs had good AC though. A great thing is that this unit has a well stocked closet with boogie boards, snorkels, sand toys and more!

Wonderful place, a few repairs needed

Our family had a wonderful time staying here. Great location, steps from Brennecke’s beach where our boys had a blast boogie boarding. The house is well stocked with kitchen amenities and tons of beach gear. We felt very at home. Beautiful views from the lanais. A few things need some attention: sliding glass door was so difficult to open and close for ventilation and security. Also, we didn’t use the upstairs much because it was so hot at night, being midsummer. The 2 ac units downstairs were great and thankfully there was a queen pull out bed the boys could use instead of the twin beds upstairs, but the separate beds upstairs were one of the reasons I booked here. There is a second pull out downstairs but we couldn’t get it out. So, a few frustrations that are fixable, but a gem of a place otherwise. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!
