Les points forts : Propreté, arrivée, communication, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce

Would definitely return. Perfect location and beautiful beach. Overall the campus is beautiful and well maintained. Unit was clean, comfortable and homey. Only comment is none of the bedroom light switches seem to work but certainly not an issue. Full mattress in far bathroom might need to be flipped or replaced. Will definitely be recommending to friends. Enjoyed our sisters getaway!

Great location and amazing pool

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying here with access to the pool and the grassy area! My kids were able to go outside and wait for the pool or the beach rather than standing by the door. I wish we had known ahead of time that there were no beach towels and the TVs didn't all work. This was not a huge deal since they didn't watch tv often in the bedrooms.

Quiet retreat with amazing views!

This was a first time visit for us but the people at this place made you feel at home and were so friendly. The view was amazing. I have kids and it was so nice to be right by the stairs down to the beach. The condo was clean and comfortable for our family and really the whole visit was perfect. We had an issue with the disposal not working and they took care of it quickly and with no problems. I would highly recommend this place!

Paradise!

We love Sand Cliffs. We hadn't stayed in this specific unit before, but we loved that it was right on the corner, close to the pool and with easy access to the beach. The only downside was the smaller, screened in porch. As well, our shower in the master bath seemed to drain slowly and the icemaker was broken. However, none of that compared to the beautiful beach, sugar sand, and awesome views.

Reviewer Comments: We love Sand Cliffs and have been staying there 27 (minus a 3 or so summers)since my 28 year old was 3 months old!This ground floor unit is ideal for toddlers.A couple of suggestions would be to have more than 4 coffee cups as well as additional bath towels.We hope to be back!

Beautiful view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed staying at Condo 117 for Fall break. The beds and furniture were comfortable with ample seating for our family of 5. We really enjoyed being on the ground level and easily could walk to the pool, beach or anywhere else on the property. The views of the ocean and grounds were absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen had everything we needed. Overall a very nice, clean place. My only feedback for improvement would be to have nicer, more comfortable outdoor patio seating as there were only two plastic andirondack chairs. Fortunately, we had beach chairs and used those but with such a nice condo and quality furniture inside, it would be good to match that with the exterior seating as well. Overall a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Good and Not So Good

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property is nice and in a good location. Only problems were floors were extremely dirty and refrigerator was broken from day 1. Finally got a replacement on Thursday near end of the week. Also, for some reason dehumidifiers were added in hallway and bedroom and they were loud. Receptionist at Benchmark were good and bad. pleasant and helpful. At beginning of week receptionist was short and and not pleasant to deal with. Later in week dealings with another receptionist was better. Wind dealing with refrigerator problems we noticed online there had been several negative reviews related to refrigerator not working properly. They finally replaced it with a new refrigelater which worked fine but it was at the end of the week so we were unable to cook at home very much during the week.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My original booking was canceled by Benchmark less than 48 hours before my arrival. This unit was offered which was much smaller. The unit was fine but a had to leave behind 3 of my guests as well as cancel air flights at the last minute. No compensation was offered.

Hi Elizabeth, We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences faced during your rental experience with us. This unit was sold before your arrival and unfortunately, the new owners would not honor the reservations we had. Since your rental was the closest, we didn't have many options to choose from left open on our program. While we understand the frustration you all experienced, we do mention in our rental agreement that situations like this may arise as our properties are individually owned. In the event the rental becomes unavailable due to maintenance, owner usage, or in this case, the property selling, we do our best to place guests in a similar unit or otherwise provide a full refund of all monies we had received to that point. We are unable to provide additional compensation in these situations, but we do our best to help mend the situation and solve the problems that may arise with matters such as this. Spring Break 2022

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wish we had been told that the unit next door and above us was under construction. From Monday thru Friday, beginning at 8:30am, we had to listen to drills, saws, hammers and everything involved with remodeling. You could hear the noice all the way down to the beach. The TV's were stuck on the Food Network and would not change channels. The carpet in the den is filthy and the closet are all clutterd with old pillows, blankets and outdated decor from the condo. Really a shame considering the condo has a great location......

In need of remodel

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the location of the unit was fabulous and views were amazing but its in need of some TLC, as the unit is old (linens and carpets had stains, bathtubs had hair in them, and tile throughout was dirty, plus there was too much furniture in some rooms. Not to mention one of the guest rooms door didn't shut as furniture was too big for room, and TV didn't didn't work). Lastly, the rent a gear credit that comes with the unit does NOT include bikes. It was also disappointing that the beginning role of T-pee and paper towels were half used.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You are paying for location here. The property had not been cleaned well. We had to sweep and run the vacuum when we arrived. The grout in the tile floor is tan at the edges, but dark brown in the traffic areas. It really needs cleaning. The carpet and furniture in the living and dining area were soiled. The white vanities in the bathrooms are peeling paint. For the price of the rental, we felt it should be in better shape. We had an issue with the bathtub water not turning off, and the maintenance crew was quick to arrive and take care of it asap. We have stayed in other units in the complex that were much cleaner and well taken care of compared to this one. I would recommend this property to others with notice of the condition of the unit. It is nice to be able to walk to Rosemary and Seacrest areas. Construction in the roadway was a mess this week. Red Tide was an issue with coughing and dead fish washing up on the beach the last 3 days. We like to walk to George's to eat and to the Farmers Market on Sunday.

Beautiful Location, Unit Lacking

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is beautiful but the unit needs a lot of updates and attention. Showers would drain extremely slow, toilet clogged, shower curtains are rusty and kept falling. Refrigerator was old and took a day to cool groceries. Furniture was very old and not comfortable. Location made it all worth it but would love to see a few updates made to enhance experience.

Unit 117 needs a deep clean

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did enjoy our stay because of the great location with beach access and pool but the Unit 117 was dirty and the furnishings were all worn and need replacing. The price would be considered high because of the accomodations were so deteriorated and the Unit was as if it had not been cleaned except for the linens.

Could use some work.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Many lamps would not work. TV in horrible place for watching a movie, the news or anything. Not a comfortable seat in the den. Couch was ok but the two old chairs were atrociously uncomfortable. No place to sit and relax inside in the evening. The plastic Adirondack chairs on the porch were so low they were too uncomfortable as well. Glad we took our own folding chairs.

Beachfront

The condo was nice but not very clean & the furniture is worn. There is no screened in porch but the sliding glass door was heavy enough the 2 yr old couldn’t open it. When we arrived there were no instructions and the back door didn’t lock. We tried going to the office but no one was ever there so I messaged asking where to take the trash & that the door didn’t lock. The response I received was trash was by the tennis court (wrong), no response about the door. 5 days later I found the little stand with instructions in the back guest room (kid room). Despite the above the area was great. The beach area is kind of small but there weren’t many people on the beach. We will definitely be back.

Great Rental Beachside on 30A

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed staying in Sand Cliffs 117. You can't beat the location, just steps from beach access. We also enjoy the ease of the pool and the expansive lawn and cliff top views. As notes specifically to the management company (and not meant for posting publicly), the unit needs a broom. Also, the lighting in the main living area is very dim. The shower rod in the hallway bathroom fell several times. Perhaps the tension isn't as strong as it used to be. For the price of the unit, some of the furniture, couch pillows,bathroom cabinets are pretty worn/dirty. Overall, I'd definitely come back though!!
