Très belle cabine sur le lac Mullet, 140 pieds de façade, 100 pieds de quai, solarium 24x24 au bout du ponton, bateau de pêche en aluminium de 16 pieds et moteur Honda de 25 cv fournis, ou utilisez notre palan de 4 800 lb pour votre propre bateau.

La cabine a été entièrement rénové à l'intérieur / out, de nouveaux tapis et revêtements de sol, nouveau tout porche saison avec une belle cuisine d'été. Prenez vos repas avec une vue magnifique sur le lac.

Beautiful setting

We all loved the cozy cottage and the beautiful views. Dee was wonderful and if you needed anything they are there to help. We definitely hope to come back up and stay.

We had a wonderful week. The property had everything we needed to enjoy the outdoors. Beautiful boat dock with hoist, kayaks, walking trails nearby, fire pit and plenty of firewood. House had plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable.

Cabin on the lake near bike trails.

The cabin was comfortable for 2 couples. The lake was nice, chairs near the lake for sitting. The property was close to bike trails that we rode while in the area.

Relaxing getaway

We had an amazing time! Everything and anything is at your finger tips. Cabin was clean and very roomy for our group. Kids had so much fun, they want to come back. The couple thar rented to us were so great on answering any questions. Highly recommend coming to the lake.

The house was very dirty. There are not 4 bedrooms, the added 2 beds to the living room and the 2 actual bedrooms have open windows into the kitchen for some reason. There is no place to sit and relax because they have added beds to the living space. It looks nothing their pic. We left immediately and had to book another place, no one would sleep there, it was very dirty.

Cabin nicely equipped and comfy. Priced right.

Mike lives across the street and was very accommodating and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we had a safe place to keep our pontoon boat. He made adjustments to his lift to fit our boat. The new room he added to the back is very nice. Rest of cabin is comfy but cramped. Mike has only owned for a year and has several plans to improve it.

Mullet Lake getaway

The hosts were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The cabin is as stated in the listing. It has 2 separate living areas, great for 2 families. There was a lot of chairs/furniture. A lot of throw rugs which can be a trip hazard for some people. Linens could use some updating. But it has all that you need, fully stocked kitchens. We had a very nice time. We didn’t really use the outdoor area because the weather didn’t cooperate, but they had everything you would want to enjoy a northern Michigan lake getaway. We would definitely stay there again.

Disappointed Vacation.

Pictures of property were not as shown in Vrbo ad. Much more furniture made it feel cramped and messy. Property was not actually lake front, it set back from the water quite a distance. Amenities said it had satellite tv, we could only get 3 channels. Amenities said they had internet/Wi-Fi and they didn’t have any. Things that are important to us when we travel are lakefront, air conditioning, satellite and internet/Wi-Fi. We were so disappointed we left early and filed a complaint with home owner.

We have a very nice resort cabin for rent. Our property is clean and well organized, we have many guests that rave over our property. We have 135' of frontage on Mullet lake that is very nice, yes it does sit back about 200' from the lake but we have never had a complaint before. There is plenty of room to do anything you want. Our Internet/wifi was out of order at the time, we have had it fixed. The guests came to fish the lake, and didn't even take advantage of the great fishing we have. They were totally disappointed, as they said, and spent part of one night in the cabin and left. I gave the gentleman a refund of $200.00. We are unhappy that they did not like our accommodations.

I want to preface by saying we had a great stay. The location was perfect and the area around it was ideal for our vacation. As others have stated the water access is across the road which isn't a huge deal, and the location is very close to a sand bar where many boats park. The layout was a little unconventional, but there was plenty of space for everyone. A couple of negative features. We had check ahead of time about the boat lift fitting our boat and were told it would. While it technically did lift the boat out of the water it was certainly not built for a 21 foot jet boat and he had quite an issue getting it to situate well on it. The pictures that were on the listing were vastly different than what the house actually looked like. For instance, the main entry room was very cluttered whereas in the picture was very tidy and open. Again, not a major issue, but something to note. All in all it served it's purpose and we had a very nice vacation and the price was tough to beat for the area.

Upon entering i was really surprised by all the reviews i read giving this cottage a 10. It is not a 10 star property. Cleanliness was marginal, many cob webs and lots of dust on one of the cieling fans., were greeted by dishes in the sink, not sure if they were dirty or clean, rewashed anyway. Cottage layout was wierd at best, having to pass through one bedroom to access the rest. Whole cottage was extremely dark, no natural light and marginal lighting in the bedrooms. 3 of the beds wete horribly uncomfortable, 2 wete passable. Main living area had way too much furniture and had all sorts of pillows and comforters covering the furniture, never looked under them to see what they were covering. The location on Mullet Lake was great and boat dockage very good.The whole place had a musty smell which got better after windows wete opened .The bathrooms need attention as both toilets rocked from side to side while being used.Just generally seemed outdated and dingy, certainly not what we expected from a VRBO property! Would not be able to recommend this cottage to anyone, except for the dockage we all were pretty disappointed with the property.

Mullet Lake Getaway

Property was as listed very spacious had everything you would need. Was big enough to accommodate more than my wife and I. We basically used the back kitchen living area bedroom and bath. There were two more bedrooms another living area, kitchen and bathroom. Could comfortably sleep 8 more adult guests if needed. The yard was large nice deck bbq for either gas or charcoal. Boat hoist and nice dock. Great fishing on the lake we caught some nice walleye and perch. We enjoyed our stay and would return for another getaway.

Family Fishing Trip

This was a perfect place for our family. We had four adults and three kids. The yard is nice and big and the dock was awesome so we could rent a boat. Such a great family vacation.

Northern paradise

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the cottage. It was clean and spacious. The pictures didn't really do it justice. The lake frontage is much longer than expected with views that inspire awe. I can't wait to visit again.

June vacation

The cabin was so well stocked and spacious. The lake was beautiful. Our grandchildren enjoyed playing in the water. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. We would recommend Grand Beach Cabin to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay.

Mostly good.

The house has tons of character and great functional space. It has two bathrooms which was great for a large group plus a washer and dryer. The landlord was very available by message, phone or in person and was very friendly. It does sit back further from the water than expected. There are multiple beds which fit our group well but the beds were not comfortable and the bedding was old and didn’t fit the beds well. It is important to us to sleep comfortably while on vacation.
