Magnifique duplex de haute qualité situé dans une deuxième rangée face à la mer à Puerto Pollença. Il y a deux piscines communautaires, une grande et une petite, à partager avec les dix autres appartements du bâtiment. De beaux et élégants jardins entourent les appartements et la piscine. Ce duplex est situé au rez-de-chaussée. Avec des détails très soignés, il dispose d'un hall d'entrée, d'une cuisine, d'une salle de bains et d'un grand salon ouvert sur une terrasse à côté des piscines. Le premier étage se compose de trois chambres et de deux salles de bains dont une en suite. Situé dans une rue calme qui permet un parking facile et gratuit, mais à seulement dix minutes à pied du centre.

We stayed as a family of 5 early July

We stayed as a family of 5 early July. The apartment is extremely well equipped and very practical in all aspects. Location was perfect, a stones throw from the beach and a short walk to great restaurants. Highly recommended place to stay!

Fabulous property which is in an amazing location just 2 minutes walk from the beach. Restaurants and groceries are within 5 minutes walk as well. Pool is fantastic and never feels busy. A fabulous property!

Great location in Puerto Pollensa

Excellent location in a clean and modern condo on two levels. Easy place for free parking and walks to the beach. The property manager was pretty responsive when we had a few questions and issues. The kettle leaked and was replaced but the safe did not work.

Good attention

The whole family had a great time staying in the La Nau duplex. The compound is lovely and it was great having the pool directly from your front door. The host was very attentive to any of our needs and queries throughout our stay.

Situated in a modern complex just off the seafront in Port de Pollensa, Duplex la Nau is a bright, spacious and well kitted out apartment with outdoor dining area and a great pool. There's a separate kids pool too and they both seemed to be maintained almost daily during our stay. Great spot, recommended.

Wonderful apartment and location

We loved our stay, perfect location close to the beach plus walking and cycling distance to all restaurants. Lovely quiet pool area with fresh pool. A few basic maintenance bits and pieces required inside due to general wear and tear but nothing major to affect our stay in any way. Would definitely return had the best holiday!

Lovely apartment, very close to the beach

The location is perfect and only a 2 minute walk from the beach. The apartment is lovely and spacious. Staff at home villas were very helpful and easy to contact. There was a little welcome bag on arrival which is a really nice touch. Thank you

Lovely 2 floor apartment, with good space in the bedrooms, air con, window shutters, x3 bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Terrace area gets the morning sun and until about 3pm before it is then in the shade, but there is the option of moving the lounger out towards the pool for some extra rays of sunshine! Outdoor table, drying rack and sunshade also available. Situated one street behind the main promenade and a quiet area with a short walking distance to the front where the supermarket and all the main cafe’s & restaurants. On street parking is also ok with plenty of choice. Host was very helpful for any issues that we had and in contact at beginning and end of trip.

Great house and attention

We had a great bike holiday staying in Peps house. Everything is very new, modern and perfectly clean. Communication with Pep was perfect and we was very helpful with all our questions and needs. The location is perfect just 50-100 m from the beachand the main road with all the shops and restaurants. We highly recommend a stay here!!! Many thanks

Great apartment with easy access to beach, cafes and shops

Great location, 1 block back from Beach and only 10 mins walk to centre of the Peurto Pollenca. All amenities including restaurants, shops and bars all very close. Shutter in kitchen took ages to open&#47close and as window did not seem to lock, had to close it whenever we went out. Worth opening though for extra light and nice view of mountains&#47countryside

Great location and modern living space for families

Very efficient service with booking and agent managing few issues that arose in property via What’s App - owner fixed these promptly. Left with enough washing machine and dishwasher products. Property in good order. Tv was satellite but mostly German speaking channels. Smart TV would have been nice addition for kids. As adults not a big issue.

We enjoyed our holidays so well

We really enjoyed our stay in La Nau - most of apartments in the complex were not occupied! Two lovely pools, ideal for our two and a half year old granddaughter. Comfy sofas, three bathrooms with one downstairs, air-con was efficient and quiet.The position was ideal, just a block back from the beach, with its beautifully clean sand and clear sea. When we had trouble opening the key safe, a phone call brought help quite soon, similarly a plumbing problem. The wi-fi signal was poor, only good in the master bedroom.

Lovely holiday apartment

We had a lovely holiday staying in this apartment for a week. The location is excellent being close enough to the beach to be able to come back for forgotten items! Plenty of bars and restaurants close by for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We found our favourite bar on the beach. The apartment was clean and spacious and we found the beds really comfy. The pool area was ideal for our 5 year old who loved it even though it was a little cold, but it is October! Our only criticism is that WiFi was poor and could only just get enough signal for some radio (which was still intermittent) and we could only find one English Channel on the TV which was the Disney channel. Despite this we would stop here again. Thanks.

Diese Wohnung bietet die perfekte Kombination aus Luxus und Entspannung, Die ruhige Lage, umgeben von Gärten und mit Zugang zu schönen Swimmingpools, macht sie zu einem idealen Ort, um vom Stress abzuschalten. A great apartment with spacious rooms.

A great apartment with spacious rooms, a really nice living area and decent kitchen. The communal pool is excellent and big enough for doing some proper laps. It never got busy. The host provided useful extras like pool towels and things for the kitchen so we didn't have to go to the shop for the basics. Would definitely stay here again.
