Penthouse très lumineux, récemment rénové, au quatrième étage et en bord de mer dans la promenade piétonne de Puerto de Pollença. Il se compose d'une grande terrasse semi-couverte, avec parquet en bois et mobilier d'extérieur d'où vous pourrez profiter des vues imprenables offertes par la baie. L'appartement design moderne et le parquet se composent d'une cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée, d'une chambre avec une armoire intégrée et d'une salle de bains complète avec un grand espace douche. Il dispose d'un mobilier très moderne avec air conditionné chaud / froid, TV satellite et Wifi. Il est entouré de restaurants et de boutiques. Au centre du port de Pollença. Idéal pour les couples. Il n'a pas d'ascenseur.

This was our second stay at this fabulous apartment. Communication was excellent before and during our stay and we were once again made to feel very welcome by Maria. The location is perfect with everything you could need on the doorstep but also the privacy and peace of an exceptional outdoor terrace high above Pine Walk when you want it. The apartment is very well equipped throughout and I’m sure we’ll return in the future.

Amazing apartment, ideally located with amazing views from gorgeous balcony. Bit of a hike up the 4 flights of stairs but well worth it for the quality of the apartment and fabulous views.

Maria and Manuel met us on arrival and helped with our bags. Showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment, and were really helpful. Beautiful, well-equipped apartment, with breath taking views over the beach and port. Would definitely stay again.

Stunning apartment with panoramic views

The apartment internally is furnished very tastefully and has everything one could wish for. However the terrace and panoramic views are what gives this apartment its WOW factor. The terrace furniture is very comfortable and at any time of the day you can find a shaded area to sit and relax. The apartment is located right on the front with the beach a few steps away from the main entrance to the apartment. It also has a very wide selection of beautiful restaurants and bars within close proximity, however we were not disturbed by any noise from these establishments. Maria and Manuel welcomed us when we arrived helped carry our luggage up the stairs and also checked in with us during our time there which was very much appreciated. This really is a Jewel in the Crown on Puerto Pollensa’s sea front!

Perfect location

Beautiful property, renovated to a high standard, absolutely spotless actually much cleaner than nearby hotels we've stayed in, linens and towels smelt gorgeous too. Lovely hideaway right in heart of everything has all you need. The terrace is amazing, views out over the bay are magical.

Lovely stay great view nice apartment

My wife and I spent a week relaxing in pt Pollenca using this apartment as a base place to relax. This is a very nice apartment well furnished in a great location. The view of the bay especially the sunrise is amazing from the balcony. Nice hosts welcoming helping with luggage and giving local information. Will use this property again. Thanks

Amazing apartment

Had a great fortnight’s holiday - the apartment is lovely - everything you could want is there. The bed is really comfortable. Loads of wardrobe space and plenty of hangers. Spacious bathroom and shower area.. The balcony is fantastic and the view is breathtaking. Looking forward to our next stay.

Fabulous Apartment

Maria is a wonderful host and we found her to be a pleasure to deal with at all stages of the process. She even followed up after check in and during our stay. The apartment is clean, comfortable and provided everything required for a relaxing stay. We spent the majority of our time on the balcony, such a great space to switch off! Would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay, quiet apartment, with stunning views

We had a great 7 night stay. Perfect couples' apartment. Enjoyed walking to the many bars and restaurants . Good sized shower room. Comfy bed. Parking in town was okay and free - sometimes a bit busy to find a parking space but always did. Several small supermarkets within walking distance. Recommend.

Amazing apartment!

The apartment was every bit as beautiful as the photos, in a great location but no noise whatsoever. The terrace is such a wonderful space with fantastic views. Maria is an amazing host and answered queries quickly and was so helpful. Will definitely be back to stay again, loved it!
