appartement rénové en plein coeur de Florence.

il est situé dans une charmante intersection avec la principale Via dei Calzaiuoli, la rue célèbre pour ses nombreux magasins commerciaux et à la mode reliant la Piazza della Signoria et le Duomo.
Le Musée des Offices et la Piazza della Signoria sont à 50 mètres de nous et à moins de 100 mètres, vous serez sur la Piazza del Duomo. Littéralement En cinq minutes à pied, vous atteindrez le Ponte Vecchio.

Nous sommes fiers d'offrir à nos clients un appartement très confortable et chaleureux composé d'une chambre principale avec un lit Kingsize et des draps et des oreillers en satin de coton les plus fins. Cette chambre est comme une mini-suite dans l'appartement principal car elle possède sa propre salle de bain séparée et son vestiaire.
Une autre petite chambre avec un lit qui se transforme en deux vrais lits simples séparés et une autre salle de bain principale avec une grande douche.

La maison est parfumée par les fragrances stylées d'EAU d'ITALIE

Nos salles de bains sont toutes équipées d'accessoires Devon & Devon qui les rendent très fonctionnelles et belles à la fois.
Nous offrons un kit de courtoisie de la ligne toscane Prima Spremitura.

Après une journée de travail ou de plaisir à Florence, vous pourrez vous détendre dans notre salon spacieux où vous pourrez manger confortablement si vous avez envie de cuisiner et siroter une délicieuse bouteille de vin toscan.

Il est situé au deuxième et demi-étage de la mezzanine sans ascenseur d'un immeuble florentin historique, mais avec des marches plutôt confortables.
Les clients arrivant à notre appartement seront accueillis par nous et nous porterons les bagages sur les marches pour vous.

Toutes les fenêtres apportent beaucoup de lumière pendant la journée dans chaque pièce et donnent sur la Via della Condotta et de toutes, nous pouvons voir la Via Calzaiuoli à seulement 20 mètres sur la droite.

Tout était parfait

Localisation excellente en plein centre historique de Florence. Les restaurants, magasins, musées et lieux intéressants se trouvent à proximité. L'appartement est joli, propre et très bien équipé. Le propriétaire est charmant et disponible. Il fait très calme et la literie est excellente. Nous avons très bien dormi et avons profité au maximum de ce citytrip . Nous reviendrons certainement.

Location, location, location!

Beautiful, and CLEAN apartment and so close to everything. Plenty of space for four adults, and has all the amenities. The beds were sooooo comfortable. Communication between Alessandro and Nermin was easy and the check-in and check-out process was a piece of cake. The stairs up to the apartment are easy to navigate, but definitely not for the faint of heart. However, the location was worth every step! Be aware if you're a big person, the shower is a tight space! My husband and son-in-law are both 6'2" and muscular. They had to squeeze into the shower. But again...the location was worth the squeeze! This place is a definite recommendation.

Florence stay

Great location and wonderful apartment close to everything you would want to see and experience in Florence. We had good communication with the host who was excellent to deal with and very welcoming. The apartment was well stocked, good layout and the two bathrooms (one shower) was very handy. We loved our time here.

Wonderful Stay

Fantastic location and apartment! Allesandro and his wife were very thorough with check-in details and a personal tour of the apartment (as well as delicious food recommendations nearby). Surprisingly not too loud considering how centrally located it is. Beds are very comfortable!

Perfect stay

The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Listing was spot on and checkin was a breeze with Alessandro meeting us and explaining everything about the property. We wouldn’t hesitate to return the next time we visit Florence.

Wonderful, cute, cozy apartment in the heart of Florence

Allesandro and his partner waited for us upon check-in and give us a nice quote of their beautiful apartment. Everything is clean and as advertised. We had no issues During our stay. Locations incredible and the restaurant downstairs is superb. We would absolutely stay here again in the future if we return to Florence. Thank you Allesandro for a beautiful apartment which made our stay Florence a memorable one.

Around the corner from Piazza Vecchio. 5 mins walk to Duomo and Ufizzi.

You can walk to everything you want to see in Florence from this apartment. It is around the corner from the Piazza Vecchio and five minutes walk to the Duomo or Ufizzi. Two bathrooms but only a small shower in one of them. It is certainly a climb up the steps for several floors to the apartment (as warned by the host before you arrive). No elevator. Trash is around the block - not in the building. Apartment stayed cool with the AC. There was construction noise when we stayed (July 2024). Nice clean apartment in great location.

Nice place, outstanding location

This third-floor walk-up is just a short walk to almost everything you'll do in Florence -- and a 15-minute walk to the main train station (with luggage!) -- and this home is in the perfect location for your vacation in Florence. The street outside is mostly quiet for an in-city neighborhood because it's not one of the main roads and the nearby businesses do not draw crowds. The home has 2 BR and 1.5 bathrooms, the owners are wonderful and came over to show us everything about the place and provided tips for things to do and places to eat. Beds were very comfortable. We're not going back to Florence for a few years, but we would definitely stay here again.

A fantastic stay!

We spent three nights at this perfect apartment in Florence. Location was exceptional- walking distance to anything. The hosts were amazingly kind and flexible- made sure to meet us on arrival even when our trains and flights got delayed. Alessandro sent videos and all kinds of tips ahead of time which really helped plan our vacation. The beds were amazingly comfy! By the way, Highly recommend the restaurant next door (il Gabriello)!

Florence 2024

This is a very nice place to stay. I can be picky and I found it comfortable and clean. I definitely recommend. It is also in a good location where you are surrounded by everthing you need - groceries, restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. The communication and check-in with Alessandro went smoothly and he took the time to walk us through and explain everything. It was a good experience in many ways and we enjoyed our stay.

Gem in Central Florence!

We couldn’t have had a better stay here! I visited with my husband and my parents and we loved the apartment. It’s extremely clean and modern and is equipped with everything you’ll need. The owners are extremely nice and greeted us upon arrival, even leaving a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. The location could not be better - it’s only a 5-minute walk to most of the major sights. Highly recommend!

Easter weekend in Florence

We had a fantastic time staying in Florence. The apartment was lovely, clean, and in a very convenient location to many spots. While there are stairs, we knew this in advance and it wasn’t an issue at all for my family of 4 (including an 8 year old and 14 year old). We would happily stay there again.

We stayed for a few days at this apartment and absolutely loved it! The apartment was beautiful and it was in a great location, with everything within walking distance. Alessandro was a great host and very helpful. We could not have been happier with our stay and would love to stay here again on our next visit to Florence!! Such a wonderful place!!

Best place to stay in Florence!

Phenomenal unit! Excellent location! Owners were very nice and informative on the best places to visit and eat. Unit was very clean, comfortable and modern. The host were every welcoming. They did emphasize many times that the unit is a 56 step walk up. We had no problem with the walk up but I can see how the older folks may have an issue with that. But the walk up should not deter you from reserving this unit! Believe me, renting this unit was well worth it!

Absolutely fabulous!

Location, location, location! Right in the heart of Florence. The unit was perfect for our family. So spacious and clean. Communication with Alessandro was fantastic. We especially appreciated the recommendation. For food, drinks, gelato and more - we had exceptional experiences at each place recommended. We would stay here again and again if we are fortunate enough to return to Florence. Phenomenal.

Three C's make for a winner!

Convenient, Clean and Comfortable! This apartment really met our needs. It is located perfectly, within walking distance of two wonderful piazzas (Signoria and Republica), the Duomo, Bargello Museum and the Ponte Vecchio, just for starters! Basically, we were able to walk to any destination we chose...and with taxis so hard to find in Florence right now, this was a huge plus. The apartment was well-equipped. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms gave us privacy and the sitting room with table and chairs gave us space to relax as well as eat comfortably. Two things to note: there is only one shower in the apartment and there are 58 steps to climb to get to the apartment (no elevator). This was only a challenge when we arrived and left with luggage to deal with - but otherwise, we just saw it as added exercise! I would stay there again if I get the chance to return!

Comfy, Clean and Convenient

This is a fantastic place to stay. So convenient to everything in Florence. The building is old and charming...but the rental itself is clean and well maintained. The rental is well supplied with everything you need. The hosts were great communicators and provided helpful details about the rental. We had a great visit.

This property was as advertised. It was within walking distance of museums, restaurants and duomo. We tried to sort the trash as requested but were confused because it is different sorting than in the states. We tried our best.

We are a couple in life and for work. We love hospitality and share what Florence, Arezzo and Tuscany have to offer in terms of beauty and life pleasures. We normally work at our own collection of handicraft lifestyle products especially in the area of towels and blankets, called Aquatellus, which you can find on its Facebook page. In order to produce it we travel extensively through the Mediterranean and in particular in Anatolia. Before starting the venture of this apartment rental we have travelled around the world for work and also pleasure and in particular Asia, North America and a good part of Western Europe. We have learn a lot from the others watching what they were preparing for us and we have tried to transfer what these clever people in the hospitality world are normally offering to their customers/friends to make them feel at home.
Anyway it is our aim not to stop here as we will try to give more and more to our guests. We really hope that at the end of your stay, you will become also our international friends.

Prima di cominciare con questo appartamento abbiamo girato il mondo per lavoro e per piacere in Asia e in America e Canada oltre a buona parte dell'Europa. Abbiamo imparato tanto dagli altri e cercato di prendere le cose buone di chi è bravo nel mondo dell'accoglienza. Comunque non ci fermeremo certo qui e vogliamo dare sempre il meglio e sempre di più ai nostri ospiti. Che speriamo diventeranno anche i nostri amici.
