Great Stay in Poipu

We had a wonderful stay for 7 on our girls trip. The grounds and unit are well maintained and the property is within easy walking distance to Poipu, Shipwreck, and Brennecke’s Beach. We really appreciated the early check-in. We would stay again.

The unit was wonderful and a great location. Total lack of any instruction book at the unit ( had to phone manager for Wi-Fi log in) and a smoke alarm that ran out of battery were the only negatives

Perfect for families!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Would recommend 100 percent. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen, conveniently located. Loved the available bikes, beach toys, boogie boards. The home could use a few more beach towels and bath towels as there were not as many available as advertised but the washer and dryer were great so it wasn't an issue to wash and reuse each day. Thanks for a lovely stay!

A perfect stay in Poipu beach area!

This place is amazing for multiple couples or families. We had 6 adults, a toddler, and baby. This place offers plenty of privacy but also an awesome living space and main lanai. We had many dinners together. Everything you need is available in the huge kitchen! Sunsets in the master were breath taking! We walked to the beach every day. Saw sea turtles every day! Poipu has the perfect beach for littles! The walk is through a garden. Very safe.. lots of restaurants and neat shops nearby. Is ladies walked to nearby Hyatt to use their spa for the day. We took a drive to the North shore with lots of stops and were home by dinner time.. We cant Wait to come back!!! Thnaks for the great space!

Best Week in Kauai!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Poipu. The unit was lovely and spacious. The outdoor living space was wonderfully furnished and lended to a great week. Location and grounds were gorgeous, quiet, and peaceful. Unit was wonderfully equipped! Property manager was so kind and quick to help with grocery deliveries and AirPods that were left behind. All in all, it was a beautiful place to make lasting family memories and celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary! Thank you, thank you! For the price, we were disappointed in the bed linens and the dirty carpet and living room couch. These would be simple fixes, and for the price we do generally expect a but better other areas.

Villas at Poipu Kai

Traveled with my husband, and 3 young adult children. Location was great, the villa was spacious with plenty of room for all of us and well equipped for a great time on Kauai. My only complaint would be that both times I emailed the “ concierge “ with question prior to arrival and on arrival, I did not receive any response. Fortunately, this did not detract from a wonderful trip and great accommodations .

Superb Penthouse

Location is perfect! The view is great from this penthouse. It is decorated nicely - very beachy modern. You cannot hear any noise from neighbors. The environment is calm and peaceful. It was well stocked and included the beach chairs, umbrella, and snorkel gear. It was hard to leave.

Wonderful location, wonderful space

What a beautiful condo with plenty of space! Very comfortable for our five person group. We are every meal on the lanai and relaxed there in the afternoons. The location was awesome, right next to the pool, which we spent hours in every day. It was a perfect pool for our kids who are seven and 10. Heated to an excellent temperature even for us older folks. :) And so close to the beach which we walked to most days.

Great location with room to spread out

The penthouse had everything we needed for our adult family getaway. Having a bedroom and private bath for each family unit was a must and this unit was perfect for that. Never felt crowded. We did have some issues with the freezer but the property manager was quick to respond. Plenty of parking, spotless grills, and lovely pool and spa area.

Beautiful Quality Rental

We very much enjoyed the rental for the week. It was well furnished, clean and organized with quality items. It was very helpful to have the Kauai guidebook to refer to for planning. The kitchen was well stocked with every item we needed. I loved the fact there was a pool and 24 hour gym on site. Parking was convenient and plentiful. It was very helpful and convenient to have an elevator in the unit to bring up all of our luggage. My biggest complaint would be the freezer. It didn't seem to work and melted the bag of ice and other frozen items we bought even after trying to turn down the temperature from the controls in the fridge. I did find the air conditioning unit on the master bedroom patio very noisy, but I am a light sleeper. The pipes shook occasionally in the wall when you flushed the toilet which seemed odd. The internet didn't work on our last day as well. It is a bit of a walk to a swimmable beach, but not bad. Overall, we enjoyed the rental unit very much and would recommend it to others.

Terrific location; great amenities!

This property suited our family to a Tee. Very spacious with everything you need for the perfect vacation. Pool outside your unit & the beach a 5 minute walk away. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of basics, dishes, utensils, cooking pots & pans etc. Also a generous amount of laundry detergent, dishwasher soap etc. We made good use of all the beach equipment provided (umbrella, chairs, boogie boards etc.) & took the 2 bicycles out for a spin. First class. You won’t be disappointed!

Great Vacation

Property is just as described. It's a wonderful location, walkable to the beach and short drives to great shopping and restaurants and an easy 20 minute drive from the airport. Excellent beach equipment provided including 2 wagons with 4 chairs, 4 boogie boards and an umbrella. Villa has plenty of kitchen equipment which we used frequently. 2 Weber gas grills at the pool area were immaculately clean and we used them at least 5 times on our trip. Excellent lanai area with plenty of seating. Villa was clean and easy to access with code provided. Elevator is great when brining up groceries and luggage. Management was easy to communicate with and promptly returned my emails. We absolutely loved it here. My only complaint, and it's minor, is the balcony off of the master bedroom. It's the only balcony that provides a view of the ocean, however it's also where the AC vents. It creates a blowing heat that makes it impossible to sit out there and enjoy the views. I believe it also heats up the master bedroom as well. In no way would this keep me from renting the property again, it was just kind of a bummer that we couldn't enjoy the views comfortably from the balcony. Will definitely rent this property again when we return to Kauai.

Living the dream

The accommodations were very nice and location was great. There are lots of beach and dining options nearby (*book ahead as much as you can). All expectations were met. Lanai was a great hangout spot in the evenings and our kid gives the pool eleven thumbs up.

Beautiful, relaxing, comfortable home away from home

This property exceeded our expectations. We normally rent a house every summer in Kauai and we were hesitant about trying a new property this year. With the attentive and caring support of Kristin (who even went in advance to pick up the keyboard I rent at Scotty's music), we found a new home away from home for our family with teens and our parents. The quality of the condo, high ceilings, comfortable beds, fantastic layout, proximity to tennis, pool and beach, and one of the best stocked kitchens we've ever seen -- we enjoyed every moment. In fact, we didn't want to leave and all said we wished we had another week to enjoy! We will definitely be renting this home again soon.
