Une vraie maison vénitienne! Il est situé au deuxième étage d'un bâtiment 800 (asphalte Ca) avec une belle vue sur le canal Cannaregio. Lumineux, confortable, calme, est situé au coeur d'un des quartiers les plus caractéristiques de la ville. Situé à seulement 5 minutes de la gare F. S., 10 minutes de Rome et à seulement 100 mètres de l'arrêt de bus. Il se compose de: salon cuisine, 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Climatisation dans les cambres et le salon. WiFi. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur.

We loved our stay here. We didn’t cook but there were ample supplies. The house has a great view and was comfortable. The only negative was shower pressure but as a whole, this is a great place right on the canal in a quiet area of a Venice.

Family in Venice

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Venice. This was the perfect apartment for us as a family of 4. So spacious and comfortable. The location is also fantastic. Plenty of restaurants and shops. Also an amazing view of the canal. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall fantastic property! Easy to reach on foot or by vaperetto from the train station. Great view of one of the larger canals from the balcony. Communication with the property hosts was excellent and easy. Our family of four enjoyed the space to spread out in the 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds and very good air conditioning units in the bedrooms. The apartment has a great family atmosphere. The laundry washer was very useful and we found hangers and open closet space to allow things to air dry. Just a short walk away to one of the bridges was a gondolier stop, so we were easily able to enjoy an evening gondola ride. Definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect location

the place was clean and in excellent condition. It is located next to a water taxi stop making it convenient for all travel. Rita and Mateo we so helpful and such a pleasure to deal with. they were always ready to answer any question we may have had. I would absolutely recommend their acommodation when staying in Venice

Great host & fabulous property

Stepping into this apartment felt like returning home. It was clean, spacious, close to a water bus stop & had a fabulous view.I loved it.Rita was a great host & I highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay away from the manic crowds, yet walking distance if you wish. Loved the local feel of the area. And do eat at “very good”.. it too is amazing.

Extraordinary Property in a Great Location

We absolutely LOVED staying in this incredible home! A short walk from the train station, with only one bridge which has a ramp, so luggage is no problem. Rita was very helpful, giving us detailed directions and allowing us to lock up our luggage at the location prior to checking in, which was greatly appreciated! BEAUTIFUL accommodations with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. A short walk away from the hustle and bustle, we thoroughly enjoyed the location - and the view of the canal from the balcony was awesome! We give Rita and this property the highest recommendation possible!

Excellent Stay

The place was in a perfect location near a small convenient store and many restaurants. It was walking distance to the train station and the view from the balcony was awesome. Also the host was punctual and responsive, definitely recommended staying here.

We loved our stay. The location was perfect and we had more than enough space to relax in between sightseeing. The view from our balcony was lovely and made us really feel like we were in the heart of Venice!

Perfect location for seeing all of Venice

Matteo and Rita's place was beautiful and very well-kept, and Rita is a wonderful host!! It is right on one of the canals and a perfect quiet location to come back to after seeing all of the busy sights of Venice. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great apartment ideally located

Large apartment. All the bedrooms are nice and comfortable. Two bathrooms was also very nice to have. The kitchen is fully equipped. The location is ideal, overlooking a rather large canal, but far enough from the main tourist streets and grand canal so that it’s quiet at night. Would highly recommend.

Great Short Stay

We stayed here for two nights. The apartment had a great balcony overlooking a canal. It had multiple restaurants on the same street to choose from and was just a walk to the many sights of Venice. Highly recommend!

Amazing views, wonderful hosts

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful apartment over New Years Eve 2019 and this was the perfect location to explore Venice away from crowds but close to everything. Excellent communication with the hosts, we felt at home and awed by the beauty of this fantastic setting. Highly recommended for couples and families Thank you to Rita and Matteo for your hospitality, we hope to return again one day

Perfect location with great view

My wife and I stayed here for 3 days in October and were very happy with it. The owner is great and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. Location is 10 minute to train station and close to lots of nice restaurants. It is just off the main path and provides less hustle and bustle while still being close to the action.

An amazing stay!

We had a most wonderful time staying in this truly beautiful home. It had everything we needed and more. Rita was great and super friendly and accommodating! I would highly recommend this as a must stay. The only thing I would suggest is getting mattress toppers to soften the beds and some softer pillows. But we would stay here again in a heartbeat!
