Vues époustouflantes depuis le balcon privé, la chambre principale, le salon et la salle à manger. Le balcon offre une vue époustouflante sur le célèbre rivage Sugar Beach de Destin Beach, les eaux vert émeraude du golfe du Mexique. Écoutez le son des vagues qui déferlent sur la magnifique plage et observez les dauphins s'amuser dans l'océan tout en sirotant votre café matinal, détendez-vous et détendez-vous - vous êtes en vacances!

MAGNIFIQUE condo haut de gamme et sur mesure, situé au troisième étage, revêtu de carrelage distinctif, avec les deux salles de bains carrelées du sol au plafond, de la peinture fraîche et tous les nouveaux meubles haut de gamme et décor moderne.

La salle de bains principale privée doit être vue comme on le croit car il y a une pièce unique en son genre à travers la vanité en verre et une douche carrelée dans la douche avec un sol en pavés.
La salle de bains réservée aux clients est accessible par le couloir ou par la chambre à coucher des invités. Elle possède sa propre superbe vanité et une combinaison baignoire / douche.

La cuisine mise à jour et entièrement équipée comprend des plans de travail en quartz, des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, des armoires personnalisées et un garde-manger pleine grandeur. Needed Beach Vacay tainted by beach construction

Beautiful condo with great views. Construction on beach destroyed the peace & quite we were looking for. Looks like it started just before we arrived & likely ended 2 days after we left. I understand it had nothing to do with the property but did they really have to do it during peak season?

It is unfortunate that the beach restoration was taking place while you were there. The East Pass needed dredging and the The Army Corps of Engineers along with the dredging company settle on when to start the project. A year ago we were struggling, daily, to find enough beach to set up any chairs at all. The restoration started in March and was a long process, even working around the clock. There were delays due to mechanical failures as well as weather. We are sorry for the inconvenience and hope you return knowing we are years from having such kind of disturbance happening again.

Not worth th money

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It smelled bad like mold the entire time. The door to one of the rooms didn't close properly. The tvs in the bedrooms were outdated. The Ac unit was loud. The internet wasn't adequate. It wasn't a nice experience. The bathroom stopped working for several hours and there was a sewage like smell as a result in the master bath all evening. It finally cleared up the next day. It wasn't worth the money. We stayed in a different unit in 2023 iand it was the complete opposite to this. We were very disappointed.

weekend getaway

Although the unit was very nice - this was our first time that a condo did not supply kitchen basics like salt/pepper, coffee filters, etc. Who wants to purchase that for a quick get away? Also, someone entered our unit and left a plastic cup on the counter. We did not go anywhere yet to get that kind of cup. When we told the front desk, they were very unfriendly and told us what their computer said about when the door code was entered. When I told her that was correct on the times we entered the unit, she just stared an aggressive stare at us. She ssaid we could talk to the owner that wsa on the property at that time, but I was so annoyed with her ignorance we left. The public bathrooms were never kept up and towels were everywhere. Also, it was very difficult to have our uber drivers enter the gate - sometime taking several minutes to do it. We will not be back or recommend this property in the future.

Great place to stay.

My family of 4 made a quick getaway before school started. We've been to destin/ft. .walton many times. This location was close to everything in town without being able to see it. The beach is a little small in this part of destin so we weren't able to put up our own tent, which was fine as our kids are older, but if they were younger, that would have been a problem for us. Very impressed with Holiday Isle and would stay again. Loved having security and a gated community. The condo itself was amazing. Clean, the beds were comfy, plenty of space, good ocean view, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything. The *only thing I would say, is this unit would not be good with little kids. Ours are 12 and 14, but the tables are made of glass, and there are reachable breakables everywhere so I would be a nervous wreck with toddlers. The couches/living room furniture are small and uncomfortable, so not a spot for a family movie night or anything.

Relaxing .. carefree

Description and pics are spot on. We never cooked, or used any dishes/kitchen utensils, with the exception of the coffee pot, but the kitchen did appear to be well stocked. Condo has great views from the nice balcony, and has excellent proximity to beach, and pool access. Linen/Towel exchange is a very nice feature. Wouldn't hesitate to book again in the furture!

Awesome ocean view, and easy access to pool, and beach where we enjoyed relaxing in the complimentary chairs, with umbrella. We did not cook, and only used the fridge and coffee pot. But kitchen is very well equipped with all the essentials. Very clean, comfortable, and updated. Another feature I appreciated was the on-site check-in. I would not hesitate to book again. Another Great Stay at the HSRC

Fulfilled all expectations

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was as described, and very clean upon check-in. Very short walk (30 yds) to beach. No loud noises at night. Front desk staff was very cordial and helpful. Rental comes with beach chairs and umbrella, but be sure to pick out chair/umbrella by 7am-ish for front row. DVD borrow service was nice, and had LATEST releases, not movies from 5 years ago. Overall, I'd highly recommend.

Right on the beach And the free chairs and umbrella that came with the rental was Awesome! Definitely worth renting
