Hi there John, and thank you for your review. Our front desk has someone on property 24/7 for anything you may need. If you are low on kitchen supplies or they are not in good condition, just let the front desk know. If we do not have what you need in inventory, we will purchase the item. Also, we now have 3 tiers of pricing that is based on the upgrades of the particular unit. The unit you stayed in is a Premium unit, so it is a middle tier. For your next trip, the luxury units have the most updates and upgrades. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to host you again soon!
