Nice beach and location

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was good. The rental was clean, and a good size for the group we had. Only a couple of inconveniences. I had to run the dryer twice for it to dry any of our clothes. Free beach service was great, however it was tough to get a front row spot and that was important to us with having small children in the water.

We had a wonderful time!

Our condo was clean and ready for us when we arrived -love the keyless entry! 8 in our group and the bedrooms were just as described with plenty of room for all. The dining and living room open concept was perfect for our group.

Well kept & safe community

We had a great stay. The room was clean and the view was great. Pool and beach were clean. Liked that it was a gated parking lot and a code was required to get in. Only complaint was that our balcony porch light didn't work.

Perfect Location

The one negative I would say is the air never did get down to 70. It was hot the whole time even at night . Glad I bought a fan but still it was miserable sweating . Over all perfect trip.

Great property

There was cooking oil all over the counters upon arrival and hair all over the bathrooms. The reason why we chose this property is because they said they used CDC compliant inspectors and cleaners, and the condo wasn't cleaned very well. Had to clean it again upon arrival

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property’s location on the beach is perfect. You can even hear the waves crashing with the windows open. The room was clean, well maintained and equipped with all necessary appliances etc. Our unit even had its own washer and dryer. (no food supplies included.) All staff were friendly and helpful. The sand and the water was some of the best I’ve ever seen. We were able to watch dolphins swim just yards off the shore each morning. The whole family also really enjoyed the pickle ball courts and heated pool. We were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The suite was very clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the ability to access the Gulf easily with my elderly mom. We used the washer and dryer that was a plus. We throw laundry in and hit the beach. Then switch it out at lunchtime and when we ended our beach day. The facility has never disappointed us during any of our stays. I personally love the new beach rules for the first time I could enjoy our morning and not feel rushed to get up early for an umbrella and chairs 😉 See yah next year!

Very nice condo!

We had such a great stay! The condo was so clean and very safe. Great location and right on the beach. Chairs and an umbrella on the beach were included in our stay. The beds were so comfortable and it was very nice having our own washer and dryer! The elevators were constantly breaking during our stay but there’s stairs and that isn’t the owners fault. The place did keep fixing them but we mostly just opted for the stairs.

Amazing Experience!

Everything was perfect from the view to the extra amenities lile beach chairs and movie rentals! The staff was amazing and super friendly! We will definitely be back next year!
