2nd stay here this year. I really like this place. One recommendation would be to bring a travel router as neither WiFi nor AT&T mobile service works on the balcony.

Location-Location-location!!! Great view of the Gulf front, sugar-white sand and Crystal clear beach. Charlotte communicated with us from the time we booked. Great to learn the owners were Veterans. Additionally, Charlotte has the kitchen well-stocked for your needs! God Bless America!

We loved it.. the view was outstanding, and the private beach was terrific. Didn’t realize how important a private beach was until we went down the street (to the Crab Trap restaurant and saw the public beach… instead of being 5 rows deep on the public beach we were front and center. Loves every minute of it.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Ocean front and private beach area. The elevator was broken when we arrived on Saturday but the oawner was quick to respond and get it taken care of. We were within walking distance to everything that we wanted to do. We will definitely stay here again!!

Our host was very helpful and quick to respond. The unit was clean and the view of the beach was beautiful. Just from the balcony we felt like we were right on the beach. We were able to watch the sunrise and the sunset right from the patio. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the best condo I have ever stayed. It was our first time to Destin and we will be back. The location is perfect for anything you want to do or see.
