King-master avec des lits superposĂ©s dans la deuxiĂšme chambre, tous les carreaux de cĂ©ramique et la moquette dans les chambres. Cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable et des salles de bain complĂštes avec baignoires et un jacuzzi et des Ă©viers en granit. Il y a 3 nouveaux tĂ©lĂ©viseurs Ă  Ă©cran plat, et le LR dispose d'un tout nouveau canapĂ©-lit dotĂ© d'un matelas Ă©pais lorsqu'il est retirĂ©, ce qui permet de dormir confortablement jusqu'Ă  6 personnes. Observez les dauphins sur le mobilier lanai confortable et facile Ă  dĂ©placer, depuis cette belle perspective au 4Ăšme Ă©tage. Il y a un gymnase nouvellement Ă©quipĂ© et la piscine est chauffĂ©e Ă  87 degrĂ©s toute l'annĂ©e. Nice Mini-Vacation

We had a great stay. The property is just as described, and the location is convenient to lot of things to do and places to eat, shop, etc. Plus it is right on the beach with a great view! We saw several dolphins from the balcony.

This place...amazing. The communication was also amazing and so friendly and helpful. The unit could have had some additional beach items such as floaties and a beach cooler so we donated each of those :). We also donated a box fan as it is needed when sitting on the patio. We will be back to stay here again. Just an amazing place and vacation.

Very clean and well equipted condo. Nice to have washer and dryer within the condo. It was also nice to have prepaid beach chairs and umbrella. The views were amazing and the owner was great with communication.

This is a great property, and Liz was fantastic to work with! She was very responsive and flexible in accommodating our early check in request. The condo is close to lots of shopping, activities, and restaurants. She also gives a comprehensive list of things to do and places to eat that was so helpful!

Loved sitting on balcony & watching beach, birds, and waves. Top twin mattress uncomfortable & living-room could use some updating. Liz was great to work with & very helpful & responsive. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had an amazing stay at Sterling Sands. The condo was clean and had plenty of space for my husband and I. The view was beautiful, the location was super convenient, and the beach was so relaxing. The chair and umbrella setup was a nice perk! No complaints. We’ll be back for sure!

November Paradise despite a Tropical Storm

The view was spectacular. The condo was adequately furnished and supplied, and not too crowded with furniture. Though, I suggest a sturdier dining table that can double as an area for board games, puzzles or card games. But not even a freak November hurricane could spoil this visit.

Very nice condo

The condo and entire property was just as nice as the listing indicated. Liz was a wonderful host and very responsive. One suggestion would be to invest in some blackout blinds in the kid’s bedroom similar to what is in the master bedroom. There was so much light coming in at night.

Great Stay! Liz is the best at communicating!

The condo was great! We've made multiple trips to the Gulf area and without question, Liz is the best communicator we've dealt with. From the time we first began communicating to the time we checked out, her response time is like no other. She was always available to answer questions throughout the entire process. And the condo is just as advertised, very clean and in a great location.

Fantastic Condo

Condo had all the essentials when we arrived. The view is spectacular. Located close to a large selection of restaurants. Liz is very easy to work with. Any problem, no matter how small, just let her know and it’s taken care of immediately. Would definitely recommend staying here if you have the opportunity.

Condo was as advertised.

Liz, the host owner, was very responsive to any questions we had. Check in process was very simple and on-site. Condo was exactly like the online photos. Condo came with 2 chairs and umbrella for the week. We were there for a baseball tournament and the location of this condo was right across the street which made it very convenient. We would definitely rent here again.

Great Family Getaway

Overall we had a great week and the condo was perfect for our family. The beach chairs and umbrella were an amazing bonus. The beds were comfortable and the smaller bedroom fit our daughters pack n play perfectly. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed including extra beach toys in the closet and plenty of dishes. If we had to name a con it would be that the kitchen water took awhile to get hot so it took longer to wash dishes! Overall we would give it a 5 star week and absolutely will try to stay here again in the future!

Birthday Getaway

Words can’t describe how beautiful our stay was. Check in process was easy, we had beach chairs with umbrella set up for us every day. We were able to use the amenities before getting into the room which was great. Had the best sleep I have had in a long time. Can’t wait to stay again! The condo was beautiful! Thank you so much for making our stay truly an unforgettable getaway. Crab island is a must! Love how Liz had everything written out for us and she checked in with us throughout our stay. I couldn’t be happier. We saw dolphins every day!

Comfortable stay

We liked the location. Property was nice and clean- liked the security amd chexk on was easy. View was beautiful. 2nd bedroom was pretty small for my 11 and 16 year old and beds were not super comfortable. Bedrooms faced busy road amd traffic woke me up a few times.. Would have been nice to have better/more patio furniture and hooks to hang suits. Loved that she supplied chair and umbrellas. Liz was great to work with and fast to reply. Gave a lot of great tips.

I'm the ultimate beach lover. Anything 'beach' as long as I'm facing directly to the ocean or Gulf and I can hear the surf. I like fun activities nearby too and fabulous restaurants and pubs. I'm a native New Yorker living in Kentucky for the last 30 years, but you can bet I'm visiting one of my beach places...Destin, Naples, Montauk or Isle of Palms...as often as possible.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Destin offers more than just the beach. It's easy to fly into or drive to, and has everything you need either a short walk or drive away, including the incredibly unique Harborwalk Village. Where else can you get world-class fishing, restaurants, shopping, golfing and powder-white sand steps away? You can catch the sunrise AND sunset from my private lanai. A very short beach walk away is famous and delicious 'The Back Porch'. Across the street is a totally stocked liquor store and next door to the liquor store is Merlin's Pizza. To vacation here is to have the best beach, the most gorgeous 4th floor views, while having the necessities nearby and convenient.

When I walked onto the Sterling Sands private beach and saw the dazzling turquoise surf, I knew I'd found the ultimate beach get-away. The updated kitchen and baths cinched it for me and the kids couldn't wait to sleep in the bunk beds made up just for them. There is also a fitness center, a meeting room with a kitchen for parties, outdoor grilling area, beautiful grounds and I have a maintenance team on-site for your needs. Also, I am always very easy to reach and will strive to make your vacation wonderful and memorable.
