Maison classique en bardeaux contemporains conçue par la meilleure architecte Barbara Chambers. Construction neuve avec finitions super haut de gamme, moulures personnalisées et parquet en chêne exquis partout. Situé sur un soleil de 1/2 acre baigné de soleil, cette maison de 3 876 pieds carrés possède toutes les commodités modernes dans un parc national comme un décor.

Disposition
Plan d'étage ouvert. La cuisine principale comporte des plafonds de 12 pieds, ainsi qu'une cuisinière Wolf de 48 po et un réfrigérateur SubZero. Construit dans la station de café Miele, réfrigérateur à vin. Un mur de verre à couper le souffle de 16 pouces ouvre la cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon sur le grand porche. Terrain de golf Mill Valley, Redwood Tree et sommet du mont. Vues Tam.

-Grande chambre principale avec portes ouvertes sur la pelouse adjacente. Master Bath comprend Waterworks et Calcutta Marble, douche à vapeur et baignoire à jet d'air séparé.
-Chambre 2 et chambre 3 sont toutes deux grandes avec dressing. Lits jumeaux gigognes dans chacun. Ces deux chambres sont attenantes à une salle de bain Jack and Jill. Full Waterworks se termine avec douche et baignoire.

Great location

The house was wonderful we all had both comfort and privacy during our stay and downtown Mill Valley is only a few minutes away. Downtown offers great food and shops and walkable streets. Muir Woods, beaches and other interesting sites are all within 20 minutes as is SF.

Spectacular House with AMAZING Views!

This home didn't disappoint! Comfortable, clean, superb views, and the owner answered all questions promptly. Our family of five loved our stay & would definitely stay again. The location is perfect when visiting San Fransisco because Mill Valley is close, sunny, & delightful little town.

We absolutely loved this property and would highly recommend it. We would definitely stay again.

This beautiful home is located on a quiet, sunny street. It has a gorgeous setting being right on the golf course. The home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The house is well appointed with everything you need for cooking a fabulous meal. Bedrooms are super comfortable and all rooms are very private. The owner was readily available for any questions that we had. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to do so again in the future.

Great stay for Thanksgiving

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The driveway to the home is steep but definitely manageable once you drive it a couple of times. The neighborhood is quiet, and downtown is charming. We enjoyed ping pong and relaxing mornings and evenings on the deck. There was plenty of room to stretch out and plenty to do. We saw a deer twice - Big news for us city dwellers :). The host was very attentive and incredibly welcoming. Great time all around!

Beautiful House in Mill Valley for Family Gatherings

We celebrated the Thanksgiving holiday at Rob's large, beautiful house which overlooks the Mill Valley Golf Course and is not far from the Camino Alto Open Preserve, but is also very convenient to town and shopping. The golf course is barely noticeable and the preserve is great for walking, hiking and viewing the entire surrounding area. The house itself is comfortable and well equipped. The 5th bedroom is set up as an exercise room but portable beds are available if needed. It has a nice looking pool which we did not use and a ping pong table and bocce court which we did. Rob is a friendly and responsive host. If you're looking for a place to hold a family get together, this would be a great place to stay.

Perfect home in every way!

We shared some of the most memorable times of our entire life at this beautiful home and property, nestled in the hills of Mill Valley! The home is beautifully designed to accommodate our two families and two 10-year olds who found utter joy in the heated, salt-water pool, with the trampoline, ping pong table, and playing classic board games provided in the family room. The 5 star rating in many ways goes to the perfect kitchen/prep/dining/living room area, with the professional Wolf stove and oven and marble prep area. We so enjoyed preparing, cooking and dining with the incredible views out on the Marin rolling hills, watching the morning fog burn off and taking in all the fresh air and sounds of so many birds. The accommodations were so comfortable and everyone in our small family group celebrated great rest and feeling recharged every day. We all explored the beautiful hiking trails nearby to the home, took a few drives down to Mill Valley to shop in our favorite organic food supermarket Good Earth, and just had a relaxed time. Super convenient Whole Foods and Amazon deliveries were left neatly at the front door, so we had zero issues with getting whatever we needed delivered for our stay. The homeowners were very accommodating and laid back people, so we certainly look forward to booking their beautiful home again in the future!

Beautiful home

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting in Mill Valley. The home is deceivingly large and is perfectly decorated like an HGTV home. My kids enjoyed the heated pool and we enjoyed the large deck overlooking the golf course and Mt. Tam. Just up the road are some wonderful trails for hiking/running. Rob the owner ensured we had everything we needed and checked in once or twice to ensure there were no issues during our stay. I would highly recommend this home for trips into the bay area.

A stunning property! Private, gorgeous, perfectly appointed, exceptionally comfortable!

I cannot say enough positive things about this property! We were a large group with kids, there for just shy of a week and it was absolutely dreamy. The photos of the house are gorgeous and it did not disappoint - in fact, it was even more beautiful in person! It is apparent that every detail has been considered, both in beauty and in function, and it is obvious in the feeling of the house. The upstairs living area is flooded with sunlight and has the loveliest views. It is open, bigger than it looks in the photos, and was the perfect gathering place for our large family with lots of room for everyone. The deck is large and extends the living area by quite a bit when the doors are open. In the early morning we saw deer, bobcats and an eagle (or..?) from the deck, which was a fun treat. The downstairs has all of the bedrooms and, while still bright, it keeps cool for sleeping and provides ample privacy for everyone. By the nature of the land, the outdoor space is broken up into small areas but we had no trouble lounging around with everyone outside. There are extra little areas not shown in the pictures including a (beautiful!) main floor powder room, pantry, mudroom and small office as well as a full bathroom downstairs. There is a LOT of space and it really made our time with a relatively large group totally pleasant. The kitchen is very well appointed (two islands - love it! ) and has everything you need for cooking and enjoying a meal. We spent a lot of time out of the house but when we were there, we grilled pizzas on the outdoor grill, swam in the pool, kids jumped on the trampoline and just hung out relaxing in the great room, sharing time with each other. Beds and bedding were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels - bath and beach - as well as extra blankets. Rob, the owner, was exceptionally pleasant to work with. He responded very quickly to any questions on the website or via text. He was professional but also very easy going and relaxed and made us feel totally welcome and at ease. I have stayed at many rental properties over the years and I will not hesitate to say that this was the best. Truly. A spectacular home in a spectacular location. Well worth it! Rob and family, thank you so much for opening your home to us. As you know, it was a meaningful time for our family and your home, and the welcome you gave us, provided us the opportunity to truly be together in absolute comfort. What a gift! Thank you!

Amazing home with breathtaking views! Centrally located to everything to see around San Francisc!

We enjoy our week long stay in Mill Valley in this amazing, newly remodeled home with top of the line appliances and finishes throughout the home. The views are picturesque and the the home is set up perfectly to enjoy them, the open air sliding door into the kitchen made you feel as if you were outside.The heated pool was just perfect to swim in after a day out sightseeing. The owner went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed to have a great stay, suggesting things to go do and places to see. We really enjoyed our week in this home- we look forward to going back one day.
