WHY KIDS LOVE IT
This welcoming home is great for kids of all ages. It’s safe enough for little ones but the neighborhood is perfect for older kids too. Kids over 3 will love the detached playhouse behind the property, and the ADU offers plenty of space away from parents to play with an endless supply of toys, puzzles, books, legos, magna-tiles and doll/baby accessories (all for kids aged 3-7). Older teens may also love the ADU for its privacy and can use this space as their own bedroom. The children’s bedrooms are beautifully designed with built-in closets and cabinets all stocked with more toys and books. And don't miss a trip to the beach - the coast is just half an hour away.

STYLE NOTES
Modern farmhouse. This beautifully-designed home has a Scandinavian, soft modern aesthetic. This home has been recently renovated by the hosts, who have chosen white oak floors, natural fiber rugs, oversized windows and stunning Holland and Sherry wall finishes. The furniture is predominantly from Ligne Roset, Roche Bobois, Ethnicraft and Restoration Hardware, along with lots of finds from the hosts’ travels around the world. The owners have a meticulous eye for detail coupled with a love of home improvement, creating a welcoming yet stylish home from home. We love the striking modern fireplace, the inviting window bench in the kitchen and the unique wooden sculpted light fixture in the living room.
