Ce superbe appartement a été construit l’année dernière (2018) et offre donc un hébergement en parfait état avec un mobilier et des équipements de qualité. La propriété dispose de 2 chambres (une salle de bains), une salle de bains principale, une cuisine superbement équipée comprenant une laveuse / sécheuse et lave-vaisselle et un salon lumineux et spacieux avec balcon généreux. Il y a une place de parking réservée pour une voiture à l'arrière du bâtiment.
Si vous aimez être au cœur de tout, alors Brunswick Road est l'adresse idéale pour un style de vie urbain contemporain. Princes Street et la gare de Waverley sont à environ 15 minutes à pied tandis que l'arrêt de tramway de l'aéroport sur York Place est à environ 10 minutes à pied.
Les zones environnantes (Elm Row et Leith Walk) ont un certain nombre de bars et restaurants renommés ainsi que des cafés et épiceries fines (Valvona et Crolla) tandis que le supermarché Tesco se trouve à moins de 2 minutes à pied.
Il n'est pas nécessaire d'avoir une voiture à cet endroit car le service de bus sur Leith Walk est excellent avec des bus à Princes Street toutes les deux minutes. L'arrêt de bus le plus proche est à environ 3 minutes à pied.

Excellent location and flat

Excellent location for those who prefer to stay among the locals. Leith walk has an excellent selection of pubs and shops within a short walk. Busses and trams are close by if you need to go further.

Schöne Wohnung, schlecht gepflegt

Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG; das Haus und die Umgebung sind sehr ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Es gab ein Problem mit der Badlüftung; es konnte nach Rücksprache gelöst werden. Um die Wohnung wird sich offensichtlich nur halbherzig gekümmert: - Der Kleiderständer im Flur war unbrauchbar; konnte durch Anziehen einer Schraube repariert werden. - Bei allen 3 Lamellen-Rollos waren 2 von 4 Ziehleinen herausgrissen, wodurch die Bedienung sehr schwergängig war; konnte durch Fixierung der Leinenhalterung mittels Klebeband repariert werden. - In den Ritzen der Couch wurden Krümel und Geldmünzen gefunden. - Die Teppiche waren voller Haare und Krümel. Auf der Suche nach Abhilfe wurde der Staubsauger bemüht: Er war nicht funktionstüchtig, da sich der Inhalt des übervollen Beutels im Innern verteilt hatte. Saugfuß und Rohre waren mit Haaren und Fusseln zugesetzt. Eine Reinigung der Bürste und des Innenraums sowie ein Austausch des Beutels und der Filter machten den Sauger wieder gangbar. - In der Küche waren die Schrankfronten teilweise mit Essensresten bespritzt; wurde so belassen. - Die Waschmaschine ist mit einem Trockner kombiniert. Der Trockner funktioniert nicht richtig; die Wäsche ist dann heiß aber nur halb trocken. Es gibt keinen Wäschekorb und keine Klammern, aber immerhin einen Wäscheständer und Kleiderbügel. Die vorgefundene Situation hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht geschmälert. Man fragt sich aber, warum die Wohnung so heruntergewirtschaftet wird.

Location was fantastic. Short taxi ride to all the places in Edinburgh you want to see. Apartment was great, the elevator was a bonus for 2 of our party. The Sainsbury and Tesco a 5 minute walk. Easy Downtown Accessibility

Property is in a newer residential building with easy access to transportation and great walkability to downtown. Updated interior with all appliances needed including hair dryer and portable fans. Tesco right around the corner for groceries. Excellent choice.

The property was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and away from all the crowds (which we enjoyed), yet close enough to get around to all the sights conveniently. The lift and free parking were a bonus. All in all, a great choice!

Lovely property

The property was clean and tidy and is in a great location. It is perfect for our party as the property was accessible by lift and had a walk in shower. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. I would definitely book it again.

Fantastic Flat in Edinburgh

We visited Edinburgh to spend time with our daughter who is finishing her semester abroad. We couldn't have picked a better spot! This flat is close to tram and bus stops, near great restaurants, and well located. It is away from the tourist bustle but you can get to all of the sights easily. Rarely does a listing end up being exactly what is shown in the photos, but this flat delivers. It was very comfortable and very quiet, which we appreciated after having busy days touring the city. The kitchen was also well appointed should you want to cook. I would not hesitate to stay here again if we have the opportunity to be back in Edinburgh!

Perfect place!

Beautiful home away from home. Located in a great area, easy access to any part of town either walking or by public transport. Close by Tessco for snacks, meals and essentials. The home was clean, comfortable for our family of 4 adults, especially with a second bathroom. The parking spot really helped make this a perfect experience. Edinburg is a beautiful city and this property is an exception way to enjoy your stay. Thank you!

Our first trip to Scotland

This property provided a superb base for our 9 day stay in Edinburgh! Check in was smooth, the space is delightful, bright, cheerful, complete and comfortable! The location across from an old church that houses a primary school was perfect. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable and the proximity to Leith Walk shopping and pubs is excellent! I’ve been renting out holiday homes since the late 90’s, both my own and other people’s. I manage this particular property on behalf of the owner who lives on the Isle of Skye and they use this as their base when in Edinburgh so it is a well-loved and cared for home.
