Oceanfront - Plage privée! Comprend une place de parking

Notre spectaculaire propriété de plage est «On The Sand», offrant sa propre plage privée tout en offrant une vue sur l'eau vive et des sons apaisants de l'océan (vous entendez le surf dans chaque chambre). Il a un décor de plage lumineux et un emplacement calme - idéalement situé à mi-chemin entre le village de Carlsbad et la jetée d'Oceanside (nous marchons sur le sable pour les deux).

Cette maison entièrement rénovée est entièrement meublée (nous nous détendons ici fréquemment) et offre une vue panoramique sur l'océan de La Jolla à Catalina. Vous pouvez regarder les dauphins jouer ou le bec des baleines depuis le salon, le pont ou la plage.

La nuit, visitez l'un des bons restaurants de la région ou simplement dîner sur la plage tout en regardant le magnifique soleil se coucher sur le Pacifique. Pendant la journée, détendez-vous sur la plage ou profitez des nombreuses activités uniques à cette fabuleuse destination.

UNITÉ A (1 à 6 personnes): dispose de 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain et a un lit king-size californien dans chacune des chambres et un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon.

Il y a 3 unités différentes. Unité A (2 Bd, 1 Ba - 6 personnes), Unité B (2 Bd, 2 Ba - 6 personnes) et Unité C (1 Bd, 1 Ba - 4 personnes). L'unité B est VRBO # 882234, l'unité C est VRBO # 253036 et les 3 unités sont VRBO # 882235.

Les unités sont disposées verticalement avec l'unité A au niveau de la rue, l'unité B au milieu et l'unité C au niveau du sable. Les 3 unités font face à l'océan, ont des ponts en bord de mer et partagent la plage privée.

Notre maison de plage est «bien entretenue» car nous personnellement (ainsi que notre famille) restons dans les 3 unités, et nous avons un accès Internet haut débit sans fil. Au fil des ans, nous avons accueilli des centaines de clients adorés de la plage.

Relaxing on the Beach

The unit was very clean and as described. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking supplies and spices. Unit A also has an amazing view of the ocean from the balcony. Great place to stay!

Location!

The place is in an absolutely beautiful location, with a stunning view of the ocean. Access to the beach is convenient and everything we needed was just a short walk away. We were able to enjoy the downtown area as well as different restaurants in the area. The house was clean and welcoming. Our host and hostess were very friendly and made our stay feel like home.

The best place in Oceanside to experience the ocean 24/7. Relaxing, comfortable and the location-great. Every amentity you can think of is provided for you. The owner is very friendly and available anytime. The only place we would stay in Oceanside.

Perfect family getaway

The view was gorgeous at all times, but specially around sun set. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked. They have plenty of fans for summertime. Looking forward to the next time we can stay here again!

Always a wonderful stay

This is our second time staying in this rental (first time in unit A). There were gorgeous views every morning and the private beach is excellent for small children. Property owner was great. We are already looking forward to our third stay

Beautiful place to stay

We stayed here for 4 nights. It was beautiful. Exactly as advertised, the kids enjoyed playing in the sand. We enjoyed watching the tide change. When tide was low we were able to go down on the beach and play in the water. The beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of cooking ware to make your meals. Kelly was very kind. We cant wait to book again and back to make some more memories!

Family vacation

Beautiful view from our room which was the top/street level. The private fenced in yard with sand was perfect for our grandsons 1 and 3 years old. The fire pit and bbq grill was also a great addition to our stay. We will definitely go back !!

Beach House Getaway

Lovely beach house with cottage like feel. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen. Incredible Ocean views! We had the top floor unit with lots of daylight. Beautiful sunsets. Would definitely rent again. Excellent communication with owner.

Would stay again

It was off season but parking was easy. The location is great. Checking in and out was easy. Good communication with owners. It rained everyday we were there but we still enjoyed our visit and ate at some great local restaurants.

On the ocean

We have been visiting this property for many years and always enjoy our stay. They have recently renovated the porch that overlooks the ocean and our visit was better than ever. The only down side, California has become super, super expensive!

Affordable ocean views

Loved the views, the location and fit everybody comfortably. Photos can be misleading as you can not enjoy the ocean until low tide. Coin op washer and dryer is a little ridiculous.

Beautiful Ocean Views

This rental (unit A- top floor) has everything except AC as mentioned. Upon our arrival it was very hot inside even with the windows open, we turned on every fan in the house and it took until the sun went down to cool even with the back door open which is the only window/door that could open. It would be perfect if there was a cross breeze from the other windows off the back deck. Also the floors were very sandy upon our arrival like they weren’t swept after the last renters.

Stunning views but dirty floors

The view of the ocean is stunning! The tide changes are significant and impressive to watch off of the back deck. Unfortunately, this property is fairly old and was not very clean, especially the floors. The owner was responsive and apologetic about the cleanliness, however more oversite to the cleaning should have taken place.

Great Location and Views of Ocean

We enjoyed our stay at this beach house, in unit A on the top level. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. We watched surfers each morning and could walk down to a private beach area and also walk down the stairs to walk along the coast. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes and all you might need during your stay. There is no air conditioning and our first evening was VERY Hot but did cool off with balcony door, windows opened with fans running. By the time we went to bed, it was actually very comfortable for sleeping. This unit would greatly benefit with an updated kitchen and bathroom and air conditioning. Beds, floors, kitchen counters /dishes, linens, furnishings were clean. Baseboards, inside cabinets, light fixtures etc had build up of dust and such. Overall our stay was great. We stayed in mid September and the temp was in the low 60's at night with highs in the upper 70's.

Amazing ocean view!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The views of the ocean are amazing. The deck was very spacious and a great place to watch surfers, dolfins, and the waves. The time we were there (March), the weather was cooler, and the water was all the way up to the rock wall, so we did not have a beach to walk on. However, I would definitely come back here again and bring our kids. The fenced in beach back yard is perfect for kids to play in and the beach would be amazing when the water level is lower. Safe, easy access, we had the parking spot, and there is a short walk to Buccaneer cafe for coffee and food. Owner was there cleaning the debris from the back yard and very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great place!

FANTASTIC VACATION

We arrived the evening of Sept 9th. It was unusually warm in Oceanside and our unit was on the top floor, therefore it was pretty warm inside. Once we got in, opened the doors, and let the ocean breeze in it was just fine. This rental is right on the beach! Nice, fenced yard with steps down to the water, but we spent all our time on the balcony. There was a table and chairs as well as 2 lounge chairs to spend your day watching and listening to the ocean. Fans are furnished to move the air thru the house. We were quite comfortable. Each bedroom has a king bed with nice linens. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. Just bring your food and snacks!😊 The street is narrow, but we never had an issue with parking. This place is SUPER easy to get to and Oceanside is very easy to get around in! We'll definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Amazing Stay

We are so grateful that we were able to stay in this beautiful home. Each morning we were greeted by the ocean waves and huge pods of Dolphins, swimming back and forth. We spent most of our time on the patio watching the ocean, drinking coffee, and playing cards. The beds were comfortable and we were put to sleep each night by the waves crashing outside our windows. We had all the blankets and pillows we needed plus extras. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals each day. The location of the property is wonderful. We were able to walk to most places or have a 3–10-minute drive to get to where we wanted to go. We had stayed at Legoland before staying here and it was only a 15-minute drive. The communication with the host was perfect and we had everything we needed for our stay. Kelley did a good job at having most of the common questions already included in the information about the property. The only thing I would say was disappointing was the tide. We are from Arizona and were completely clueless around the fact that the sandy beach pictures shown in the photos only occur during specific times of the year. We anticipated spending our days in the sand on the beach, but unfortunately the tide was so high there was only a small window where it was even safe enough to go down by the water. Overall, our experience was amazing and we look forward to coming back in the summer months!

We had long desired to have a beachfront home and when we found this gem we were thrilled. We selected this area because it is right in the middle of a beautiful wide sandy beach that stretches for 3 miles from the village of Carlsbad to the pier in Oceanside. We also liked the fact that the house was located in a less dense area with mostly beach homes. Most of all we were excited by the private beach and the fact that we didn’t have to cross a street or get in a car to enjoy the ocean!
