Nous venons d'installer carrelage dans toutes les chambres !! Entrée sans clé serrure de porte de sorte que vous ne devez pas suivre toutes les clés pendant votre séjour !! Phoenix West est l'un des condominiums les plus luxueux sur le Golfe! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou à travers les fenêtres du sol au plafond de l'unité. Avec plus de 1,950 pieds carrés l'unité est très spacieux et nouvellement meublé. Les équipements sont abondants dans ce condo Phoenix West: l'unité est aménagée avec des appareils en mode plein écran, un bar avec machine à glaçons, 55 "TVHD à écran plat dans le salon avec 42" TV dans les chambres, salle de lavage avec laveuse et sécheuse. Il y a un lit king size dans le maître, deux lits queen dans la 2ème chambre et un grand lit dans la 3ème chambre. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon si vous avez besoin de plus d'espace. Nous avons aussi le condo 3br seulement deux portes vers le bas si vous avez besoin de plus d'espace !! Il y a une rivière paresseuse, toboggan aquatique, piscine extérieure avec un clôturé pataugeoire chauffée en porte piscine, deux jacuzzis, centre de fitness state-of-the-art, 4 saunas et un toit-top des courts de tennis. Il y a un 25 ans d'âge minimum pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans remboursement en cas de violation. Vos vacances sera complète à Phoenix West avec toutes les commodités, la plage et des chambres luxueuses. Venez profiter de tout ce que cette nouvelle Phoenix a à offrir, s'il vous plaît appelez ou envoyez un courriel pour réserver des vacances inoubliables. Stationnement: Vous devez acheter vos laissez-passer de stationnement à votre arrivée. Ils sont facturés une fois pour 28 $ par véhicule. Weekend Trip

This condo exceeded our expectations! It was spacious and beautifully decorated. The elevators were quick and we never waited more than a couple of minutes. The pools were clean and our kids loved the slide. Access to the beach was easy! Would definitely recommend this condo!

Great Family Spring Break

We very much enjoyed our stay. We loved all the amenities offered and the beach was great. Great views from the balcony and the condo was equipped with everything we needed and more. We would love to return next year.

FAMILY Vacation

Location was great! We couldn't get into the ocean much due to the June Grass. We did have a couple issues with the electrical outlets and switches in bedroom and Kitchen.and Mold in the ice maker. Overall we had a wonderful trip

Our stay was overall was great. We did have an issue with one of the beds having DIRTY SHEETS. The AC didn’t work well, the dryer took forever to dry articles and the stovetop didn’t heat well. However, we loved the faculties! Already working on a time booked for next year.

Great condo -very clean, roomy . Small issue TV in one bedroom would not work, took a couple tries to get the other TVs on satellite. small crack in microwave door looked superficial the microwave worked fine Will be visiting again

Great condo to be staying in during a hurrican!

Good Family-Friendly Option in OBA

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our condo, and the property is well maintained (except the linens, which were motel quality).To keep it short, I had one huge complaint: Phoenix has a 4:30pm check in and a 10:00am check out. Plus, on the day we checked out, our automatic door code turned off at 9:45am (had to get a maid to let us back in the condo). Unacceptable.

Family Vacay Sept 13-17

My family selected this unit due to the fact that the bedrooms had full size beds vs bunk beds. There were seven adults who vacationed in this unit. The unit overall is dirty. The floors and countertops were dirty. The pictures on the walls and fans had an inch of dust. That wasn't a huge problem. One of the bedrooms had blood on the toilet and shower curtain. The showers had mildew around the bottom. The batteries were low in the remotes as well as the thermostat. There was food (chips) in the floor by one of the couches. Candy left in on the floor in one of the bedrooms. As well as a Kool-Aid pouch behind the TV. Two smoke detectors were hanging by a wire. The rug in the family room is curled on the edges which is a HUGE safety risk. The filter needs to be changed in the fridge and the ice make said it needed cleaning. The light in the oven is out. My invoice shows a 'service fee' and a 'hosts fee'. I'm not sure where the 'cleaning fee' falls within those fees but we deserve part of those fees back. What happened to cleaning 'Covid' protocols? Overall, the location is great, the view is great, and we did enjoy our time together as a family, but this unit needs some maintenance.

Perfect vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First and most importantly, the condo was clean when we arrived. The view from the 25th floor was amazing. We did not have any issues waiting for the elevators. Check-in/out procedures were easy and convenient - almost fully automated via text/email. The lazy river, pools and hot tubs were awesome. The kitchen has what you need for basic meals like eating cereal or baking frozen pizzas but it's not equipped for cooking. My only complaint was that the TV in the main room is basically not usable. It kept freezing up every 10 seconds and kicking you out of Netflix or cable programming. That would have been a huge bummer if we had bad weather. I see from other reviews that this has been an ongoing issue. I hope property management checks into this.

First time in orange beach

Condo was very nice and plenty of room, it was however located on the 25th floor and we had some handicapped family with us that made it hard to get to and from the car especially with the long wait for the elevators. I wish there were more handicapped accessible parking spots. The elevators were a little ridiculous at times just waiting on one with enough room could be 10 minutes or more. The condo itself was nice and we enjoyed it but the property has too many occupants for the lazy river/pool. There were never any chairs to sit at if pool side. We’d use this condo again if it weren’t located on said property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was great. We had a really good time. Only a few problems. There were 4 bathrooms and only 2 had a roll of toilet paper. We called and was told that there should have been a roll in each bathroom and that they would take care of it the next morning which they did not do, but we just went and bought some. I also left my toiletries bag (yes was my fault). I sent a text and an email about it. All the text that I got back said “I asked cleaner”. I told them I would pay to have it shipped. I haven’t gotten any other response as of yet. But again that was my fault for leaving it, just wish they would have been more helpful on that.
