This condo is beautiful and worked well for our family of 11. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The location was ideal to the beach and restaurants.We spent one day without electricity or running water. That also meant that the toilets were unable to be flushed. I called the woman that was listed in our confirmation email at 8:30 am and left a message. She did not return my call. In the meantime time the condo was uncomfortably hot and we had water coming in through the lights in one of the bathrooms. We called again to let them know of our discomfort but were treated as though it was no big deal. The condo sent maintenance to our room and we were told âjust donât turn on the lights.â They did bring fans and a humidity machine. However with 5 machines it made our condo very loud and difficult to talk. There were cords and a drain strung across the floor. We also had a toilet that was leaking at the bottom with no help. We are disappointed that half of the time we stayed here we had issues. Itâs super disappointing to spend that much money on a condo to have such major issues and there was zero follow up.
