L.M. in the Municipality of Spello a few kilometers from Assisi and the major tourist destinations of Umbria. Ideal for nature lovers, it is at the foot of the Subasio park.

Guests have access to the house from a private entrance. They will enjoy the garden and ample spaces inside. The sleeping area is on the upper floor where there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms (with bath and shower), one of which is inside the room.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a very spacious lounge which leads to the pool, and a terrace perfect for outdoor dining.

The position of the villa is ideal for walks in the hills.
A few meters from the property on foot is the ancient Sentiero degli Ulivi which connects Spello to Assisi.

The pool will be open from late May to mid-September.
