Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon entry we were welcomed with a wood roach, I gave excuse as we are in the woods. The couch had popcorn in between the cushions, the refrigerator had food smeared on the inside door, crumbs under the kitchen table, bathroom rugs had not been laundered, hair in the corners of the bathroom, shower curtains not attached to the wall, insulation & debris stuck in the floor vents, dead bugs laying around floor vents, I emailed the appropriate representative & was sent a maintenance worker to spray for insects only. I refused that service as I did not want to inhale off gases from the agent used. I asked to be moved to another cabin but, none were available. It was suggested that I take pictures & send them in. If I have to take pictures of what the cleaning/maintenance crew are NOT doing, while paying to be in your cabin, you need to re-evaluate your management and customer service etiquette.

Fantastic Place

Nice cabin and great vacation

There was a dollar general store nearby and a Walmart about 20 mins away. It was 9 of us and there was still plenty of room. I would book again.

The pool and entertainment options just added to the spacious areas included in the cabin. Our group especially liked that 3 of the rooms had private bathrooms. The indoor pool could have been warmer and there was an internet issue with the theater room it kept going in and out but other than that we had no other issues there was ten of us and we fit comfortably there and there was so much there to do the kids really enjoyed their stay there as we all did! I would recommend this place to any and everyone!

Perfect for families with children

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We comfortably fit four families into this cabin, and it made for a fantastic family reunion. There is so much to entertain the children - a pool, arcade games, ping pong, fooseball, a pool table, and a movie theater. And, it is only minutes from the Smokey Mountains National Park, where you can do some great hikes. (We really enjoyed the Nature Trail, which was appropriate for children.) We would stay here again!

Beautiful cabin away from everything

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only few issues I had was they asked what time I would be arriving. I told them 3pm. I got a message about an hour before saying it wouldn't be ready til 5pm. Also, it's not in Pigeon Forge, it's closer to Cosby. Wasn't told this til it was booked. The cabin itself was beautiful and everything we wanted, I had 8 young adults with me. Be perfect for ones who want away from everything and doesn't mind driving.

Not A Happy customer

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in the live life love cabin. Although the cabin was big we had quite the running with roaches while we were there. There was also rat droppings in the drawers in the kitchen. My son has red bumps all over him when we got home just to take him to the doctor to get told he has been bitten by bed bugs.
