Appartement immense et confortable à Puerta del Sol

Immense et confortable appartement au soleil:
L'appartement se trouve dans un bel immeuble dans une rue latérale à la Puerta del Sol. Avec trois chambres et trois salles de bains, est parfait pour les familles avec enfants, un groupe d'amis ou de couples qui veulent partager le même espace, mais avec la vie privée.

L'appartement est situé à quelques pas de la Puerta del Sol, de la Plaza Callao et de la Gran Vía. Est au milieu de l'une des rues commerçantes les plus importantes et célèbres de Madrid 'Preciados', et il vient d'être entièrement rénové (tout est flambant neuf :). Avec trois chambres séparées (plus des canapés-lits) et trois salles de bains, c'est parfait pour les familles, un groupe d'amis ou 3 couples.

L'appartement est au deuxième étage d'un immeuble, et comme la plupart des bâtiments dans le centre de Madrid, il n'a pas d'ASCENSEUR.

L'appartement comprend:

* Deux chambres avec lit double d'entre eux avec salle de bain avec douche à l'intérieur.

* Une autre chambre avec deux lits (90 cm x 190 cm) et une salle de bain avec douche. * Une troisième salle de bain avec baignoire, parfaite pour les familles avec enfants.

* Salle à manger avec deux canapés confortables et plusieurs fauteuils, salle à manger pour 10 personnes, TV et cuisine ouverte (entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin). * Machine à laver.

* Lit bébé sur demande, 15 euros extra

* Et bien sur l'accès wifi

* Nous fournissons également des draps et des serviettes, et d'autres choses comme le fer, le sèche-cheveux, les produits de salle de bains, les cartes et les ingrédients de base pour la cuisine (sucre, sel, huile et vinaigre). Un jeu d'essuie-mains et de serviettes de douche est fourni par personne pour un séjour de 7 nuits maximum. S'il en faut plus, un supplément de 10 € par set sera facturé.

Il est interdit de fumer dans l'appartement. En cas de tabagisme, nous facturerons 100 € de pénalité.

Elegant, roomy apartment

The apartment is elegantly appointed with comfortable beds a ready to cook kitchen, beautiful dining area, and exquisite living room. We were very comfortable here. It was centrally located in within walking distance to the Royal Palace, the cathedral, the plaza mayor Rotiro Park, Grand Via, botanical gardens, plaza Sol, and. Atoxha train station. Madrid vacation

Lovely stay at perfect location. Close to the metro at Puerta del Sol snd plenty of places to eat and shop. Very nice to have 3 bathrooms as well. There is a washermachine but no dryer in case you need one but

Superb location! Great communication with hosts! Personalized welcome and great materials to plan your time in Madrid. Still, while no major issues, after thoughtful deliberation and comparing the place with four other rentals in Spain, we have to give apartment just an average score, for the following reasons: 1) Pictures shown are likely from when the apartment was in great condition; currently, it is in need of refurbishment and reconditioning. The sofa bed in the living room (we did not use) sags after anyone sits on it. The bathroom in one bedroom had a portion of the ceiling held in place by duct tape (which twice I had to push back up during our stay). 2) There is an air conditioner in one bedroom and one other in the kitchen is for the rest of the entire apartment; even with bedroom doors open, it struggles to cool down in the hot summer, and it is not as powerful as the unit in the one bedroom. 3) We did have minor issues with insects, twice live in the aforementioned bathroom which we took care of, and a couple of others we discovered dead after one night in a common area. While perhaps expected in an older building, it was likely made worse due to the overall condition of the apartment.4) Value relative to other accommodations. Priced for the location, but compared to renting three hotel rooms, we gave up nicer air conditioned bedrooms and bathrooms, but gained a nice kitchen and living room area. Overall, nice but not a great value. Cheers!

Great location. Located on the 2nd floor so pack light as our luggage was a struggle.

We were in Madrid for almost 2 weeks. The location of the apartment was great. Many places to shop close by.

Location, location, location

This apartment is exceptionally spacious and is good for those who need 3 bedrooms and baths. Best of all is the location in Sol neighborhood only a few steps from Metro stops in pedestrian district.

Wonderful place

We had a great vacation! This apartment offered what we needed to make our stay in Madrid enjoyable. Everything was walkable and really in the heart of Sol. The apartment had everything we needed, a great kitchen dining area, and living area as well. I would love to stay in this place again the next time I visit Madrid!!!

Great Location

We had a fantastic time and this was the best location! We could walk everywhere. There was plenty of room for our family of 4 (myself, husband, and our two girls, ages 19 & 20). There was some street noise that you could hear at night from the front bedroom, but we were able to adapt to it! Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location

The location is just steps away from Sol. We were able to walk almost everywhere. The apartment is just as advertised. The beds are fairly comfortable. The only downsides are that the shower water pressure isn’t good, and there are no AC units in 2 of the bedrooms. There are fans, but these rooms were warmer than the room facing the street. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen was equipped. The shower had shampoo and body wash so no need to bring your own. Would definitely stay here again as it’s such a great location.

Wonderful, Convenient Apartment - Central to all

This apartment on a side Calle quite close to the center of Sol was a wonderful week-long experience for our family. Roomy, clean and everything one would want for a comfortable visit. Though in the middle of a bustling daytime area, it was incredibly peaceful and quiet at night. Split air conditioning units worked great to cool the entire apartment. Steps to the metro, cafes and the large grocery market at El Corte Ingles. I'd move in permanently if I could!

Incredible location and plenty of space. Exceptional staff

The apartment is fantastically well located and very comfortable for the five of us. The host staff (Rebecca, Miriam and Julia) were exceptionally helpful and responsive, assisting us whenever we needed anything. During our stay, a torrential rain took place in Madrid, causing a leak from the ceiling - a building problem that the host could not have prevented - and Rebecca showed up immediately to assess the water leakage, to alert the building management and to contact the occupant of the upstairs apartment. She provided extra towels and made sure we were comfortable. Many thanks for helping to make a memorable stay!

This place is awesome. Perfect location in Sol. Three bedrooms three baths perfect for family or friend groups. Property managers met us after a flight delay. Provided lots of information. Can’t say more about the experience. New Years Eve in Puerto de Sol was the best ever and just around the corner from the apartment. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Don’t miss out on this opportunity and experience.

Amazing lively convenient central location!

We loved the apartment. It was perfect for our group of 4. We especially enjoyed the comfy beds, the kitchen with fresh tap water and nice coffee maker, the laundry machine / drying racks, and the multiple toilets. The water pressure for the showers was very low but it is an old building. Good to know that there are multiple flights of stairs to get to the apartment. It took us a few days to figure out that there was a button on the wall in the lobby to open the lobby door from the inside without using the key. Overall a charming place in a charming city. We will love to return someday.

Perfect in Madrid!!

You cannot get any more in the middle of everything than this apartment!!! So much life right at your doorstep. Just perfect location. With two teens everyone had space and a bathroom. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. The water pressure in the shower was light but for the privilege of staying in an old building and so central we made it work and wouldn't prevent us staying there again. The metro stop is close but this location makes it so easy to walk everywhere. Thank you for sharing your space with us, we'd love to stay here again if we came back to Madrid.

Awesome location for comfy stay

Our group of six - three adults and three teens - loved our stay at the apartment. Bedrooms were roomy. Three bathrooms was a bonus. Air conditioning in the kitchen/family room and in the front bedroom kept the place cool. Fans in the other bedrooms helped. We had enough room to spread out and not step all over each other. Very quiet at night. The pictures are accurate. The location is terrific. Just off Puerta del Sol. Walkable everywhere. The Argentinian place a few doors down is great. Sol Cafe and Cafe Europa were excellent people watching places. Grocery places very close. Check in and booking were easy. Great communication the entire time.

Property was OK, but problems happened

Property was OK and nice for a vacation. A couple of problems happened: 1. We had one pipe that burst in one of the washrooms that they fix, making us to suspend a tour. 2. The electronic lock was disabled for a couple of hours the last day, preventing us access to the property, and they re-enabled it once they saw our mails complaining about it. That was a nasty surprise.
