Superbe appartement dans le vieux Madrid:
L'appartement est dans un bel immeuble sur une rue latérale à la Puerta de Toledo et a une belle vue, du balcon, à l'église de la Virgen de La Paloma.

Avec trois chambres et trois salles de bains (un WC), il est parfait pour les familles avec enfants, un groupe d'amis ou de couples qui veulent partager le même espace mais avec la vie privée.

L'appartement est au troisième étage d'un immeuble avec ascenseur.

L'appartement comprend:

* Une chambre avec lit double (160 * 200) et une salle de bain avec douche.

* Deux autres chambres avec deux lits (90 cm x 200 cm) et une salle de bain avec douche.

* Une troisième salle de bain avec WC.

* Salon avec canapé et salle à manger pour 6, TV et balcon avec de belles vues sur la place.

* Cuisine entièrement équipée (il comprend une machine à laver).

* Climatisation.

* Chauffage central.







Bien sûr, nous fournissons des draps et des serviettes, et d'autres choses comme du fer, un sèche-cheveux, des articles de toilette, des cartes et des ingrédients de base. Un jeu d'essuie-mains et de serviettes de douche est fourni par personne pour un séjour de 7 nuits maximum. S'il en faut plus, un supplément de 10 € par set sera facturé.Des lits pour bébés sont disponibles sur demande. Le coût est de 20 € pour l'ensemble du séjour. Chaise haute 10€.

Il est interdit de fumer dans l'appartement. En cas de tabagisme, nous facturerons 100 € de pénalité.

This apartment in Madrid is amazing! We had 5 people and it fit us perfectly. The location is great, close to many things. Grocery store around the corner and bars too. It is also very secure. The washer/dryer was great to have and the clothesline too. The air conditioning worked really well, and the beds are super comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely book this again.

Our hosts were fantastic. One of our party of 3 managed to end up in the wrong building (not sure how, the rest of us were fine!) and the host took her call and managed to get her to the right spot. The apartment is exactly as it looks in the pictures - spacious, clean, comfortable and really well located. We walked everywhere. There is a supermarket a 2 minute walk away and lots of bars and restaurants nearby. We would all stay again and bring our families.

While we really liked the neighborhood and the ease of access to all the different points of interests. The keyless entry was a concern at the beginning but it turned out great. You have to have a data plan to access this link. In the end, it was great not having to carry a key.The washer was easy to use, and host was kind enough to have some laundry detergent available so we didn't have to buy a large container for single use.The kitchen set up was bare. Besides salt and pepper there isn't much else. Whereas, we've enjoyed other apartments that had a simple spice rack, this unit does not provide. It doesn't encourage much opportunity to cook at the apartment. Small creature comforts that could have made this great: there was no hand towel in the guest washroom or paper towel. Linens were exact for guest count to include body and hand towel, no wash cloth. There wasn't a box of tissue to be found in the apartment, we had to go buy tissues for the start of allergy season. For its location, cleanliness, quiet surroundings this is a lovely option.

Property was clean and roomy. Great condition. Quiet. Great communication with property manager. A delightful visit. While neighborhood was ok, it lacked charm. many local restaurants were closed.

A gem in Madrid

The perfect place for a 1st timer in Madrid, Spain. The apartment was spacious, very clean and very well appointed in the center of Madrid. Everything was within a walking distance. Oscar, the owner was the key to everything. The help and instructions he gave us where indispensable and just as timely. The very best! We loved out stay with Oscar and Vanessa. Home away from home in Madrid

Just returned from a girlfriends trip to Spain. We based in Madrid. This apartment was perfect. Great location, quiet non touristy neighborhood but just a quick cab ride away from all main attractions. The apartment was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and equipped with everything we needed. Host was great. One evening we accidentally locked ourselves out of the apt and needed help getting in after a late (after midnight) night out. All we had to do was call, verify our identity and the host was able to remotely provide access to the apt. We had a lovely stay. Highly recommend!
