Un appartement haut de gamme récemment rénové, juste au coin du palais royal de Madrid, dans une rue calme au cœur de Madrid. Il se compose de deux chambres, d'une salle de bains privative et d'un salon. L'appartement est au deuxième étage, desservi par un ascenseur.
L'appartement est à seulement 100 mètres du Mercado de San Miguel, à 200 mètres de la Plaza Mayor et à 700 mètres de la Puerta del Sol et de Callao.

The location was ideal for us. It was a 5-10 walk from the Royal Palace, Sol Metro stop, Opera, and local Mercados and grocery stores. So many good to places to eat within walking distance. I would highly recommend this unit and the hosts shared in prompt and helpful communication, making our stay quite enjoyable.

This is a great place to stay in Madrid. The apartment was super clean, easy check in, great communication with management, and walking distance to El Sol and The Opera metro stations. Definitely recommend it.

Great location and very nice flat!

Perfectly located on a quiet street near Plaza Mayor with most landmarks in walking distance. Communication with owners was exceptional and we very much enjoyed our stay. You do have to climb four flights of stairs to get to the flat, which would not be ideal for those with mobility impairments.

Fantastic place to stay in Madrid

Wonderfully situated 2-bedroom property in Madrid de los Austrias, the heart of the city. Quiet, clean, cool and comfortable with easy walking access to almost every major tourist site in the city. Steps from the Palacio, Calle Mayor, Teatro Real, Puerta del Sol etc. Our family of four (two teen kids) enjoyed a week, summer stay, enjoying the good Air Conditioning, two bathrooms and workable kitchen. Hosts were thoughtful, kind and responsive, and we had no major issues. Would happily stay here again, if visiting Madrid again.

A lovely place near the palace

The flat is very nicely decorated and fully equipped. It is located on a very quiet street near the palace, and it is close to all major attractions. We will surely book this place again. Highly recommended!

I loved it

This was my first Vrbo rental. The flat was great. The owners were so nice. Communicating the the check in process in detail. I would definitely try to book this flat again when I come back to Madrid!

Needed taxi/Bolt only to the airport, everything else walkable.Check in a little challenging but manager/owner immediately available on line.However so cold, heating system not adequate, the only reason for only 4 *, otherwise great.

Centrally located, clean and quiet

On our first visit to Madrid, we were debating what area would be best to stay in and are we glad we chose to stay here. The space itself was perfect for the four of us, located on a quiet street but within a minute's walk to one of the main streets. Aside from my own trouble finding the front door when we got there, everything was smooth and communication was top notch. Loved being able to easily access the main points of interest by foot and especially Mercado San Miguel withing five minutes for repeated quick bites. As we ended up in some of the other neighbourhoods we had been considering we were reassued we made the right choice given the combo this space offered of easy access to everything with a quiet residential street at night. Highly recommend!

Cute, comfortable, and fun!

This place is in a great location (super close to the palace and Plaza Mayor) and was just as cute as the pictures. We loved it!! Air conditioning was a must as it was 95-100 degrees F, and it worked like a dream. Washer/dryer and dishwasher were a plus although we didn’t use them much. Everything was perfect.

3 Days in Madrid

Fab time. Apartment was the perfect location. Eitan and Millie were great. We had an issue checking in as the door app wouldn't work on my phone, but they were available to sort it straight away. Beds were comfortable. The apartment is quite small, but typical for Madrid. Wouldn't want to stay there with any more than 4, however as there were only 4 of us, this was perfect.

A great place to stay in Madrid!

I stayed in this beautiful flat with my wife and 2 children. It was fully equipped, including a laundry machine and a high chair for our little boy. It seems that the flat was recently refurbished. The location couldn’t be better, steps from Plaza Mayor and the palace. We parked our car in the parking place near the opera. The hosts were very responsive and kind. I highly recommend this place for families!

Perfection in Old Madrid

My granddaughter and I loved our apartment. We each had our own bedroom and bath.. A family could easily enjoy the place. We appreciated the bright and fun decor plus the modern kitchen.. The location was great and the apartment was pristine. Situated between the Palace Real and Plaza Mayor, it allowed us to travel on the Metro easily with the Sol and Opera stations easy walking distance. There were plenty of cafes and greatest of all Mercado San Miguel. Would deffinitely stay here again. Great memories!

We were in the apartment 8 days and used it as a jumping off point to revisit Madrid after a 2 year hiatus, and to take a 2 day trip to Granada on the bullet train and also a 1 day visit to Toledo, also by train. We had zero problems getting Uber and taxis to pick us up and drop us off to/from the airport, Atocha station or Prado area. The biggest plus was the apartment's location just off the very vibrant Calle Mayor and near the Royal Palace. We enjoyed strolling along C. Mayor (Christmas decorations out already) and finding shops and restaurants on its many side streets and historic neighborhoods. The apartment was a good fit for 2 people and could handle 2 more at max. The showers were hot, beds comfortable, WIFI worked and there were plenty of TVs. We stocked the fridge mostly with refreshments and snacks and only cooked 2 mornings. There were plenty of pots/pans and tableware for our needs (notice the large banquet table in the picture). The building was adequately lit and was safe. The elevator provided easy access to our apartment on the 2nd floor. We did not have to bother Millie or Eitan during our stay but they were a call/text/email away at all times. We had a fabulous stay and would recommend this apartment for those looking to enjoy this very fun area of Madrid.

On the first day at the apartment we got robbed, we put all valuables in a suitcase and locked it since the apartment doesn’t have a safebox. We went out for lunch and when we got back, the suitcase lock was broken and We went to the police and they’re investigating Apartment is well located, confortable but security is terrible, we don’t recommend staying there.

The apartment is beautiful, cozy and very centrally located! Milli the flat’s manager was incredible. Super attentive! My family and I loved staying here and loved Madrid.
