Grande maison de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain, nous ajoutons une 3e salle de bain complète au rez-de-chaussée venant de la piscine ...... beaucoup de place pour la remorque à bateau et le parking. Garage / sous-sol complet avec table de ping-pong, réfrigérateur supplémentaire, congélateur d'appât et 2 canapés Maison a 2 lits king, 2 reines et un canapé-lit gigogne. Grand téléviseur à écran plat dans chaque chambre avec Roku. 60 "tv dans le salon principal avec véranda grillagée et foyer juste à l'extérieur des grands curseurs au niveau principal. Wifi, buanderie, grill, quai, 2 kayaks et 4 vélos. House vient avec une adhésion au Cabana Club qui a une piscine privée de taille olympique, un bar, un restaurant et une plage privée, le club est situé à 3 km de la maison. Wonderful stay

Had a lovely stay at Yellowfin. So much space for the whole family. The pool/outside lounge area was the favorite hangout space. We had room for two boats and enjoyed a week of fun on the water.

We had a great stay at this house with our 4 college age kids. The pool/outdoor area was wonderful and the house was spacious and met our needs well.

Great vacation, great home

We traveled with another family to the Keys for a week of vacation to celebrate our sons’ senior year of high school. The house was amazing! All the amenities we could ask for (pool, hot tub, fishing right off the dock) which made for a great vacation. Melissa was welcoming, helpful, and super responsive. The house had plenty of room for our 2 families and is located close to a lot of activities in Marathon and in the Keys in general. Can’t recommend this home highly enough!

The best

Stayed at this wonderful house with my wife and son and his family. We all had a great time. The grandkids loved the pool area, swam every day. Melissa (the owner) was so easy to work with and always answered any questions we had. We loved the neighborhood and the Marathon area. Plenty of things to do and places to eat. We rented a boat for several days so having the dock was great. We definitely will be back!

Fabulous Outdoor Area

We had an amazing stay! The outdoor pool and hot tub area was perfect for all ages and we spent at least a few hours there every single day. We also used the kayaks a few times and enjoyed having morning coffee in the screened in porch. Melissa was very responsive. The location was great and close to grocery stores, the Dolphin Research Crnter, Animal Encounters, mini golf, and lots of great restaurants. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful! Can’t wait to come back!

We had the best week at Yellowfin. We had four kids 7 and under and 4 adults. Plenty of space for our two families and lots of great toddler items at the home. (Crib, height chair, toy Walker, baby bath tub - all great condition!) The outdoor area is fabulous! The zero entry pool was great for the little kids, hot tub for adults and big pool for the older kids was fantastic. Fishing off the dock each day was so fun, we saw manatees and lots of pelicans! Host was wonderful and responsive. No complaints!

Awesome stay

Really enjoyed our stay. Outside pool area and dock are one of the nicest we've seen in Marathon. Manatees visitng the dock was fun and the afternoon shade on pool was awesome for mid July.

Summer Vaction

We pick a place every year to enjoy a trip with our friends. This year we were also celebrating a 40th birthday and 15 year wedding anniversary. The property was beautiful and Melissa was very helpful at every step. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property!

Casual Fishing Get-away

Great stay in Marathon at Yellow Fin! The house was perfect for 3 couples wanting casual time together around the pool and some fishing adventures. Highly recommend this property!

The house, pool and location were awesome. They had everything we needed for the baby. Loved the seating for all of us in every room. Very pleasant and responsive to all of our communications. One small suggestion, the pool chair chaise lounge cushions could use replacing. Overall, a great stay! Thanks Melissa!

Beautiful home and location

We loved staying at Yellowfin and can’t wait to return! The photos don’t do it justice. The highlight was fishing from the dock and the manatees who paid us a visit at the dock. Beautiful location and views!

Property is amazing! It was hard leaving paradise! Got to see a manatee at the dock and enjoyed fishing and swimming in the pool. House was great with lots of space for the 10 we had in our group.

We had a great time in the Keys! The Yellowfin filled all of our needs. The dock was great for our boat with easy access to the ocean! The pool was beautiful and the outside area was the best feature of the house!

Family Spring Break

A beautiful home with so many amenities! Bikes for riding to the coffee shop, kayaks were used almost daily, the boys fished from the dock, and we all used the pool every day. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood but within easy access to so many shops, restaurants and activities. A wonderful week for our family.

Keys Getaway

This rental was perfect for our family. The outside entertaining area with pool & dock was just beautiful and the house was wonderful to spend the day swimming, fishing, kayaking, biking, ping pong, cornhole and just enjoying time with family. Our kids loved the vacation and were thrilled every time manatees visited the dock.

The house, pool, dock....everything was wonderful! Tons of room for two families, super clean, all the amenities we needed and more. Beds were super comfortable (that's a definite plus). Melissa & Eric were great!

We have been going on family vacations here for the past 17 years. We finally purchased our own vacation rental and have applied all that we have learned from the many rentals we have stayed in to create what we hope will be a very comfortable and enjoyable trip for all.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We really enjoy the fishing, white sand beach, beautiful blue water, restaurants, and laid back atmosphere of Marathon. The lot and home is spacious and well kept by the previous owners, it had never been rented before and is in pristine condition. It has great bones and a tremendous Amount of potential inside and out.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

There is a Large lot to create the perfect outdoor bar and pool area. The canal is 200 foot wide with quick access to the ocean, it’s in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood surrounded By upscale homes. The upstairs master has a private balcony and a beautiful place to relax after a long day on the water. the kitchen is much larger than the homes we typically have rented and is well stocked. We installed a large premium zero edge pool with hot tub and sun shelf and made sure to have lots of room for lounge chairs and corn hole. We continue to reinvest and make the home more comfortable for us and in turn our guests!
