L'appartement confortable et ensoleillé avec un balcon. Situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme au coeur de Lisbonne.

L'appartement est plein de lumière, totalement rénové et équipé de tous les éléments essentiels!
Estrela Basilique et le jardin sont à distance de marche. L'appartement se trouve à 5 minutes à pied du célèbre tramway n ° 28, qui vous emmène autour de la ville et directement à Bairro Alto, Chiado, Baixa, Château, Graça, Alfama. Il y a aussi une gare routière très proche qui peut vous emmener à la rivière, Belem, le monastère Jeronimos, Pastel de Belém, la tour de Belém, etc.
Il y a un lit double dans la chambre et le canapé-lit dans le salon. Le canapé lit est parfait pour deux petits enfants ou un adulte.

Lapa est un quartier calme et chic, le plus connu pour être le quartier des ambassades et abrite de grandes maisons.

La façon la plus rapide d'arriver de l'aéroport est en taxi ou Uber, qui prend environ 20 minutes et il ne coûte généralement pas plus de 15 euros. Toutefois, si vous préférez, vous pouvez prendre le métro directement de l'aéroport à la gare de la souris et prendre le bus 713 à Santana Rua Lapa ou il est un 4 km à pied de 1. Souris.

Marta was a wonderful (helpful and attentive) host. We had a great stay in Lisbon. The apartment is slightly out of the core of the city in a peaceful neighborhood. After long days of sightseeing, it was so nice to come back and relax on the balcony with a glass of wine.

Bright and Sunny

The property was filled with natural light and the wrap around balcony provided a sunny spot for morning coffee and wine in the late afternoon. The bed was super comfortable and the neighbourhood was nice and quiet for sleeping. The location was close to transit which we used the whole time to go downtown and to Belém. We loved our stay here!

Nice breakfast on the balcony

Very nice appartment in a quiet surrounding. It was close to the attractions and located near the Ourique mercado that we enjoyed a lot for the happy hour and dinner.

This is lovely, sunny, comfortable apartment, terrific for a couple. Not in a touristy neighborhood, but easy to get to using public transportation or Uber. The balcony is quite large, and the feeling of the apartment is airy and light. (The shower is, indeed, small.) Restaurants are up the hill nearer to Campo de Ourique - the owners left a good list of recommended restaurants. Traditional pasteleria nearby, and a charming coffee shop up the street. We had a great stay, would definitely recommend.

Exactly as expected

A lovely property in a great neighbourhood. Very walkable to the river. Lots of great eating spots and near a drugstore, convenience store, laundry services, and public transport. The only surprise was a 1st floor unit requiring walking up 4 flights of stairs. A small inconvenience with luggage.

Amazing little place and surprisingly well located!

This was my first time using Vrbo and I doubt all my experiences will be this good. The host was amazing and always communicated quickly and clearly. The apartment was in lovely condition and fully stocked. I spent a lot of time on the larger than normal balcony which is up a floor off the street level. There aren't uninterrupted city views, but it is was so lovely to sit on the balcony and it is such a wonderful neighborhood - loved the Saturday night karaoke from the neighbor across the way! Grocery store and a Pasteleria are two minutes walk around the corner. I forgot to put the key back in the lockbox and didn't realize until I was in the cab on my way to the airport. I had to get a friend to return it and the host was amazingly gracious about the delay. I found this to be an incredible bargain for such a nice place and it was perfect for my first visit to Lisbon. If you have one or two people (it's one bedroom only but a comfy bed), this is the place to stay - great space, great location, clean, great price, great host! Wonderful experience all around! I'm returning to Lisbon on July 26th and only wish this beautiful apartment was still available! Thank you so much for maintaining and offering such an amazing place to enjoy Lisbon!!

Quartier tranquille ( juste bruit des avions mais je pense un peu partout, et en fait pas gênant), bien situé. On a tout fait à pied .. mais on a bien marché ! Appartement très lumineux, calme. Très agréable. Et on n’a manqué de rien ! Gérant très réactive . Je ne peux que le recommander !

Kleines Appartement gut vom Zentrum zu erreichen

Kleines Appartement in einem Wohnhaus in einer Seitenstraße und gut geeignet um Lissabon zu erkunden. Wir waren eine Woche dort und haben uns teilweise selbst versorgt, was dank der kleinen Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Umgebung gut möglich war. Auch die Restaurants in der Umgebung waren gute Empfehlungen aus der Gästemappe. Bei Nachfragen per Mail bekamen wir immer schnell eine hilfreiche Antwort. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen für emfindliche Menschen ist die Nähe der Einflugschneise, da die Maschinen schon früh am Morgen zu hören sind und die Hellhörigkeit im Haus insgesamt. Insgesamt haben wir uns in der Wohnumgebung aber sehr wohl gefühlt.

grossartige Wohnung in Laufweite vom Zentrum Lissabons

Wir waren zu zweit für 5 Tage in Lissabon und haben die Wohnung sehr genossen. Alles, was man benötigt, ist vorhanden (auch eine Waschmaschine). Auf dem Balkon kann man gut einen Abend verbringen. Die Wohnung ist in Laufweite (ca. 20 Minuten) vom Zentrum Lissabons. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung war auch problemlos, ebenso wie check-in und check-out. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Perfect place for 2 in quaint old town

Loved the sun and breeze. Breakfast on the balcony- quite relaxing with nice views of the colored houses with clay tiled roofs. Very comfortable!

It was exactly as advertised. Very cute little apartment in a terrific area. We loved staying in this neighbourhood. Trams and buses easy to get to without staying in the touristy part of Lisbon! Clean. The linens smelled so fresh. I would recommend.

Lovely property in good location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed and the mattress was comfortable. We were surprised about the frequency of the planes, but at least they didn't fly at night. The area, wedged between Lapa and Campo de Ourique was great and not touristy. Public transport was easily accessible, but we also enjoyed walking. As Lisbon has become very touristy even in October, we absolutely loved being away from the main attractions.

Tolle helle Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, hell, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem was man so braucht ausgestattet. Super ist der Balkon. Die Lage nah am Zentrum ist sehr praktisch, Supermärkte in der Nähe. Leider fliegen oft Flugzeuge übers Stadtviertel. Ansonsten kann man diese schöne Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Bright and Lovely

This apartment worked well for me as a single female traveler. I felt safe in the neighborhood and surrounding areas. All the things I needed were within a short walking distance or a quick Uber ride. The apartment was clean and organized. I had to adjust to the city noise, but that would be my only complaint and it's typical of any city. I was already familiar with this area having stayed nearby the previous year. However, I enjoyed having this apartment all to myself and being able to sit on the balcony in the morning and evening. The apartment was great for one person. It might be a bit crowded for more than two people. I can't say enough about how much I loved staying here and hope to return again. Thank you!!!

Helle, sympathische Wohnung mit guter Verkehrsanbindung

Dieses schlichte aber sympathische Apartment verfügt über einen langen Balkon mit Balkontisch und Stühlen, der von allen Zimmern aus zugänglich ist. Die Betten haben gute, feste Matratzen und auch die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ist bequem. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt in dem man sich mit allem Nötigen versorgen kann. Hier fährt auch der Bus, mit dem man in 10 min. ins absolute Zentrum kommt. Das Apartment selbst befindet sich in einer eher ruhigen Wohngegend an einer kleinen Seitenstraße, die, (wie die meisten Straßen in Lissabon) bergauf und bergab führt. Wir haben hier 4 schöne Tage verbracht und können sowohl die Wohnung als auch die Stadt Lissabon nur weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank auch an Martha und Maria von der Agentur für ihre freundliche Hilfsbereitschaft!

tolle lichtduchflütete wochnung . Schöne Möglichkeit auf dem Balkon bei einem Gläschen Wein den Abend zu geniesen. Sehr vorteilhaft sind die Ausenrolläden. Ruhige Lage. Bushaltestelle, Lebensmittelgeschäfte um die Ecke und 5 Min entfernt von der Haltestelle für Tramp 28.Sehr nette Gastgeberin.

Charming, convenient apartment: Bright, clean, beautiful--Balcony!

As another reviewer said, this apartment looks just like it does in the pictures. My adult daughter and I stayed three nights and it was a great escape from sightseeing. The balcony was fabulous--private, usable, and lovely. The apartment is very nicely furnished, especially with great blinds and windows that can be opened to let in the light and fresh air. AC and heat available, but weather was perfect (Memorial Day) and so not needed. It was an easy walk to the Tram 28 Station, although we chose to use a private Tuk Tuk Tour. (Well worth it). Ubered to and walked home from Bairro Alto area late at night; streets are narrow, picturesque and it was a lot of fun. Markets, cafes, bakeries, restaurants all just around various corners. Right next to historic Basilica de Estrella. I would highly recommend to guests eager to get away from hotels and to be independent. It was like living in the neighborhood! First time in Lisbon. If I ever go back, I will try to stay here! Also, we accepted the offer of a driver and we're glad we did, as he delivered apt. keys to us. A little expensive, but worth it. Thank you, Marta.

Quiet piece of heaven in busy lisbon

Property is a bright ,light filled 1bedroomed apt in a very quiet area of Lisbon. The apt is exactly as depicted in photos,surrounded by large balconies and has all the facilities needed .the transportation links are terrific but the bonus is to have the daily transport ticket which only costs 6.40 e you can take 25tram into city centre and a myriad of buses take you to all areas of Lisbon.down avenida de Santa infante you can hop on a bus and have breakfast in Belem at pasties de Belem,worth your while! Had terrific communication with owner who facilitated our every query.bottle of wine on our arrival was very generous touch. Highly recommend if you want quiet accommodation and only takes minutes to get into busy Lisbon.right beside basilica de estrella and famous 28 tram that takes you all over the city.enjoy
