Cet appartement du 18Úme siÚcle est situé au coeur de Lisbonne, dans le quartier Chiado. Il a été rénové avec toutes les commodités pour vous faire sentir à l'aise, mais nous avons conservé quelques caractéristiques originales afin de profiter du caractÚre historique du bùtiment, comme les volets originaux du 18Úme siÚcle.
L'air conditionné (air chaud et froid), wi-fi, télévision par cùble vous permettra de se sentir toujours confortable.

Situé au deuxiÚme étage d'un petit immeuble du 18Úme siÚcle, composé de trois appartements.

Perfect Location! Can’t say enough about this place. It’s the perfect size - right in the heart of the old part of town. Everything is walking distance. The place was super clean, had air conditioning and a bedroom fan
 was easy to check in/out. Would highly recommend staying here.

Good location and host

The location is very good. It can be a little noisy but not too bad and if you stay out later it’s ok. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean and had a what we needed

The apartment is a great blend of old and new. Tons of character with all the modern conveniences needed for a comfortable stay.The location is great with lots of restaurants, shops and sights close by.Would love to stay here again on our next visit to Lisbon.

Perfect Location

The apartment was in a walkable neighborhood close to everything we wanted to do. Wonderful restaurants and wine bars close by. Loved our stay in this Chiado apartment!

Ideal location for exploring City Centet

Location was ideal. So many historic sites and amazing restaurants within walking distance to the apartment. Owner was extremely prompt with responding to our questions. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Good location, many proximal sights within 10-15 min train/bus rides. A little bit longer of walks but still ideal for old Lisbon experience. Convenient restaurants downstairs of quality service and food. The home offers most of your needs, apart from a dryer which is understandable. The main space offers a split duct AC unit which worked most of the time and a fan for the bedroom on hotter days. The communication with Brigida was optimal and highly appreciated.Our only main concern was the quality of upkeep the space offers in terms of the bathroom and living space which could have been cleaner and fresher.

Amazing spot in an awesome location!

This place was perfect for our family of 4. We have two young boys (3 and 5) and they loved sleeping on the futon ! The unit had AC and a washer which was soooo nice ! Perfect location, easy to walk to everything and a restaurant right at the lower level. Great, fast WIFI was a big plus. Loved this spot and hope to come back soon!!

Great Stay

Comfortable, clean apartment in a great location. Lots of character, with a well-equipped kitchen and lovely bedding. We had everything we needed during our 5 night stay, with the bonus of a few English channels on the tv which was appreciated. Had a superb dinner at the restaurant directly below (Oficina), and ramen across the street at Lotus Ramen was delicious. Would recommend this apartment to anyone!

Wonderful stay

The apartment is exactly as shown. The location is great, walking distance to some fabulous restaurants and bars, and would definitely recommend the restaurant underneath. Previous reviews have stated the mattress was uncomfortable, the host must have changed it as the bed was incredibly comfortable. Some noise at night, but mostly people passing by, walking home from bars etc, so it is not prolonged and we still slept very well. Host is very quick to reply and we couldn’t have been happier here

Truly Authentic

We really appreciate refurbished historical apts and this unit is truly authentic and remodeled perfectly. It made us feel as if we were residing in the past but updated. The only concerns we had were that the building entry stairs were short and steep and the corridor floors were slanted.

On top of the hill.

The property is situated in the historic old town, narrow cobble stone streets with lots of outdoor dining. Accessing the property with a car is a bit challenging after 10am because they close the street off. We figured all the technicalities and had wonderful stay. The apt is bright and airy with big windows that open wide for people watching. We would stay there again.

The accommodations could not have been more suitable for our needs. The charming apartment allowed us to explore the core of old Lisbon with ease during our three week stay. Nice place to stay

Wonderfully located apartment in the Carmo neighborhood. A restaurant downstairs. A coffee shop around the corner to the left and up the stairs. Restaurants and easy access to Rossi to the right and down the stairs. A mini market a few doors down. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Yes it’s 2 narrow flights up. There’s a washing machine and clothes lines and clothes pins.

Prime location!

Clean apartment in the heart of Chiado and central to great dining scene. A few steps from main stairs leading to Baixa. And a few blocks from a wonderful overlook. Sits above a nice restaurant. The apartment is great for a short visit but the furniture (see other review) and bed are not very comfortable which would be more important if we were to stay longer. The host was very responsive.

A great stay

The apartment is situated right on the middle of the cafe/restaurant area, with walking paths in all directions. It is located at the end of a small road, so there is no road traffic, although Lisbon seems to attract a crowd that enjoy late nights, so there is some late night street noise. We also enjoyed having a washing machine, given we were travelling for an extended period. The host, Brigida was very efficient in all communications.

Nice apartment in a great location!

We stayed for two weeks and loved it. The apartment was nice and clean. There were plenty of pillows, clean towels, blankets. The bed was comfortable. The owner was very responsive. Basically, everything we needed to be comfortable in the space. The location was really great -- very close to all of the places to walk. We really enjoyed the neighborhood. The one downside to be aware of is that the apartment was up two narrow flights of stairs. This was not an issue for us, but something to consider if stairs are an issue for you.
